About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Linda F0 contributionsA Great Way to See Cordoba Highlights in One DayOur guide Suzanna was professional and very knowledgeable. If you only have a short amount of time and want an understanding of Cordoba's history, this is an excellent tour. Four hours is a long time to walk and stand though if you have bad knees!Written 30 October 2024
- Safari2447910 contributionsSometimes, less is moreThe tour guide was definitely enthusiastic about the history of Cordoba. However, by the end of the tour it felt like I was in an undergraduate lecture course - a lot of the descriptions were waaaaaaaaaay too long.Written 21 October 2024
- 14cedarw0 contributionsHighly recommendedOur guide was Jaime and he was fantastic. Funny, informative, engaging. We learned a lot about the history of the Mezquita and Cordoba and Andalusia. And, a beautiful building.Written 21 July 2024
- hillaryh6290 contributionsRaffa’s AlcazarRafa was amazing! Great info and fun personality on a blistering hot day. Wish the tour was longer. Tip: start out very early!Written 20 July 2024
- margaretwL305QD0 contributionsDon't Miss This Amazing Cathedral within a mosque - Made Better With An Expert GuideWe have never seen anything like this is all of our many travels. Inside this beautiful mosque, there is a huge surprise - a complete Catholic Cathedral. Unlike most religious sites, the Catholics didn't demolish the mosque and start over, instead they preserved 80% of this gorgeous mosque and built a cathedral within it. It was totally worth going and it was one of the highlights of our travels in Spain. We used My Top Tours, and our guide, Jamie, a native of Cordoba, was so friendly, knowledgeable and made the tour an absolute delight!Written 14 June 2024
- Alera0 contributionsPoorly run organization, but good tour in the endTour, itself, was well organized, engaging and informative. If I was rating only on the tour, I would give a 5. However, the administrative part of the business is run terribly. The office does not respond to messages, whether by phone, WhatsApp, email or even Facebook. I reserved the tour a month in advance and wasn't even sure it would happen until the evening before. Furthermore, I didn't think I was going to be able to do it in English until I arrived and he informed me that it would be in English.Written 15 May 2024
- eeshahh0 contributionsit was finethe tour was ok. our guide wasn’t good at storytelling or conveying the information interestingly. I’m not upset about the info, but it was annoying that we couldn’t turn in our headsets early to leave. we had to wait until the entire tour was over and give our headset back to our same guide otherwise we’d get charged. The last like 25 minutes we were just waitingWritten 10 May 2024
- Marj200090 contributionsNot informativeThis tour was disappointing. The guide (Jose or Tema) explained very little about Jewish history of Cordoba or even Jewish life in more recent years. He spoke about himself, primarily. He lacked even the basic sense of history, such as the extent of the expulsion, forced conversion, ececutions of Jewish citizens. Too bad.Written 5 May 2024
- repire0 contributionsA wonderful morning in CordobaJose Maria (Chama?) gave an absolutely brilliant tour. His knowledge was comprehensive and encyclopaedic and he delivered it in a fun and interesting way. The Mosque Cathedral is of course the undoubted star of the show, a must-see.Written 14 March 2024
- JamesEric710 contributionsNo show in low season. They didn’t show up. When it was past time and we couldn’t find them I checked my email and they had canceled a hour or so before.Written 6 December 2023
- 379janee0 contributionsHopelessGot stuck in traffic and none of the contact numbers replied so lost the trip. Very disappointed and annoyedWritten 2 December 2023
- Farzana K0 contributionsNot worth the moneyIt wasn’t worth the money. Guid was good but there wasn’t much to show in the Alchazr. We started from one main entrance of it and funahws in another that was it.Written 10 November 2023
- 143stuartl0 contributionsGreat Tour with Wonderful Food & Restaurant SuggestionsDavid was a wonderful guide who was born in Cordoba and doing an art history major. He paced the tour well and answered all of our questions with thoughtfully and with some humor. At the part of the tour where he talked about local and traditional foods, he also gave us some restaurant suggestions which turned out well (example was Casa Miguelito - try their "killer" fried calamari dish). It was a very warm day so that the evening tour was more comfortable.Written 16 October 2023
- Carol13440 contributionsUnequivocally the BEST Experience! This was my third time visiting the Mezquita with a tour guide. Our tour guide was Jesus Maria and he was outstanding! He not only was a local, he was a historian. His tour was interesting and informative. He was able to present the information in an engaging manner. It was the best tour of the massive site that I have taken and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Thank you Jesus Maria!Written 15 October 2023
- Julie L0 contributionsCordoba Evening Tour with RaphaelHad a great tour with Raphael in Cordoba. His personality and enthusiasm are infectious! He showed us things and told us the history on places we may have never seen on our own. Very enjoyable time and the city is beautiful at night!Written 5 October 2023

They removed me from the tour at the last minute with no explanation. I got an email the night before saying it's cancelled. Apparently the tour happened but they overbooked it so they had to remove some people. What a stupid thing to do. I was lucky to get another tour instead. Don't trust them. Avoid!

1. How far is the meeting point from the train station please? We will be based in Seville, and planning to take the train from Seville to Córdoba and join the tour.
2. How many people are expected in the tour? What is the maximum number of people?
3. What time is the starting time of the English tour?
Thank you.
