A ripoff, buy your ticket at the gate.
This ticket is over priced and they did not provide an audio tour as advertised. You can simply buy a ticket at the gate for 16 euros and get the same experience. Well worth doing but don’t buy this ticket. It’s a ripoff.

50th Birthday Bash on the Sienne.
A fun, relaxing and memorable cruise, my wife, son and daughter planned for my 50th birthday! The live music was amazing, the cruise was fun, lots of amazing photo opportunities on the Sienne. The wait stuff was super friendly and dinner was great.

The Gift of the D’Orsay Museum
Musee D’Orsay was the highlight of a recent trip to Paris. The ease of purchasing a skip-the-line ticket through Viator was great. Even though it was a Sunday I got in with no waiting. The museum itself is amazing. Besides the regular holdings I especially enjoyed a special exhibit of Nathanaelle Herberlin’s work. Do not miss this experience!

    Misleading
The museum is fantastic and a must see …but I thought I was paying for a guided tour about some of the art pieces housed in the museum. Instead, I was provided with an AUDIO, ( not a person ), that only talked about the history of the building and its construction ,and NOT the art pieces within the museum .. very misleading. Do not recommend

    No tickets to download!
I paid for the experience and received text messages with pdf files that were not tickets. I did not receive an email with tickets. I needed to purchase another set of tickets at the museum.

    Awesome
We got to see Van Gogh, Monet and many other painters from the impressionistic period. Easy entry, few crowds and quiet atmosphere.

    Historical tourism visit.
A must see if you come to Paris. The history, the art work and the gardens just beautiful. Pre brought tickets but still had to line up. Lines moved fairly quickly to entry.

    Super crowded!
The museum was jammed and each room’s exhibits offered little space or time to enjoy and to take in. We went midday on Sat in late April. The old train station setting was wonderful but letting in 200-300 per half hour overwhelms the exhibits. The MFA in Boston offers a much more sane a beautiful space to see the same Impressionists. Don’t waste your time going to this exhibit at least on a busy day.

I purchased tickets that implied we would have early entry into the Louvre with a time of 10:00 am. We received tickets with an entry time of 10:30 am that did not let us “skip the line” other than not having to stand in a line to actually purchase our tickets at the Louvre. We were not permitted to enter at the time we had paid for prior to the general crowd but were required to join the regular line with entry half an hour later than what we had purchased. This is misrepresented by the seller and when I complained I received an unsatisfactory reply basically saying I should be happy I didn’t have to stand in line to buy the tickets. I should have purchased online directly from the Louvre for 17 euros a person instead of paying more than twice that amount for a benefit I didn’t actually receive.

My wife and I paid more than double the price of the actual admission cost. We paid $37.50 for each ticket…actual admission cost was $17. We even paid extra for the “skip the line” option only to be told at the museum they do not have “skip the line” so we had to wait with everyone else. The museum was great, we highly recommend….but whatever you do, DO NOT buy your ticket’s through Trip Advisor!

It was so crowded we couldn’t really get to look at the art. Maybe because we went on a weekend. Unfortunately it was the only time due to our travel schedule. Also we paid extra per person to use the interactive guide and it was extremely confusing to use. My son who is a IT specialist even was having a difficult time. We were all so disappointed in the amount of people they allowed in at one time. I actually left with my grandkids because the crowd was so overwhelming.

I didn’t know what to expect but not that! It was huge ! What a great place to spend a day in winter indoors full of so many interesting different things there is certainly something for everyone! Everyone enjoyed it - we paid for priority access we still queued for over 30 minutes to get it which is crazy when you pay to skip the queue and pre pay but that didn’t dampen the experience! Headed straight to see Mona before anything else in case it was to busy but despite the queues we got to go everywhere without massive overcrowding and pushing

This was our first visit to The Louvre and we weren’t disappointed!
Booking and receiving our tickets was quick and easy - do it online and in advance. There is so much to see and exhibits to cater for a variety of museum art and history lovers.
My advice would be to go and see the Mona Lisa first, take your photos then explore the rest of the museum at your leisure. Allow a good 2/3 hours and if you can get in early - we came out just after lunch and the queues were huge. Oh and don’t forget to look up - the ceiling murals are amazing.

Instructions re obtaining a ticket were clear and to the point. I got the ticket in time, exactly 24 hours prior to the timing specified in my booking.
A manager who helped me was courteous and helpful.
I had to wait around 15-20 minutes to get to the museum but I was warned in advance (in the instructions) about a necessity to wait a bit due to a high demand to visit the Louvre.

I'm sure there's not much more to be said about the Louvre - a definite must-visit place but so expansive! And so so busy. We went on the late evening opening and people were still coming in as we left well after 8pm. Having a timed ticket certainly helps speed up entry but it is still possible to turn up on spec, though I'd advise against it. Be prepared to jostle your way to view the main attractions and don't be disappointed if some sections aren't open as they rotate gallery closures.
It's a huge building and lovely to spend some time viewing from the outside too, especially when lit in the evening. Don't forget to admire the decoration of the building itself as well its art content.
Included with Paris/Museum Pass, and definitely recommended.

Museums aren't really are thing, neither are queues so when we stood in the world's longest queue to enter the worlds biggest museum by choice I suppose we got what we deserved.

Museum was OK, loads of stairs which is annoying but food was the best part. Highly recommend the chicken ceasar salad, just make sure you have a platinum gold card before committing to buy, or be prepared to part with your first born child because it ain't cheap.

Did it to say we did it, but it was a bit sh it

Paying for skip the cue was a waste of time as it was so long, anyone you spoke with was quite unhelpful or spoke little English.
Finally when inside it was massively overcrowded and stressful, I wonder if it’s pure greed to allow so many people in at the same time.
We headed straight for La Mona Lisa which was another bad cue then we left as soon as possible.
A real shame it’s nothing but a mad house !

Dear Customer! With our skip the line tickets you can skip the line at the cashier and stay in the line for the entrance directly, which line is much smaller. So you used the wrong line to enter, other customers were fine. There is always a queue at the Mona Lisa, and there is no way to avoid that.

Not good. Wasted money on the tickets that you can get on official website, no special thing with it, you get in the same line as people who has E-tickets. They will send you the E-ticket with the link of the MP3 thing about the museum, with is not that practical. Also once you buy it there is no refund if you cancel it. You lose all your money.
