Day 1: Tangier Morning and Casablanca Evening

Stop At: Tangier, Tangier, Tangier-Tetouan Region
After the pick up anywhere from Malaga or surroundings, we will go to Tarifa or Algesiras. Here we will take the Fast Ferry across the Strait of Gibraltar.

Upon arriving in Tangier, start a walking tour of the little souk, where you will visit the dried fruit, vegetables, and spice markets as well the jewelers’ street where you will receive a full explanation of the Moroccan wedding ritual. Then visit of the medina (old town) and the Kasbah (old fortress) to discover the rich architecture. At the souk, you’ll have free time to stroll down its colour and aroma-filled streets and pick up a souvenir.

You’ll visit  Cap Spartel, the impressive  Palace of the sultan,  the Necropolis,  the caves of Hercules where the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea mixed their waters. Stop at an Atlantic dune to take pictures and ride the camels (optional) then return to the port driving through the most glamorous neighborhood.

At the end of the Tangier visit, you will take the TGV fast speed train to Casablanca (02 hours and 5 minutes only) Always with assistance of our Driver Guide.

It is a good idea to make a
guided tour to learn a little more about the history and construction of the area. Mahkama du Pacha
A clear example of the fantastic architecture of the area, Mahkama du Pacha, or the courthouse of Pacha, was built as a court of law and an area of events for state occasions. As it stands today as a building of work, it is not always possible to get inside access, however, with a spectacular exterior architecture that shows strong Moorish influences, worth the worth going through some photos. For those who are lucky enough to enter, admire the
rich furniture and design, including the spectacular carved cedar wood ceiling and The white marble columns.

A panoramic tour of the Cornich and the residential neighborhood of Anfa, to finish your visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque, which was built in 1993; the mosque of Hassan II is the largest mosque in Africa. Its minaret rises to 201 meters and it is the tallest in the world.
The mosque consists of a prayer room, a room of bathroom ablutions, which has recently opened its doors to the public, a school Koranic, a library and a museum Finish your visit at the newly renovated “Casa Voyageur” train station to take the TGV back to Tangier and Ferry to Spain.
