About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 265tihanas0 contributionsScam, no guides showed up, no one answering the phoneBought 3 tickets for Sagrada Familia guided tour, came to the meeting point 30 minutes earlier, no one showed up. Ten people (7 next to us) were left on the street with no tour, no one answered our numeorous calls or emails that day or ever. At the end we never got to see Sagrada Familia from the inside and our trip was completely ruined. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SCAMMERS!Written 8 April 2024
- BeckyLayton0 contributionsExceeded all expectationsWe stumbled upon Albert and "Feel the City" tours when we arrived at the Barcelona Cathedral at 11am. We saw their 'free' walking tour umbrella and decided last minute to join their tour. We loved it. Albert gave us one of the best walking tours we've done - so much interesting info about the Gothic Barrio as well as informative details about life, culture, politics in Barcelona. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would strongly recommend it to anyone considering a city tour.Written 12 January 2019
- EstebanRamirez360 contributionsGreat Barcelona Tour and Tour GuideThe Barcelona Feel The City Tours are incredible. They really gave my family and me a good feel for the city and helped us understand the amazing history of Barcelona. Our tour guide, Cristina, really made the tour. She led us on both the Barcelona Free Tour and the Gaudi and ModernismTour. She is very knowledgeable, informative and humorous. She has a deep knowledge of Barcelona history and architecture, and she stirred our curiosity, engaging us in conversation and prompting many questions to which she always had an answer. We recommend the Feel The City Tours with Cristina to everyone who visits Barcelona. You can't go wrong with this tour.Written 30 December 2018
- 29petel0 contributionsA great way to get a feel for BarcelonaWhen we started I was concerned that a free tour would not be much good, but perhaps that is the point. The tour was great, it was informative and fun as we made our way around the city Cristina our guide did a fabulous job, the tour lasted way longer than scheduled and at the end she had earned her tips. If she had asked for that up front we might not have gone, and we would have missed out. Thanks CristinaWritten 6 December 2018
- PeterKothe0 contributionsGreat City tour with Paco!We enjoyed a wonderful walk under the guidance of Paco today. His knowledge and detailed explanations and clear illustration about the different spots and various churches and landmarks within the gothic quarter were utmost interesting and enlightening. I do recommend this tour mainly to adult visitors.Written 4 December 2018
- Elsa T0 contributionsGreat tourMy daughter and I did the Barcelona tour Our guide was Marc. He was wonderful. So knowledgeable and informative. He gave us the history of the gothic quarter and made it interesting and fun. A great way to see places you would not even know are there. Would thoroughly recommend this tour if you are a first time visitor. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Marc!Written 19 November 2018

- Mg926510 contributionsBEHIND THE SCENES WITH CRISTINA!First, I love this company because it’s the best way to learn/see about so many things in a city. They really hit the highlights. Great attitudes, jokes, and really making an entertaining experience, while still packing in a ton of relevant information. Cristina was our guide and we couldn’t have been luckier! She is vibrant and full of fun facts and stories and LOVES her city of Barcelona. The Gothic old city tour is a perfect start to a vacation in Barcelona. Winds you around the narrow, charming streets and squares. THANK YOU Feel the City Tours! We love you!Written 2 November 2018

- Peter J0 contributionsInformative Walking Tour about Modernist Architecture in BarcelonaOur guide Cristina is a very nice and humorous person. Since our group on that day was very small, it felt like a private tour and we were able to ask a lot of questions.Written 9 October 2018
- kaloonoma0 contributionsAmazing tourJulietta was amazing, she knew the city and it's history. she was also very pleasant and energetic and far from being just a tourist guide she also engaged in conversations and discussed questions with the tour group. This was an amazing tour.
Our guide was Vanessa.
We were in a group of about 20+ people and with the only children, but they were interested and engaged throughout despite it taking about 3.5 hours and being very hot. The Alhambra and Generalife cover a huge area and without a guide we would have been lost and tired/bored very quickly but it was actually an incredible experience, for all of us.
We were worried before the tour because of another comment about the organisation being poor but after a panic when we couldn't find Vanessa at the beginning (her umbrella wasn't purple!) it was all fine - and she was very careful to go and search out the other people who couldn't find her before we set off.
My only comment was that we had to provide passport details in advance and bring them (this is an Alhambra requirement, not the tour company), and this wasn't clearly explained in advance. I got a very clear reply to my email when i questioned it, but it would be better to have had that explained before as i am generally suspicious of emails asking for passport details...
But actually this was all dealt with very well and i couldn't recommend it more highly.

Me cancelaron los malditos con un tour que compré hace un mes, se me hace una falta de respeto, dado que con esta premura ya no puedo encontrar boletos.
