    Roland Garros
Great experience visiting the temple of tennis on clay, the guide was very professional and pleasant. It's a pity that we couldn't access the central court because of an event of a French clothing company that I will omit its name, for the schizophrenic employee who called attention, she should not worry that I don't take photos of her brand.

    Nice Tour
The court was covered for fashion week. We really wanted to see the clay course. Tour was good. Discount at gift shop for taking the tour was great. Guide was good.

    Poor organization
The ticket clearly states to arrive 10 minutes early and that NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. So I arrived at 09:15 for the 09:30 tour, exactly as instructed—only to be left standing outside in the freezing cold. I thought maybe we needed to arrive early to get equipped with audio devices or receive instructions, as is the case in some other museums—but nothing like that happened. When I asked why we had to come early if we couldn’t even enter, the guard told me that the “arrive 10 minutes early” rule simply means to stand in the line outside. Ridiculous. If that’s the case, they should just say so! Completely unwelcoming and poorly managed. And the worst part? People arrived late and were still admitted! So why impose strict rules and scare customers if they don’t even apply? Terrible organization, unfair treatment, and a frustrating experience overall.

Your operator did not show up, This is a scam.
We received our ticket which indicated that the meeting place was the Pont au Double at 14.00. We arrived a quarter of an hour early and remained there until 14.20. There was no sign of any meeting place or of anyone who looked like a tour operator. We were eventually forced to join the general queue. This is a scam.

    Wonderful Facility, Poor Tour Guide
Guide not very friendly and seemed put off that she had to do the tour in English vs. French. Would have like to know more about outside courts and spent less time in the museum.

    Great tour of Roland Garros
Very well done tour by a professional. He spoke English very well yet apologized for his English! The grounds are much smaller than other grand slam venues. Very nice facility.

    Very interesting!
We enjoyed our visit very much! Spent the first hour reading about the manufacturing process (kiosks had lots of photos and English translation) . The second hour we wandered through the amazing collection of clay to porcelain pottery from all over the world - ancient to contemporary. Beautiful space, not crowded, very affordable!

not worth it for non french speaking people
goebin Factory We could not find the entrance It actually said that it was closed but it turns out after walking around entire block it had been the right place Just not at all marked We all waited outside for 15 to 30 min in the pouring rain They would not find us a covered spot to wait The tour is in french and i knew that but i thought most of the tour would be seeing tapestries being made and a gallery of fonished tapestries Most of the tour was a guide talking and a very short part was seeing the weaving There is no gallery of tapestries if you are non french speaking , don’t do it Also The factory and the tour are not well defined so hang in

    Fun time form football fans
Super fun for my football loving son! We booked this last minute after our PSG stadium tour was cancelled. The field was all torn up which took a little away from the experience. Our tour guide was great and the locker rooms were a highlight. Definitely recommend for lovers of football and rugby.

    Where is the Philosopher's stone?
My wife & i had a lot of fun investigating the secret of Arsene Lupin ! The activity let's you explore the opera into further details. The organising team was great and helpful, although the ending could have been better in my opinion. Overall a great experience for us to see L'opera Garnier in a different light. Also, as you'll be the last group left in the Opera, it creates a great photo moment with nobody around !

Used these tix to get inside, game was Meh.
The Palais is incredibly gorgeous, but we only booked these tickets to get inside because the regular tickets were booked up. The game was definitely hard & took time, and way more concentration than we were up for on vacay.

    NOT for non-French speakers
Sadly, this was in French-only. We waited through the initial actor's speech and clarified with him that there was no possibility of an English translation, and then we left. 120 Euros down the drain for the four of us.

Sold as suitable for English Speakers - Not True!
While the Opera is stunning and I'm sure the activity would have been interesting had my family spoken French, it was a big disappointment. I wrote in advance to be sure that the game could be played if someone only spoke English and they said YES. This is NOT true at all. I speak French well and first the crowds were very big and the space very noisy so even in French it was hard to hear the introductions to the game and the actors telling the background story. Then I had to try to translate for my parents because the actors said they could not do so in English even though I had been told in advance before I booked that the game was suitable also for only English-Speakers. From then on it was worse and worse. All the materials were only in French and most of the helpers could not translate into English either. One did help us a bit but it took a lot of time and none of the main actors setting the scene and the beginning and end and the discovery at the end my parents understood nothing. It was not fun for us and we should have gotten a refund. Also complicated to find the correct entrance. We first went to the main entrance and all the way through security before then going on the other side and almost missing it. Need to be CLEAR that this is not suitable for English speakers and don't take our money - it's a waste for us. Also clarify the entrance and meeting points and have smaller groups.

