We booked the timed tour with audio guide at least a month before the date requested. I got many communications about the booking but no actual tickets. The last email that looked like it had tickets attached, did not. 28 minutes before the time of our tour I received the tickets with instruction to get there 15 minutes early (impossible from where we were staying). The only way we could make the time was to cut in line. When I went to get the audio guide I was told that the ticket was just to get in the museum and so we did not get the guide. The whole experience was confusing, poorly organized and very disappointing. I would not recommend this tour.

Dear barb thanks for your feedback, we feel sorry for your experience, I apologise for the delay in sharing tickets this is something we do not appreciate it except for last minute bookings, we will resolve this on priority, however the ticket gives you access for full day at the museum, even if you are late, you can still visit the museum. It seems you got confused about the audio guide we shared the link to download the audio guide on your phone, which is specifically mentioned in the inclusions also, we wish you had reach it correctly. We are glad you had a nice time at the museum.

We booked for entrance at 4pm and arrived 45 minutes before to skip the line. We used the carrousel entrance as instructed and made it in a 3:30 pm. I suggest paying the museum audio guide, it's on a Nintendo DS device and it includes nice add-ons, it's 5 euro per person and you have the option to pre-order online or buy directly at the museum.
I was a little scared while reading the reviews, but trust me, it's totally worth it. I followed the instructions and received my tickets around noon on the day of the visit via email and Whatsapp.
We loved the visit, important tip to view the Mona Lisa hassle free, wait until 5:30 pm as it will be less crowded and you'll be able to get closer and appreciate the painting better. We tried to see it first thing after our arrival around 3:45 pm and it was overcrowded and overwhelming in that room.
We just wished for a less crowded museum but understand it's summer. If you can visit early morning or late afternoon, you will have a delightful experience!

I don’t know why this has only 3/5 stars, it should be 5/5. I booked a trip to the Louvre just a day before as the Louvre’s official ticketing site was sold out, and this offered the absolute best deal I could find online for such a last-minute situation. It seems that most of the negative reviews come from people not reading the instructions on how to receive your ticket — check your email or download Whatsapp several hours BEFORE you go. I was able to easily scan through the Louvre and accessed the audio phone guide. Amazing deal, thanks for coming in clutch!

Tickets arrived via email 45 minutes before the entrance time, something to be aware of, but got us out of a pinch because the Louvre was otherwise sold out. Audio guide is a mobile version, not the official headsets available in the Louvre. This was not clear to me at first purchase, so is the only reason 4 stars instead of 5. Tour company was friendly and helpful when whatsapped and emailed.

The museum was beautiful but the amount of lineups we had to wait in was disappointing. I found that if you wanted to stand and look at the Mona Lisa you had to line up for more than 15 minutes. Also, fast track tickets meant lining up for over 40 minutes to get in.

Dear norad thanks for your feedback, we understand that during the busy season the museum receives over 20,000 visitors each day, the museum is trying it’s best to ensure a great experience for all. This wait time is not always and is way better than 2 hours, we are glad you enjoyed the museum.

Good service and prompt response from Europe tickets.
Recommend them and their services.
Only thing is despite reaching well ahead of time, there was no 'skip the line' but even the regular queue was quick and we were inside in about 15 minutes.
It is busy time of the year so not surprised to see the museum overcrowded.
Lourve museum can not be seen in 1 visit. Best way is to plan ahead and narrow down 2-3 sections.
Recommend them and their services.

I have seen many people insulting the quality and trustworthiness of this service, however after having experienced myself realised what was said on these reviews was inappropriate and not true.
If you have good communication and read what needs to be read, you get exactly what you pay for and have an awesome experience where waiting in the line for the museum is much much shorter (took us 5 mins to get in!).
Would thoroughly recommend this company and service! :)

Long line ups and very busy to get in. Book well in advanced through louvre website for skip the line tickets. Last minute you can get skip the line tickets through tour operators like trip advisor but will be at a large increased price.

Getting, downloading and having the electronic ticket process was great. All went smoothly. The problem came in with the audio for the self guide. Even listening to the instructions multiple times ans following them step-by-step, we still didn't manage to get where the guide was talking about. I'm not sure if it is completely outdated and maybe changes may have been made at the museum since the audio guide was made, but it was frustrating.

The Louvre is obviously beautiful with many stunning works of art to see but you wouldn’t know it or be able to appreciate it from the chaos that happens from the moment you arrive! Why not have the Mona Lisa in a room on its own? Why not have timed access to that instead, with limited numbers so it’s not a horrific experience just trying to see it? It’s such a shame and I’m sure I’m not the first person to say this.
