I would strongly recommend this tour - the 3 hours is a perfect amount of time to walk around and see the entirety of the palace without being overly rushed (though you could spend all day here if you wanted to.) Our guide, Christian, was phenomenal in explaining the history of the palace and was the key to us having a great experience - all while being very friendly, personable, funny, and likable. This tour provides you with earpieces so you can hear your guide even if they are far away - this is a game changer: because of the narrow passageways and the large crowds, you will absolutely need this feature because you will get broken up or will have to walk in single file (with 10-15 people in your group) and so it would otherwise be impossible to hear. Other considerations: we were well paced, meaning we'd walk to a section - talk, look around, and move on. You should be aware that ANY tour of Alhambra is going to involve a lot of walking and some steps, so be prepared. This group was moving at a reasonable pace, with a break halfway through for the restrooms or a quick snack. Again, this tour company is clearly experienced and know how to run a great tour, and Christian was a phenomenal tour guide on top of this.

Wonderful tour of the Alhambra. Guide was very informative and answered questions. The length of the trip was perfect. Though our group initially had a headphone problem, our guide returned to the office and remedied this issue fairly quickly.

We had a fantastic day and an excellent guide called Sara who was very knowledgeable. It's not worth doing the tour without a guide as you miss so much. The Nasrid palaces are amazing. It was a full 3 hours, so make sure that you have comfy shoes on as you only get a 10 minute break 2 hours into the tour.

this is the place that history meet the actual time ; walking throw the narrow streets in this neighborhood ; the street floors are paved with old stones in the ancient style. don't miss the oldest houses while walking ; after nice walking you'll get to the best alhambra view (as president clinton say - the best view ever). on the left hand the famous mosque that build by qatar government ;

We had an amazing tour by Laura! All of us said the Alhambra tour was the highlight of our week in Spain. We took the 3 hour tour for less than 10 people. Reasonable price for a detailed highlights tour. The path our tour guide took us on avoided the crowds and we got to see e stunting up close. Highly recommend this small guided tour to get enough details but not too long to bore our group. Thank you Laura! So knowledgeable and interesting!

Great company. Very EZ to find meeting place. Helpful & friendly. Forgot passports. Tried to bluff it through. Big mistake. You WLL need passport. Had to dasht back to hotel, get passports & run back to make 10:30 appointment for entry to Palace. Don't be like us..you may not make it in time. What a stupid move. Almost missed the reason for coming to Granada.

Well organized meeting point and communicating before event. Very attentive guide. I'm 73 and have problem with stairs and walking on uneven surfaces. THERE ARE A LOT OF STAIRS, I MEAN A LOT! There is also a lot of walking up hill and down hill. I do not recommend this for limited mobility folks. It's worth visiting but I had to skip parts of the tour due to the stairs.

They post a location for meeting that is CLOSED. Ask you to download and install an app, for a simple tour. I PAID and showed up where instructed, 15 minutes prior to where tour starts. Only to find out that they called me 10 minutes before the time I was supposed to show up at the CLOSED location. I don’t have an international calling plan, was in transit to follow their instructions, so did not receive the message until much later when WiFi available. Why not notify 24 hours in advance? I prepaid this tour, and never received it due to their chaos. Emailed them with NO REPLY.

Our guide Sarah was knowledgeable , very patient will all our questions. The 3 hours flew by. We would highly recommend this tour.

We booked this tour late, a few days in advance. The total price was $504. It was to start at 12:30 at the meeting place. We met there and then for 1/2 hour we had to walk up a hill . then we toured from 1- 2 with a 15 minute break . then we were given a bathroom break from 1 - 1:15. At that point we walked again for a 45 minute tour. So in total we had a 1 1/2 hour tour instead of 3 hours. It was terrible and we paid so much for it. I tried cancelling with Viator to get my money back and they were totally not helpful. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!.

Our group was a small group of 6 where the guide (who was excellent) gave personal attention to all in the group. A little chaotic in trying to figure where to get started (there was many group tours), but once that was done, it went at a good comfortable pace with lots of informative background information. Started on time. Does entail a little bit of walking. Interior, exterior and scenery was outstanding.
