About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Melinda B0 contributionsBeautiful Cathedral, poor audio tourAudio tour in English was hard to navigate and was not organized correctly. The device that was given to me to use for the audio tour seized up and I could not use it. The maps that were posted in the Cathedral were also hard to understand. It is amazing Cathedral and definitely worth the experience butWritten 15 September 2024
- V9545DHellies0 contributionsAnimal abuseSo so sad to see how the horses are treated. So many look like they are about to collapse from standing in blistering heat for hours on end with no water. When you speak to the owners to ask for water they are aggressive. Do not know how this is legal. Disgusting and there are so many around the city, ruined my time in SevilleWritten 1 September 2024

- vielkac20180 contributionsLovely architectureThis is quite a sight. The detail in the architecture makes this a desirable spot to visit. We took many pictures and recommend arriving with tickets.Written 24 April 2024

- tanikamcdonald0 contributionsHeartbreakingCompletely Heartbreaking! I witnessed a lame horse being whipped to pull a carriage of 4 around Seville in blistering heat. These poor horses go up and down hour after hour, day after day, probably year after year. Often times they look malnourished and exhausted. Just last year a horse collapsed and dropped dead in the middle of the street. How can people continue to support this?Written 13 April 2024
- mvichka0 contributionsDon’t book your tour with them!We came to Seville just for 2 days. We booked the tour a month in advance and were excited to visit all the places without staying in the long lines. One day before the tour, we received an email saying that half of the places were closed and we won’t able to visit them, and we should get a refund. On the day of the tour it was raining very hard. When we came to the address, which we received from the company a day before, it looked very strange since it wasn’t on the road, but instead was on a very narrow street. We came to the meeting point and waited for almost 15 min, no one came. We started to call them and text to make sure that they will pick us up. No one answered the calls or texts. After 30 minutes we received a phone call from the company’s representative saying that they already left without us, since we never came. We were just shocked! We asked how come no one called us or answered the phone. Then we offered to take a taxi and meet them on the next meeting point. Instead of answering, the guy said that another tour person will meet us in 45 minutes , but it will be shorter version of the tour and he will send us the address with a meeting point. After receiving the address we stopped the taxi asking them to take us to the place. The taxi driver said that the address doesn’t exit and this is just a zip code of a large area. By that time we were soaking wet, frustrated and very upset. After paying almost $300 for 2 we felt like we were dealing with company who doesn’t care about customers, can’t provide good quality service and care for their business. We left Seville without seeing Alcazar or Cathedral, since all the tickets and the tours were sold out.Written 26 March 2024
- Anjabr1230 contributionsA sad sightThe sight of all the carriage horses all around the city is a sad sight and we wouldn't dream of going for a ride. We saw the drives take good care of the carriage, but never did we see any offering their horse water, food or a friendly touch. The horses seem apathetic and without any spirit. I hope someone is smart enough to find a modern way of letting tourists meet these amazing animals with their welfare in focus. I would pay for that.Written 25 January 2024
- Trek228485918880 contributionsFlamenco in Seville, Spain!!!We were excited to be going to a flamenco performance in Seville, Spain! We were greeted and picked up from our hotel for the show. This included a historical guided tour with our very knowledgeable guide Maria. She had explained the history of the regions connection with flamenco with cultural highlights. I highly recommend if you want an authentic flamenco experience!Written 29 December 2023
- Stay5489560 contributionsGreat guide, disorganized company! It was an English speaking tour and most of the time we were with a bus driver who did not speak English. He was really nice and tried to help though, but that is not what we expected. The agency postponed our pick up time to 1 hour later (instead of 8 a.m. pick up was at 9 a.m.) .There was bad weather so there was more traffic and we got late to our tour. If the agency left the pick up time as per original, we would not be late. The tour began without us, so we had to wait for them to join them for other parts. The one we missed, we had to do by ourselves. The guide was lovely and knowledgeable. The timing became a problem in the end because we were supposed to have 2 hours in Granada. It was to late to enjoy Granada and we already had plans for the evening. We missed half of the day tour that we already paid for; did not have time for lunch or see Granada.Written 31 October 2023
- J7305DWraquelh0 contributionsAmazing place, but average guided tour, little communication.Overall it was a good visit. The guide was clear and gave a lot of valuable information. The Nasrid palaces are incredible. However, the visit did not include a visit to the Alcazaba. We did that on our own. Although we booked the visit only in Spanish, our visit was done in Spanish and English. The agency needs a lot of organization and communication with clients. They informed me of the meeting point at the entrance to the Alhambra, however, they changed the meeting point to a nearby hotel, but they never informed me. Fortunately I was able to phone ahead to ask why I couldn't find the guide. In addition to that, the guide did not wait for us when we had to go to the bathroom nor did he tell us exactly where to reach the group, which caused us to get lost and delayed the visit. All of this would have been avoided with better communication.Written 27 October 2023
- pvrmaruthipavan0 contributionsNice comprehensive tour of SevilleWe enjoyed the trip. Our Guides Mellisa and Maria were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave all the key details of the places during the visit. The full day tour that we booked covered most part of Seville. The cruise in a boat in the betys river was very refreshing. The trip is worth the money that we spentWritten 26 October 2023
- 124gilmam0 contributionsA must visit when in GranadaIt is an amazing place to visit. Glad I included it in my itinerary. The guide was excellent but rush a bit. It is understandable because of the large crowds but this may be a once in a life time trip for many tourists. It was not inexpensive. I will consider other forms of guided tours in my future adventures.Written 17 October 2023
