Possible scam

Still not sure whether it was a scam. No one showed up and we waited for 1 and a half hours in the rain. Not the best experience i had so far.

Your ticket will give you the exact location, get a taxi is the best option to the location.also the guides will have bright shirts with logos on them & they usually gather on the steps of the post office.
