The private Berlin Tour was excellent. The car came to the cruise port and drove us (5 adults) into Berlin to meet our tour guide. Mikhail our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable and took us to all the must see sights in Berlin. One of our family members is a big history buff and Mikhail definitely was able to answer and give in depth explanations to make this tour memorable. Then we wrapped up and the car drove us back to the cruise port ( 3 hours each way)

The tour bus picked us up at the Kiel cruise terminal and returned back to the Kiel cruise terminal well before the all-on-board time. We had a walking tour of the Lubeck old town and also time for shopping. I'd say the tour guide managed time very well. Excellent tour guide.

Horrible service. I didn't see anything on this tour, just walking and walking....dark streets and trees. We didn't get inside any site! Neither, they provided audio headsets as it is stated in the description of the tour. They don't apologize for their mistakes and the guide behaviour was quite rude. You can take a freetour, 10€ donation as you will see everything. This tour is ripping off Americans , Australians as they don't know about these free tours. Avoid it!

OMG OMG Walud was outstanding. Great speaker with outstanding knowledge of Berlin. All tour administration was flawless. Finally, Wolfgang our Driver did an awesome job in trying traffic conditions.

The guide was wonderful, the attractions were all worthwhile. If you have only one day, then choose this tour. Save your time and energy, a great value too

Very good tour for the length and money. Good bus ride. Good tour guide. A great way to see the highlights if you've never been to Berlin before.

While looked forward the tour to see Berlin, when we arrived at the first stop we came to realize that we had joined a tour would return to our cruise ship too late to board! The rest of the bus full of travelers were on another ship with a later departure. So I can't comment on how the tour was. What I speak favorably about is how the tour group immediately guided us as we found an alternative return to our ship. They even alerted our ship about our potential late return. A private taxi for our family of 5 expedited our return just in time for departure, and the tour compensated for the missed tour and return travel. We will be more careful about our booking in the future, but would trust this company to take care of us.

Wonderful tour. Tobi was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was an excellent guide. The historical places of Berlin is a must see when visiting Germany.

Walid from VEXPERIO did a superb job as our guide! The whole experience was perfect from beginning to end! The rep from VEXPERIO met our cruise ship exactly as described. We left on time. Toilet stops were well planned. Walid had a great sense of humor. The tour moved at a good pace and we covered all of the important sites. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience! I highly recommend this tour as an alternative to the higher priced shore excursion offered by the cruise ship.

Walid was amazing. His knowledge of history is deep, he provides local color and does it all with a sense of humor that kept me laughing! Do yourself a favor, take a tour with Walid.

We were on a cruise and came into the port at Warnemunde. The bus picked us up at the port and we made the three hour ride into Berlin. The tour was amazing and we saw all of the highlights of Berlin and more. Lunch was on our own at a shopping mall food court with a lot of choices. Our guide, Daniel, was very knowledgeable about the history of Berlin and shared historical photos of places we were. He did a great job of taking care of us and sharing a wonderful day in Berlin with us. The only thing I might change on this tour would be adding a few dollars to the price of the tour and having the guide pay for guests to use the restrooms, as we were on a cruise that went to several countries and we didn’t have coins to pay for toilets. They tell you upfront that you need to get money from an ATM, but we didn’t have an opportunity to do that until the mall at lunchtime. Kudos to a wonderful German woman who gave us a euro so we could use the restroom. I pray God richly blesses her for her kindness to strangers.

This tour provides a wonderful opportunity to experience Greece’s stunning island scenery. Well-planned and full of beautiful sights, it’s a fantastic way to enjoy a halfday adventure

Our driver Kay (not sure of spelling) was pleasant and arrived on time. However, our tour guide, Gali Jaffe, looks irritated every time we stop and take photos, and often will say, “we can do that later, I will show you the best spots to take your photos”, but of course, that didn’t happen because we did not return to the same spot. I called her attention at the beginning because we were driving around and she will just mention the names of the buildings. I told her we need to stop because our group loves taking souvenir photos. She agreed. However, she would rushed us during stops because she said there’s a lot more places to see. We also felt that the tour which started at 10:30 am was cut short at 4:30 pm (with one hour break in between). For more than $2000 that our group of 6 pai this tour is not worth it.
