The castle in Harburg was closed,which was disappointing, but then we arrrived earlier and had more time in the other stops . Christmas market in Dinkelsbuhl didn't open until one so we missed it. The Christmas market in Rothenburg was fun. We didn't see many sights because the weather was cold and rainy. Our driver, Yury, was pleasant and efficient. Nice comfortable, van for our group of 6.

Shpendi was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us have the best day possible. My father is disabled and he helped him with his walker and helped us find places that were accessible to him. He even made lunch reservations for us. Although he was just supposed to be a driver, he walked with us around town and showed us some of the important sights. He really was great! Ask for Shpendi if you are taking a drive to Rothenberg!!

Our driver, Milan, was outstanding. He arrived to pick us up at our hotel on time - actually few minutes early -- so we departed right on time. His van was extremely clean and able to comfortably hold all our luggage and give us lots of leg room and space. Milan also provided us with bottled water. As we drove from Munich to Regensburg, where we stopped for 4 hours, before going to Nuremberg, Milan shared interesting information about the areas we passed. Upon arrival in Regensburg, he walked with us to the "old town" and pointed out several historical sites. He gave us info about visiting the city, his contact info in case we needed him during the day, and where we'd meet to walk back to the van. As our trip continued from Regensburg to Nuremberg, Milan continued to talk with us and share information. Milan was a very safe and cautious driver. It was a pleasure to spend our journey with Milan and highly recommend him. Our family would definitely use Milan again for travel in Europe.

We had a really nice time. We went to Halstatt first. We wish we had more time there it is a beautiful town. The salt mine was interesting and interactive. We stopped at Salzburg on the way back. Frank out driver was very courteous and an excellent driver.

We used this transfer today from a river cruise ending in Passau. We stopped for sightseeing in the beautiful town of Landshut before proceeding to the Munich airport. We booked months ago but because with a river cruise, you never know your docking port until a day or two before, we only finalized details the night before our transfer. Throughout, communication was easy, they were accommodating and our driver (Tomas) was also prompt, helpful and just made our transfer such a pleasant one! Thank you, Tomas!

We cannot express enough gratitude to our guide Thomas. All the sights we visited were absolutely amazing. The palace at Chiemsee, the Bavarian Alps and finally Salzburg were magical. Once again, thank you Tomas for unforgettable day. I highly recommend this trip if you want to see things and spend a day in great company and see places.

The driver was professional and very experienced. Due to the Eagle's Nest being closed a trip to the Hallein Salt Mine was substituted and it was great.

I wrote directly to Europe Journey because we needed a driver for four separate days. We needed a transfer from our Ama ship in Vilshofen with a brief visit there and then a transfer to our Munich Hotel. Day two was a pick up at our hotel with a visit outside Munich and a stop on the way back at Dachau. Day three was a Munich tour. Finally, day four was a transfer from our hotel to the Munich airport. All four drivers were prompt, smart, spoke perfect English and very kind. They also were happy to adjust itineraries at our request. Plus, Europe Journey was very timely in responding to my e-mails and questions. I would highly recommend their services when visiting Munich. It was a huge help in planning, when I could work with a single company to arrange for several days of travel.

Michael was an excellent driver, very respectful and a great conversationalist. He made a 2 hour drive very enjoyable and drove very safely. His car was clean and comfortable. He patiently waited for us during our sightseeing time. Highly recommend!

Comfortable ride … transportation to Prague. We stopped in Dachau and Karlovy Vary to break up the trip. We had a great day with Thomas, a safe and courteous driver!

David was an excellent driver and tour guide, very knowledgeable and good communicator. The Dachau concentration camp was a bit unsettling, reading all the stories of the prisoners and seeing what happened very moving. It is good that this is preserved to remind us of the atrocities that happened. He then took us to Starnberg lake where we had an excellent lunch and then got the little boat to Roseninsel Island unfortunately we didn’t get into the casino tour due to a very rude woman conducting the tour. David had lots of history about Ludwig 11 who built the casino/villa. Return to Munich very pleasant.

Highly recommend Europe Journey’s Neuschwanstein & Linderhof tour. Our driver, Yuriry was excellent. Picked us up on time, offered to stop at scenic spots for photos, was helpful & informative throughout the trip. The architecture & opulence of the castles is astounding. The drive took you past quaint villages, rivers & breathtaking mountains.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Tomas was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He joined us as much as possible during the tour and showed us some sites that we likely would not have found on our own. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. This trip is definitely recommended!