I am writing this review a year later because this is still in my mind. It was the most incredible experience of my life, and I know that sounds corny, but it was truly breathtaking and moving beyond measure. My partner and I went for a date night when we were visiting Paris and I didn’t have any expectations, but was blown away. Still both of our favorite travel experiences to date. Cannot recommend it enough, the thought, time, and commitment to having this museum wired for such a show is so evident.

Brilliant and different way to experience a historical site. We were lucky enough to find tickets at short notice and absolutely enjoyed the experience. Short show that we personally found sensitive to the surrounds and moving. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a night time activity that would suit all ages. We sat down for the first section on steps, then walked amongst the chapels for the 2nd movement and sat back down for the final movements. Probably standing up throughout gives the best view, but more than 50% of viewers perched on the stairs - there is lots to see so you won’t miss out. It was sold out but they keep numbers reasonable and appropriate. We caught a taxi from and to St Germaine area which cost around 15E.

We were totally captivated by this immersive show. The place, already magnificent both architecturally and historically, is beautifully highlighted by this staging. The experience of walking freely through each chapel allows you to fully immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the site.

The last part gave us chills, offering a deeply spiritual and moving dimension. We have a hard time understanding negative reviews that evoke a lack of soul, so vibrant and captivating did this experience seem to us.
Congratulations to all the people who set up this beautiful project.

Technically to the point BUT... so not up to the description made on the website. In fact this show does not have a great interest if you want to learn more about the place, it is just bright lines that move on the walls => In short qqch of easily reproducible everywhere after some settings of "video mapping" as they like to say on their site!
Also, they thought that if we set the volume to 100 decibels, we would have more emotions... But it's the artistic void... While there was enormous potential so interesting is the place architecturally and historically.
The only thing that has us more, happens in the end, with blue lasers but it lasts barely 5 minutes. Because yes the show of "about 50 minutes" actually lasts 40 minutes... it's expensive the minute at this rate.
Bonus: 10 folding chairs that fight in a duel for about 300 people! do not expect to see the show comfortably seated.
Too few positives for a show that could have been good with more explanations (oral!).

“The ‘Aura’ show is an exceptional experience that I highly recommend to all! Never before have I seen such an immersive show, where music plays such an important role and the visuals are breathtaking. We are totally immersed in the universe of Aura, in a mythical place. Go with your eyes closed... but open them anyway, you wouldn't want to miss anything! A real masterpiece not to be missed!” My kids 10 and 14 also loved ...

Very nice light and very good sound.
Above all, I would like to thank and congratulate you for agreeing to answer the phone. What a joy to have a person on the phone right now, especially when one has foolishly mistaken the date of the reservation...(which is an achievement, especially when "the drop-down sheet" at the time of booking asks and asks again to confirm his choice of date)! Thanks to this kind gesture, my dizziness was repaired in 2 seconds and I had a wonderful time! Bravo and thank you. Can't wait to discover all the games (light, escape game or others) with Cultival.

At €22 for a 55m service, it’s worth thinking about
3 places lost because no possibility according to customer service to modify the date and/or refund 👎👎

Sept 2024 • Friends
AURA is a beautiful immersive experience, and that allows you to meet in the evening under the Dome of Invalides!
The show lasts 50 minutes, which is good for a mapping show.
It is not necessarily the most exceptional I have had the opportunity to see, but the negative reviews are a bit harsh nonetheless.

The show here is about telling and making live the Dome above all. There are 4 times, 4 moments in the show, and it is above all to make us understand the construction and history of the place. Only the last part is really "spectacular" we will say.
I had a great time with friends:)

We were amazed. 50 minutes goes by quickly. You can sit and watch the spectacle or move from one chapel to another. During the second part of the show, it is better to wander around to enjoy the "entertainment" in the different chapels. We regretted that Napoleon's tomb was not illuminated. We would have liked to see it in full light. This show made me want to come back to Les Invalides but this time, to visit.

Our TGV was canceled due to the storm the day before the show.

We immediately notified and exceptionally requested a credit to carry over our 7 entries.

We had clearly seen on the tickets that they were non-exchangeable and non-refundable but given the dramatic consequences for a large part of the French we thought that a commercial gesture would be made as the National Museum of Natural History had granted us. .

Big mistake, the Cultival agency told me that the weather conditions were not considered force majeure! Go explain this to all the victims and to the SNCF!

As if tickets for a Saturday evening could not be resold within 24 hours, absolute bad faith!
