    Awesome experience with great views
We have seen a lot of animals (mostly birds) because the guides Jose and Miguel showed us really awesome places and told us many interesting facts. We got really nice pictures as well! It was a really nice adventure for the day :) 10/10 We will recommend this tour!

    An enjoyable trip
Good amount of time spent at each place. Our guide Ayman was very good at orientating the group and pointing out where to get the best photos. I enjoyed the visit to the olive oil factory

    Wonderful day trip!
We had a very enjoyable day with Naturanda to Carmona and Cordoba. The tour guides were fun and knowledgeable. Our guide Emilio did a great job. He made the day very enjoyable for our younger son in particular. Thanks for the great memories!

Great way to see more of Spain
Fantastic day trip to 3 locations, finishing with Ronda. Guide, Juanra was entertaining, knowledgeable and counted the group every time to make sure no one was left behind.

Cancel This Tour & Give Money Back
While we paid for a tour in English, our guide did not know English. So, several of us on the tour tried to help with translations. Despite our best efforts, we learned very little due to the language barrier. Because the wine tour did not include vineyards, so we spent most of our time sitting in a courtyard with little of the wine ambience you'd expect from a half day tour like this. When it came time to taste the wines, we were only allowed to taste two very mediocre wines even though we kept hearing about their other wines that were served in Michelin star restaurants. Naturanda should return the money of this tour. If Naturanda cannot improve the tour, you should cancel it.

Excellent tour guide. Informative but not over powering. Interesting towns and at a fair price. Transport was clean and efficient.

    Great tour really enjoyable.
We had done Ronda a couple of years ago with Naturada and really enjoyed it so this time round we chose Cordoba & Carmona. Hose Luiz ( hopefully I got the name correct) the guide was fantastic and once again perfect pickup timing and drop offs. Carmona was fun to visit but I cannot emphasize enough the beauty of Mosque/Cathedral in Cordoba, the local guide here gave us an excellent tour. I strongly recommend Naturada and their guides.

    Roman Italica Visit
We went to the Roman town at Italica and we thought it was amazing. Puts some of our Roman sites in the UK into perspective. The trip was extra enjoyable as we had Alberto as our guide. A guide is essential to fully understand the site and what went on there and one couldn’t get better than Alberto. He is obviously very knowledgeable, very approachable and still enthusiastic even if he must have done the trip lots of times before. I would definitely recommend a visit. Based on this experience, I would certainly recommend other trips on offer.

Lovely tour of Cordoba & Carmona
We actually ended up changing from the group tour to a private tour to accommodate my parents’ physical and energetic abilities. Carlos was our guide and driver, and he knew and shared so much important history during the drive. He was gentle and patient with my parents, which I really appreciated. He was even kind enough after a very long day and lots of driving in the rain to message us links and recommendations for the following days activities. Thank you, Carlos!

Private tour to Caminito del Rey
There were nine of us in total and we booked a private tour to Caminito del Rey. The positives: Comfortable minibus Our tour guide, Miguel, was great! Since most of our group spoke neither English nor Spanish, Miguel managed the whole thing very well. He listened to our individual requests and implemented them well. We received valuable tips and recommendations from him along the way. What we didn't like was the planning itself, as it was a bit confusing. It's actually a private transfer and not a tour with a private guide. On arrival, we were also transferred to a mixed group with a different guide. At the end of the hike, we met Miguel again at the exit. This meant the trip took significantly longer and wasn't tailored to our individual time.

    Problematic for slowpokes
Generally fun trip. Well-done. Would recommend to anybody with ability to walk with ease. If you have temporary or permanent mobility issues that might make it hard to keep up with a fast-moving group, I'd recommend something else. As a minimal accommodation, the guide could have clearly stated the next walking destinations, so the slowpokes could catch up even if left behind. This never happened, even after our pace was evident at the first stop. By the end, when we had to rush back uphill unexpectedly, even though we could easily have headed back ahead of time without stressing or inconveniencing anyone, I'd had enough. Tours like this must have slowpokes all the time. We don't want to slow you down. Help us help you. We canceled a subsequent trip with this operator.

    Perfect day trip
Brilliant day with Alberto and Maria. Very well organised trip and lots of information for us along the way. We saw an amazing mosaic in Carmona and had time for coffee before continuing to Cordoba. Alberto gave us lots of interesting information about the town and also had arranged a great place for lunch ( no queues and prompt service) The mosque/cathedral was amazing and the guide was very knowledgeable. This was our second trip with Naturanda and we would definitely book another.

We had a wonderful day in Seville. Our tour guide Ivan took us through the main sights of the city and gave us a pretty in-depth understanding of the history in the short time of 3-4 hours. The story of the cathedral and the palace was very interesting and piqued my curiosity to explore in more depth some periods of Spanish history. Ivan presented things in the context of the events of the respective eras, so that we could more easily orient ourselves on how events in other parts of Europe and the Mediterranean had an impact at different times on the events in Seville. A wonderful tour. I recommend it 100%. The only thing that was not quite good was the view from the Giralda Tower. Unfortunately, the many people and the completely limited view due to the safety bars do not allow one to really see and enjoy the surrounding cityscape, but this in no way darkened our overall impression of the time spent with our tour guide Ivan in Seville.

