About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 220shirazj0 contributionsA fantastic experience seeing some very cool neighbourhoods with Marta!Well worth the tour of both stunning neighbourhoods. Booked online with the company the night before and set off at 6pm for a 2.5hour tour of these incredible neighbourhoods. Would have never found half the places on my own and the guide (Marta) was very knowledgeable, had excellent English and very positive. She answered lots of our questions along the way and made it fun for everybody. Well with joining one of these tours to see places and viewpoints that you would have missed otherwise!Written 17 May 2023

- CatCal90 contributionsWe were never able to take the tour as the guide was not at meeting pls rThe tour guide at the meeting place on the ticket said he didn’t have our name on his list, so we couldn’t take the tour.Written 13 March 2022
- 910nunom0 contributionsNo ShowWe booked a free tour for 6/October in English, and got the reservation in our email , but the guide did not show up in the schedule and place.Written 6 October 2020
- feensh0 contributionsGranada is a town i would like to explore for more than 3 days . So much things to exploreI had Edu (assume it's Eduardo?) as our guide in 2017. Sorry Edu, a bit (too) late for my review. Interesting city and Edu could bring it with interesting story. But unfortunately, was not happy with an admin lady that Edu said look like Penelope Cruz a bit (forget her name). She gave me sour face when i rejected the offer to do Granada tour. And brushed me off when i waited the free tour to start. Im not a type that would give pennies in the end of the tour tho'. Completely happy with Edu's but for the traveller like me, everything always have been prepared before my trip and my hotel offer me the ticket to Alhambra, which i had agreed to before i joined this tour.Written 4 June 2020
- Chezza-20100 contributionsGreat tour, thanks Juana! This was the company I tried to book with online first, but due to a glitch on the website, when I tried to pay it took you back to the beginning and you couldn't confirm it. As per my last review of Granada a Pie, we were not with them for some reason, but with Feel the City, great! It worked out that it was just us two with one guide, we did the walking tour of Albaicin and Sacromonte. Juana was our guide and she was lovely, extremely informative and took us to some great vantage points along the way. She also recommended a tapas place and a Flamenco venue after we expressed interest in seeing a show, thank you. Thoroughly recommend it, but there are lots of steps for someone who is less mobile.Written 10 March 2020
- TheLondonNomad0 contributionsGranadafreetour.com monuments tourReally enjoyed this walk led by Nacho. Loved entering the monuments and soaking in the history. Nacho was an excellent guide. Enjoyed talking to other participants too. I did another free walk with another company, but this was better with only 7 guests in total. I don't know what the tipping etiquette is so left 10 euros. Highly recommended!Written 4 March 2020
- Kerrie S0 contributionsInteresting walking toursBooked a free monuments walking tour which lasted for 2 1/2 hours. We would never have found some of the places on our own but then visited some again later. Tour guide Gabriella very engaging, friendly and informative. Then paid for a walking tour around Albeycin and Sacromonte districts which was also very interesting. Visited a cave house and San Nicolas viewpoint as part of the tour. The tour company also booked us into a flamenco show, which was very enjoyable.Written 1 March 2020
- mouna_22880 contributionsWonderful experience! We did the free morning tour around the city with Josh and we loved the experience. he was so nice, giving excellent explanations and historical stories. We decided to book the night tour with him as well and it was as great ! We clearly recommend to do these tours with Josh (English tours) he is the best and we learnt so much on Granada.Written 10 February 2020
- marftrip0 contributionsFantastic Free Walking Tour with Gabriela!I’ve taken many free walking tours, and always be pleased and impressed with the tour guides. But today’s morning walking tour (English) of the central and Albaicin areas with Gabriela was the best I’ve ever done. She is not only passionate about Granada, she has an exceptional amount of historical and cultural facts at her fingertips. (And recommended a wonderful place for lunch as well.) We had a small group, and thankfully, all were interested, engaged and listening! We learned a tremendous amount about Granada... I’m so happy I took this tour. I’ll eventually leave Granada understanding it much better - thank you Gabriela. I definitely recommend this company and tour! (Do be prepared for lots of walking, some uphill.)Written 1 February 2020
- 878franzk0 contributionsPerfect!Josh lead us through an architectural and historical maze providing unusual insights and sights only a person intimately familiar with the area can do. Terrific job!Written 18 January 2020

- X9391XObens0 contributionsCancelled 2 hours before start and no refundI booked onto the English speaking Sacromonte and Albaycin Walking Tour. I called the day before to confirm the tour was taking place as this company has a 24 hour cancellation policy (for you) and they said it was. 2 hours bore the tour was due to start they called me to say the tour was cancelled due to low numbers. I cut short a hike to get back to the city in time so i was very disappointed. I asked for a refund and the girl explained her manager needed to process that and that they would call me back. I have not been contacted and have not received my refund. I ended up walking the same area by myself, there isn't any need to go with these guys, there are lots of plaques detailing the history of the buildings and the surrounding areas you can just read yourself.Written 5 December 2019
- mikehY8528NQ0 contributionsLovely guideEnjoyed the tour, the guide (Juanita was it, arggg, can't recall....she was from Murcia) was very knowledgeable of history.Written 22 November 2019
- Scott M0 contributionsGreat tourJose is a great guide, informative and friendly. Wear appropriate shoes as the climb up the Albaycin is on ancient cobbled streets, the group takes it time so people of all ages can easily achieve it. Would recommend.Written 13 November 2019
