          Fabulous Tour and Guide!
Humberto and the driver picked us up at our hotel exactly at the time we were told. The Mercedes Van was comfortable and clean. Humberto pointed out sites during the drive from out hotel to Versailles. Once we arrived he gave us a brief explanation of the history and showed us a great short video of how the Palace has changed over the years. We then went inside. I was so impressed with Humberto's vast knowledge. He made Versailles come alive as we strolled through the Palace and then the gardens. A tour is only as good as its guide, and thanks to this young man, ours was exceptional. This is a wonderful company don't hesitate to book with them.

          Best way to see Paris
We did two different tours. Firstly Valentine was fantastic in helping us sort out what was the best trip for us. We did an evening 2 hr tour of the Lovre with Laure who was fantastic. It was done as a treasure hunt for our kids. We all saw and learned so much. The treasure hunt kept our kids engaged and soaking it all in. We did a 4 hr walking tour with Lucien of Notre Dame, City hall, Shakespeare and Co, Marais, Latin Quarter and more. It was tremendous. We could have see these places on our own but we definitely would have missed so much of the history and importance of it. So much extra detail and we will remember so much more because of it. Can’t recommend enough.

          Amazing First Time to Paris
We had a fabulous time with all three My Private Paris team members. It really does make a difference to have friendly, knowledgeable and local people to explain all the history of the sites you’re seeing. Lucien, Raphaelle and Olek were amazing hosts! We learned a lot and had such fun in the process. Paris is truly a beautiful city and I hope we’re able to come back! I’ve actually already recommended your team to family planning a trip soon.

          Best Private Tours Ever
We actually did five (5) tours with My Private Paris, and they were all excellent. I have to say, my family really enjoys tours where we learn a lot and do things in an efficient manner, with someone who knows the ins and outs of a location. My Private Tours was the best tour company we have ever worked with. All their tour guides were so knowledgable, kind, and entertaining. We wish they were available all over the world! We would recommend them to anyone!

If you want private and personalized tours, My Private Paris Delivers!
We had 4 different tours/guides across the last week in December and 1st week of January and they were all equally amazing. The attention to detail, your preferences and their own passion for their respective areas made for amazing times. Audrey C took us on the holiday market/light evening walk tour around St. Germain. It was amazing. We tried local pastries, holiday classics, saw the Christmas festive lights and learned all about France traditions. It was a great tour to do our first evening there to introduce us to the area. Marie D, took us on a literature walking tour a few days later. AMAZING! We visited well known and a few not so well known places of famous writers and painters. Doina gave us an amazing tour at the Père Lachaise Cemetery. It was beautiful, and we would not have found our way around better ourselves and she was able to share so much history and fascinating information that we would not have otherwise known. And finally, Lucien- he did our private walking tour of Musée d'Orsay. He was amazing and ironically we had a tour with him 5 years ago during our first visit to France and he took us through Montmarte. Needless to say, I recommend this tour group without reservation! Simply reach out to them and the will work with you (they set up a google meets with me) to put together your tour or package if you want multiple tours across your time there. I worked with Kiara and she was amazing. Super helpful, and very responsive when I emailed her questions! We will use them again when we return to Paris! They are the best!

Perfect tour of Le Marais for a family of 5
My family had a wonderful tour of Le Marais with Audrey. It was toward the end of our time in Paris and we were all a bit tired from all the walking and stair climbing on previous days, so I was a little concerned that we wouldn’t last on a 3 hour tour. But Audrey gave such colorful history of the area (where she grew up) that time flew by. Thank you to Audrey and My Private Paris for providing one of the highlights of our first trip to Paris!

          Highly professional!
We went for the half day Paris tour and Orsay museum private tour with My Private Paris. The entire experience was wonderful and worth the money paid! Alexandre, our trip co-ordinator was really helpful during the initial free consultations and helped us form a concrete plan for 2 days. Our guide for the tour, Doina and our Chauffeur (apologies I forgot his name) were really wonderful, courteous and super super helpful. We had special needs which they were so accommodative of. The vehicle was a comfortable premium sedan. Overall, 100% recommend my private Paris if you are looking for a thoroughly professional private tour experience.

