Alcazar and Cathedral Tour
Nov 2019 • Couples
I only rate a 3 due to the quality of the Tour guide’s narration. First I was extremely dissapointed that Plaza España was closed. This is not the fault of the Tour. The tour itself covered much ground though it was very rushed and the tour guide seemed very scripted. The cathedral tour was not organized. It was tough to follow as the guide was not clearly visible and there was no effort to keep track of everyone in the group. At one point we lost someone and I had a hard time following her and what she was describing. She kept walking without looking behind her to make sure the group was following along. It would have made a big difference if she held a stick high with a bright flag like some of the others. She seemed to have memorized a script throughout the tour. I enjoy history and loved the sights covered o this tour.

Great time hitting the three venues: the cathedral, the Alcazar, and old town. Pick up and drop off were on time. Lunch also good.

Excellent tour with Melissa
Jan 2019 • Family
Our half-day tour of Sevilla was amazing! Melissa made it all worthwhile. Her enthusiasm and pride for Sevilla showed through and made it fun to listen to her. She was knowledgeable and we enjoyed the entire morning immensely. For non-spanish speakers her English is very understandable. We only wish the tour was longer! Highly recommend with Melissa!

Highly Recommended - Melissa, our guide, was fantastic!!!
Dec 2018 • Family
The tour was very excellent. Melissa, our guide, was fantastic!!! We had a small group - could be due to the time of the year. It made for a very enjoyable experience. Melissa went out of her way to ensure that the group was enjoying the tour. History can be a complicated subject of Kings, Queens, date, wars and conquests. She was a wealth of knowledge and made it the facts entertaining and interesting. I highly recommend this tour!!!

Half day tour
Got picked up at 9.20, didn’t book for entry to anywhere as I had two broken bones in my foot. At 10.10 we had finally picked up everyone, no talking by the guide while we were driving around. Dropped at the Spanish square to walk around for 15 minutes. Got to the palace, waited again for groups to be sorted, walked through Jewish quarter and by just after 11 had finished! Not a good tour in my opinion.

Melissa was AMAZING!!!!!!
Apr 2018 • Couples
We loved this tour. The places we went were unbelievable. Everything was very well coordinated. The tour guide was bar none the best I have ever had. Melissa was so smart, spent a great deal of time giving us a lot of great information and made it so worthwhile. I would go back again and again.

Find a different company, if you can
Mar 2018 • Couples
Our hotel recommended this company, and we have alerted them to look for a better option. We took the half day --Alcazar, Cathedra, Jewish Quarter and Plaza d'Espana. The pick up bus was about 20 minutes late, and the information the company had about our tour selection was not correct -- that could happen at any time. The guide was experienced but disinterested, and it seemed as if there was a lot of confusion about who was going to lead the tour. We were English, Spanish (for the largest part of the group) and one Frenchman. The Spanish speakers were sent to another group, and they seemed annoyed and let everyone know that. The listening devices (so you could hear Carmen, our guide), were very poor quality and Carmen did not speak into her microphone, so it was always very difficult to hear. Her pronunciation made it difficult to understand her. She didn't put the Cathedral nor the Alcazar into any context, and so it was just a description of one room or altar to another. Very disjointed. She did obtain a senior citizen pass for my husband, and that was thoughtful

Thanks for posting here your oppinion Karen. We will check what happened that day, but must say our tours never are offered in three languages at the same time in a same group. And groups have a maximum of people, not to offer crowded tours. Our devices are new, and proffessional guides leading the gropus make really good tours.

Alcazar, Cathedral, Jewish Quarter, Plaza d'Espana with a vivacious guide
Nov 2017 • Couples
We saw the most important bits in a half day tour, and took ourselves separately to the Bull Ring and a Flamenco show. Our guide Melissa was great fun, adapted well to complications, genuinely loved her city, spoke excellent English and knew her stuff.

Thank you for your oppinion. The purpose in the monumental tour (the one you describe) is to unify the main places to be known in the city in a complete morning, Sevilla is a really incredible city full of places to be discovered, so that tour, grants you free time to spend in the afternoon in the way you prefer... We will tell Melissa about your oppinion. She will be happy to know it.
