- ifer350 contributionsThe water gardens of Dorne in Seville with LolaWhat a fantastic tour We booked the Game of Thrones walking tour through Expedia and were lucky enough to get Lola as our guide - not only was her historical knowledge of Alcazar of Seville fantastic and enjoyable she is also friends with one of the extras from Game of Thrones so had some amazing tales to tell regarding the filming in Seville I would highly recommend that you book direct with Sevilla4Real and see if Lola is doing the tour as you wont be disappointed. Lola also offered plenty of fantastic recommendations for the rest of our time in beautiful Seville What a fantastic afternoon HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDWritten 2 March 2020
- Raynpa0 contributionsNo show guide - hugely disappointing and frustratingAfter a long day of travelling we were really looking forward to our introductory walking tour and first meal in Sevilla. I do not usually pre-book touristy type tours but given our time in Sevilla was limited to a few days I thought this would be a good way of easing ourselves in and familiarising ourselves with the city before having a much needed evening meal. Despite turning up 5 mins early at the designated meeting point, there was no sign of any guide. A policeman and another tour guide from a different company confirmed we were in the correct meeting place but no sign of any tour. We spent the next hour trying to ring Sevilla4Real only to get a continual no answer. We eventually got through to Viator in London who couldn't get through to Sevilla4Real either so we asked for and got a full refund but over an hour wasted on our first evening in Sevilla. We asked Viator for compensation but were only offered a discount on an alternative tour on another day which didn't fit with our plans so first day in Sevilla was a write off and a huge disappointment and frustrating given we were only there for 3 days. Fortunately all the other experiencies and restaurants we booked (some through Viator) including the yacht lunch/Alcazar visit lived up to or exceeded expectations, in particular the organic/seasonal lunch in the home of chef, Antonio Cruz, which was a truly special, memorable experience.Written 23 February 2020
- turneretti0 contributionsPersonalised, tailored, terrific tour of Alcazar and Cathedral, SevillaCristina took two of us on a three-hour historical and cultural tour of Seville’s Alcazar and the Cathedral. This personalised tour was magic, Cristina was brilliant. We learned so much, and she was able to tailor her info to our level of knowledge and adjust the level and quantity of info to suit us perfectly. I could not recommend Cristina, and the services offered by sevilla4real more highly. Thank you so much.Written 4 January 2020
- Patrick S0 contributionsTriana Walking Tour & Eco CruiseThe tour was interesting. A bit slow paced from a walking perspective. The comments were valuable with many facts and explanations we did not know. The group was small and manageable. A restaurant recommendation we followed was disappointing though. The cruise was slow paced but the commentary in English was poor. As a rough guide, for every 10 sentences in Spanish we got one sentence in English. When tourism is your line of business a better performance in that area is expected.Written 3 January 2020
- nikenorourke0 contributionsNice and informative tourThe location was a little tricky to find but once the tour got started it was very interesting. A little repetitive but it was good effort but probably in the future better execution with presenting the information. But the tour guide themself was very nice and friendly, and answered every question we had no matter the subject. In the end, got to see different parts of Seville and with a bit of improvement, a great tour.Written 30 December 2019
- Courtney D0 contributionsFlamenco Show and TapasMy Mum and I were very much looking forward to this night and it did not disappoint. Cristina our guide was so lovely and extremely passionate about Flamenco. The show was amazing and very intimate so was definitley a more unique experience rather than visiting a more tourist oriented show. Cristina explained to us all about Flamenco and it's rich history. After the show we enjoyed tapas and wine at 2 different bars. Thoroughly enjoyed the night and would 100% recommend to othersWritten 24 October 2019
- mojcon0 contributionsMonuments of SevilleWe had originally booked with Lola but she was unable to make the booking. However Lola gave us the option of going with her nominated replacement, Chris. The tour was excellent. My sister had never had a private city tour before so didn't know what to expect. I had used guides in Italy, Japan and parts of Africa so was hoping the experience would be as positive. I have given Chris a 5 star rating. Her subject knowledge was excellent and she took time to look after us as well as ensure we had the chance to see everything properly. The private tours always cost more than the group equivalents but you get better value for money and the chance to work to your own timetable.Written 7 October 2019

- JStragalinos020 contributionsFlamenco and Tapas Triana TourWe had an amazing evening with our Tour Guide Christina. Exploring the Triana area of Sivella Spain. Christina was a wealth of knowledge explaining the history of the area, the origins of Flamenco and took us to local bars and restaurants were we sampled tasty local food, wine and beers whilst walking through beautiful streets.Written 21 May 2019
- abcfox0 contributionsA great tour, not just for GoT fansOur family of four had a wonderful tour of Italica with Cris. Although we chose the tour because one of us is a fan of the show, Cris made it interesting for all. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were fantastic, and her excellent English made it easy for everyone in our family. Not to mention the extra "insider" tidbits she shared about the filming of Game of Thrones. We would definitely choose Sevilla4Real again, since we had a great experience as well as outstanding communication beforehand. Thank you, Cris!Written 21 May 2019

