See the glorious scenery along the Mediterranean coast from the water during a 1-hour sightseeing cruise from Nice. Board the ship at the Port of Nice and begin the tour in the Baie des Anges. Venture around the Cap de Nice to see the imposing Citadelle and myriad historic hamlets that dot the hilly landscape, as well as the lovely Promenade des Anglais along the beach in Nice. As you enjoy the unforgettable views, listen to commentary about the history of the French Riviera.
What to Expect
Board your sightseeing boat at the Port of Nice for either a morning or afternoon tour.

Bask in the glowing Mediterranean sun while you glide down the coast of the French Riviera. Listen to informative on-board commentary about the history of this region as you gaze up at the little villages perched on hillsides overlooking the water. Watch the landscape rise from the beaches through hills and up to the mountains in the distance. Admire the luxurious villas with their magnificent sea views.

Cruise through the Rade de Villefranche-sur-Mer and around the Cap de Nice. Venture back toward the shore to see the fortress of the Citadelle. Turn around in the bay for the return trip along Cap Ferrat and into the Baie des Anges. Watch people stroll along the Promenade des Anglais in Nice.

Your boat returns to the Port of Nice after about an hour's time on the water.

My guess is you need to file with Viator or who ever the third party was that facilitated the booking. I’ve had to file a claim like this through Viator before and they were super helpful and quick to resolve everything.
