This was such an amazing tour. So horrifying, so interesting and just a great experience learning the history of WWll. You learn about the concentration camp but also about the wider timeline of the war and little extra facts along the way. Very informative.

You could easily arrange your own visit to Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp but I found this was a great way to do the trip that took away any need to work out routes etc. Tour guide Paul gave a very friendly welcome and was knowledgeable and passionate about it the history. The bus that took us there was comfortable on a very hot day. Paul gave us a potted history of what led to the Nazi party gaining control of Germany and what part thr concentration camps played as well we're driven there. This was carried over to the visit itself. Lots of information but also time for personal reflection. You cannot see all there is to see in the two hours you are there. It flies by. But you get a true feeling for the place and what happened there.

For a first time visitor to Berlin I thought this was a great way to see some of the more interesting historical sites without having to wander around with your phone in hand following a map. Easy to spot the meeting point and got a friendly welcome. Rohan, the guide, was very informative and obviously passionate about what he does. It's very much a whistle stop tour but ideal for getting your bearings and hearing interesting things about the site. Suitable for most types, it's two hours without rest so make sure to take a bottle of water on a hot day.

The highlight of the tour was our Australian guide -Paul. His extensive knowledge of the history and culture of Germany and more specifically, Berlin was fantastic.