The tour was great. Ivan (I hope I spelled it right), our guide, was absolutely outstanding. He was very organized and kept our very diverse group engaged with his knowledge, storytelling and sense of humour. The audio headsets worked great and Ivan's english was very easy to understand. The Cathedral and Alcazar were amazing but overwhelming so it was really good to have a guide who made sure we saw all the highlights. I would highly recommend this tour for those who want to see both attractions in the same day.

Qiaotong was our guide and she was great! She was very knowledgeable about everything we saw and the tour went very smoothly. The Alcazar and cathedral of Seville were very interesting and beautiful- would definitely recommend if you’re spending any amount of time in Sevilla. Qiaotong also gave us some restaurant recommendations. Overall great experience!

We arrived 15 minutes early to find 1 employee checking in 2 different groups. When we got to the desk to check in, he told us to go wait outside and get in line again. After another15 minute wait, we were checked in and given ear pieces that could not hear the guides' microphone. We were given different ear pieces that had the same result, we could not hear the guide. Others on the same tour complained about the same issue. We were 15 minutes late leaving the check-in point. When we arrived at the Royal Alcazar the guide did not have our tickets to skip the line, so we had to wait in line until the guide finally got the office to email the tickets. Once inside we could not hear the guide as she raced from one spot to another. The guide did not have a flag or distinct clothing, so we could easily see her. We asked the guide to speak up and to place the microphone by her lips so the microphone would transmit her voice. She did this for one or two words and then dropped the microphone again. Many people in our group quit following the guide, as it was a waste of time to try to stay close and follow her. About 8 of us lost track of where the guide was and so we just walked back to the office and turned in our ear pieces. We asked for a refund of the tour guide services, as we really never had a tour guide that imparted any information to us. The man at the desk told us that we purchased the tickets through Dream Apartments and we would have to contact them. None of the papers I printed before leaving the USA mentioned Dream Apartments. A search of the internet could not find this company either. We went back later that evening about 2000 hours and spoke to a woman about a refund. She told me that she sent an email to Dream and that they would respond to her and your employee said she would also send me an email to confirm our conversation. No emails have been received by me. This was not a guided tour, it was a giant ripoff of two tourists money. 6 other people from Canada asked for a refund also. I will never book a tour through your company again and I suggest that every other tourist avoids your company also.

Without prior notice they delayed our guided tour time by about 50 minutes with what that entails for subsequent reservations for lunch...This was without prior notice, so we had to make time until departure. They did not change the price, since booking at later times was cheaper, but it had no impact. They didn't even apologize. Regarding the guide, everything is correct, but we will not hire the company again. Little seriousness.

I don’t like giving negative reviews, but I see no choice here. First, it took 40 minutes just to get working earpieces for everyone, and while I understand there can be technical glitches, this was a disaster. The guide did a good job of providing information and explaining the history of the cathedral and Alcazar (the royal palace), but she had no flag or colorful umbrella or something to make it easier to find her. We were a large group and given how incredibly crowded both locations are (especially the cathedral) with multiple tour groups all wandering around at the same time, it was easy to get lost. She kept saying it was ok if we didn’t see her because she could see us, but I don’t feel as that was particularly helpful. The main reason I booked this tour was to skip the line, and while we definitely got in faster than we otherwise could have, I don’t think the time saved was worth the cost of the tour especially since both places offer audio guides that give decent information though certainly not as much depth as you’ll get from an actual guide. I’m sorry, but I just can’t recommend this one.

We paid £50.44 each via Trip Advisor for a guided tour of the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Unfortunately it was not highlighted to us at the time of booking that we would need our passport to enter the Alcazar. We told the guide that we did not have the required ID on us and she told us to go back to the tour company to get our money back. When we returned to Naturanda we were told that the small print on Trip Advisor's website stated that you would need your passport or ID card and there was nothing they could do so lost our money. We will certainly not book with Trip Advisor or Naturanda again and intend to return to Seville another time to see the Royal Palace and Gardens.

Hello David, we are sorry to hear you experienced some inconveniences during your activity. As you mention in your review it is mandatory, due to the Monument´s policy, to show the passport in the entrance and that is stated in the terms and conditions. We are sorry for the inconvenience, best regards from Seville.

The tour of the Alcázar, the Cathedral and the Giralda with the guide Yohanna was simply great! Despite the rain, Yohanna kept our spirits high and gave us a pleasant and enriching experience. His passion and experience on the subject were evident from the beginning, as he shared anecdotes and particular curious facts with us that made the visit even more interesting. The best of all is that the tour was not long at all, which allowed us to enjoy each place to the fullest. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to discover the beauty and history of these iconic places in the city. Thank you, Yohanna, for an unforgettable experience!

We were unable to book online due to our short stay. Hence queued at ticket office suggest you go before 8:00 on the day you want to visit. You should be able to get tickets for Real Alcazar, you select a time from slots available at the time of booking. Worth going to see and you would easily take up a couple of hours.

The tour was amazing! Christina was fabulous, very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure the experience was smooth considering the group was of a size of 28 people. She kept it so interesting by making the experience interactive and keeping as engaged by asking questions through out the tour. Supper fun and a beautiful day with Christina whilst getting to know Seville.