          The Best Tour Company.......EVER
This November we took our first trip ever to Paris. It was a quick 4-day trip and I was overwhelmed with all the city had to offer. I came across My Private Paris from the Les Frenchies facebook group and I'm so glad that I did! After initially reaching out I was connected with a planner. I explained the type of things we were looking to do and from there the planner did the rest. Within a few days I had a very exciting itinerary laid out for our trip. We worked with the planner to make a few adjustments, confirmed the agenda, paid through their portal and then we were set. Prior to departing we received access to an app that had our agenda, meeting locations and contact information for drivers and guides. Like clockwork our guides and drivers met us exactly where they said they would meet us and when. A+ for logistics. As far as the actual tours go, I'm still in awe. We've toured with other professional companies in the past and none of the guides were as well versed and passionate as these guides. Each guide we worked with, was full of information turning every single day into a fun history lesson. While we only spent four days in Paris I walked away learning so much about the architecture, layout, culture et cetera. My wife wasn't keen on having tour guides with us throughout our trip but by the end she was thrilled that we did. Now when we go visit again, we'll really feel like we have an edge over the city. The cost wasn't super prohibitive and the experience was over the top! Arrival Day: Flora accompanied us to the Rodin, Concorde Square and the Invalids. Her knowledge of Rodin as well as the history of Paris and the revolution was remarkable. She really brought the city to life for us. Museum day: Lucien accompanied us to the Orsay, Orangerie, Louvre and Opera. He knew the buildings inside and out, he knew every detail about the art he showed us. It was like a really fun history lesson of all the things they didn't teach us in the US school system. Our tour was 9 hours which meant we also had to stop for lunch. He found has a great little bistro that wasn't full of tourists and we were able to have a great/quick lunch. Wine and Cheese Tasting: We did this was Marie. First stop she met us at a cheese shop and talked us through the variety of cheeses. She told us to think of her as our fun grandmother, meaning she was going to fill us up with wine and cheese before we were done! She helped us pick out a bunch of cheeses and then we went to the bakery for some bread. From there we walked around Le Marais and learned a bit about the neighborhood, finally ending up at the tasting room. The room was in a really cool cellar of a local wine shop. We pair the wine, cheese and breads and the experience was nothing short of spectacular, relaxing and informative. Marie also gave my wife tips on where to find some vintage bags after the tour. Montmarte: Our guide Audrey was a Montmarte local and that just made this tour even more special. We started at the Moulin Rouge and made our way up to Sacre Coeur. Along the way Audrey was pointing out homes of famous painters, locations that inspired famous paintings, modern art and spots where the locals love to hang out and have a cup of coffee. You could feel her passion for the area and that made this tour super special. Overall - we had an incredible experience with our guides (hence the novel I wrote). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend My Private Paris and I have already told others that they need to use this service next time they are in Paris. Thank you for making our trip so special!

          Highly Recommended
Amazing private tour, highly recommended to get the most of the tour location. Florent was extremely knowledgeable of every location, answered every question we threw at him. The tour pace was perfect, and we plan on using Florent and My Private Tours again on our next visit to France.

          Treasure Hunt at the Louvre
The tour was fantastic!! Jean was terrific with my two kids (4 y.o and a 10 y.o). He was able to mix a extremely educational tour with a ton of fun facts and activities. My kids absolutely loved the tour. I highly recommend this tour to anyone that has kids. This tour took out all the stress of navigating the Louvre and made it so enjoyable for my wife and I. It was truly was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris.

          True experts
We did three tours with My Private Paris (Latin Quarter, Opera and Covered Passages, Orsay & Montmartre). They were all AMAZING. The guides we had were all true experts — typically with a PhD in art history and certified (meaning they did the required year of training so can wear the badge and are often allowed to skip the queue (as we did this morning)), but most importantly they were so enthusiastic (oh, and their English is perfect). We loved all the tours and recommend them all, but particularly enjoyed the “covered passages” tour simply because it was off the beaten path. Highly recommend My Private Paris.

          Giverny--Quite an Impression
Dina, our highly knowledgable guide for Giverny, was full of information not found in tour guide books. I studied art history and loved her discussion of Monet's art, gardening plan, and irascible personality. As a special and unexpected surprise, Dina also knew quite a bit about Japanese prints and their influence on Monet and other Impressionists. Japanese printmaking is one of my specialities (and I taught that area at the college level) and quite enjoyed the exchange of information. We were able to go to the front of the line on a Sunday afternoon after a pleasant drive with Francois along a scenic route and accommodate my particular off-route request to see the Museum of Impressionism nearby. Highly, highly recommend My Private Paris for a tour that will suprise and delight you!!

Great option for a museum visit with younger children
Doina was an amazing tour guide that kept our 3 and 7 year olds interested and engaged throughout the whole tour. She spoke with them and asked questions in a way that made them excited and wanting to play a role in the treasure hunt she was leading us on. We learned a lot of great information and really felt like we were able to see some great highlights of the museum without our kids getting too bored or tired. My daughter tells everyone we meet the story of how the Mona Lisa became so famous! The treasure at the end was such a wonderful touch. We definitely will recommend this tour to any family or friends with kids travelling to Paris!