- Ian-Down-Under0 contributionsLocal tour gemWe really enjoyed our 2 hour walk around some quiet back streets of Sevilla, guided by local Christina who spoke good English. So much colourful history was shared, we are starting to understand why the city has such a dynamic character. Starting from below the Las Setas De Sevilla, the amazing wooden Mushrooms of Seville, we wandered past churches, mosques, old structures, colourful laneways, statues, and more. Colourful commentary throughout was always interesting. Cristina pointed out a couple of the better local restaurants, and we visited one afterwards (Alcázar, refer to my separate review if you’re hungry). A great couple of hours without translation headsets, and just the 3 of us being shown around. Totally recommend this tour and guide.Written 6 January 2019

Lola took us on a very nice and insightful tour of the Alcazar of Seville. As a Game of Thrones fan, this guided tour was amazing. Lola has a true passion and love for Seville and the world of Game of Thrones. She knows all of the interresting facts about the beautiful palace, and she loves to tell stories and show pictures from the set of Game of Thrones.
We’ve had a very pleasent experience with Sevilla4Real, and will gladly recommend them to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Seville.

This was a great tour. Miguel (the cute one) really made it meaningful and fun. Without a guide it is just a lot of cool stuff to look at without any context. If you’re going to do the Alcazar I’d highly recommend this tour!

Real Alcázar and GOT Tour: (December 30, 2023).
Nothing ruins a tour more than a tour guide who is late. We were assigned to Javier who is supposed to meet us at 1:30 pm in their Naturanda office. It was cold but we were not allowed to wait for their late tour guide inside the office. We all had to wait outside. When it was already 1:45 pm, we inquired where Javier was. It turns out he had just arrived but still taking his sweet time getting his audio set and fixing his backpack inside the office. He was late because he allegedly lost one of the members in his previous tour group. We would have let it pass had he shown some remorse by doing things quickly and apologizing. But we received no apologies whatsoever.
The tour was entitled Real Alcázar and Game of Thrones tour. But there was no mention at all that this was the site of Dorne, the southernmost kingdom of Westeros ruled by the Martells. I appreciate the facts & history that Javier mentioned, but those dates would be more meaningful and interesting if the tour would come up with interesting stories about the Alcázar. There are so many interesting things about the Alcázar that weren’t mentioned. Javier was just mouthing facts which did not spark any interest at all. I might as well just read the stories about the Alcázar.
We were a big group but Javier was impatient and led us too quickly through the tour. We have not yet fully explored the room, but we had to leave. He was in such a hurry that I am no longer wondering why he lost a member of his previous tour group.
I did not post this review until after I finished my last trip with Naturanda. There are always good reviews and some will always be bad. But all the bad reviews I read about Naturanda are true. This serves as a warning.

The tour description mentions Osuna, however, this tour does NOT include Osuna. The organization to get to Alcazar was a bit chaotic, but Ismael, that did the tour was an amazing guide. He brought so much good energy, is very knowledgeable and is a really funny guy. Just for that, the tour was more than worth it!

We loved this tour. We really wanted a blend of history and GOT information. I feel like this tour hit a really nice blend of the two. We had two guides, Lola and Clara. Both were great! I loved their enthusiasm for both GOT and the Alcazar!

I really wanted to love this but...it was pretty meh. The good: Lovely guide who arrived early and walked us from our hotel to the Alcazar. She gave us some good background in the actual history of what we were seeing. It was very thin on actual GOT info, however, and there was very little of that in our tour. I was happy to skip the line to get in but we gleaned almost nothing about the show from our experience. (She did tell us about a theory she has about the ending but not much about the actual filming.) I would not recommend this tour, especially given the price.

Oh! I apologize by this, we can understand that maybe you had had bigger expectations. Anyway, you're able to suggest to us what we could add to this experience to do it more worth it than now, apart of images of the scenes and extra anecdotes.
I hope you enjoyed the rest of the tour and the palace on your own.
My best regards! Cristina.

Although we did enjoy the tour, which was basically a tour of Alcazar without having to wait in queues, there are other guided tours which were half the price. This cost us £54 each which is very excessive for what it was. We feel qualified to comment on value for money as we have been on tours in Belfast, Dubrovnik and Split to compare.
The guide was knowledgeable and welcoming but overall this was not worth the money which is the reason for the 2 stars.
Find another tour if it’s just a tour of Alcazar. I wouldn’t pay more than €25 for this one. The title of this one is misleading too as it did not include Osuna (which would have cost even more).

We are very sorry that you felt that way. In Seville, we are the only company that offers this type of tour and with groups that normally don't reach 7 people, so it gives some closeness and added value to our tours. We also usually adapt the tours as the client needs it even if the tour is already contracted and started. Anyway, thank you for your comment because it will help us to improve our future visits.
Thank you for choosing us and for giving us your point of view. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation.
Greetings and good memories!

Even though the guide was nice and definitely knew a lot about the place, he never mentioned anything about Game of Thrones. I can only speculate whether we were erroneously sent to the wrong tour or if this is false advertisement.
