I would recommend this tour, we were travelling with a small group and both our guides, Carlos and Gianluca, were enthousiast to give us plenty of information.
We were taken to Granada in a minibus which was comfortable. Our driver Carlos, was very keen on telling us a lot about the surrounding area. We also made a stop at a field with olive trees, and he explained us about the produce of olive oil.

The Alhambra is absolutely stunning, it is so beautiful and we were guided well by Gianluca through the complex. The details on the walls and ceilings are amazing. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens with lovely views over the mountains. I choose to follow my own way for a great part but it wasn’t difficult to meet the group again.

After the tour in the Alhambra, we had something to eat at a restaurant nearby before heading out for a walk in the old part of the city named Albaicín.

There’s just one minus: the tour at the Alhambra was cut short by about one hour, it would have been lovely to spend some time there.

Carlos and Anna were great! Very attentive to our questions and needs. Glad we did a guided tour as Alcazar and Granada would have been too overwhelming on our own. We did not have to think twice about transportation or where to go. We would do a tour with Carlos and Anna all over again.

We left early morning, pick up was on time, perfect. Experienced guide Reyes was really impeccable all day, driving us in the early hours and back late evening. On arriving to Alhambra we lost no time and had a very informative tour around this Historic village complex. We lived the past in this outstanding place, very rich oriental architecture and treasures, with freshly restored ancient affrescoes. Our guide then took us for the rest of the day to tour Granada city centre, old city, Cathedral etc. We will sure use the services of Naturanda next time in Seville.

Booked a day trip from Seville. The tourist offices were brilliant - really well organised, helpful and informative. The minibus was on time to collect at 8am, with a coach leader Carlos, and comfortable for the long journey (although glad to stop briefly for a loo stop - take breakfast with you as there’s little time otherwise). We were dropped straight to Alhambra and met by our guide Alba - who was brilliant. The weather was particularly awful (with more outdoors than we’d appreciated) but she was able to stay enthusiastic and keep us all together for the 3hr tour. Alhambra was amazing. Absolutely stunning. A must see. Afterwards, we said goodbye to Alba and handed back to Carlos who took us to a restaurant next door to Alhambra. This is where things went awry. Carlos had no real ability to organise a group. He wasn’t able to take lunch orders and several people got the wrong orders or nothing at all. He had a heavy accent which made him difficult to understand, and seemed to get worse as the day progressed. He took us into Granada to the Muslim quarter for a walking tour, which wasn’t entirely welcome after being so wet and cold earlier in the day but was very beautiful. We left after dark and made one very brief loo stop on the way back - reaching Seville at 9ish. Highly recommend the tour (or any interaction with this company), the Alhambra and a walk around Granada but we cannot endorse Carlos.

Our guide Peter was superb! Can’t say enough about him. Everything you would want in a guide and so much more! On time pick up. Guide was very caring and attentive and very knowledgeable. Day trip of 12hrs went by very quickly because there was so much to do, but not by any means stressful. Would definite recommend thos your. The Alhambra is out if this world gorgeous and so different from other European palaces. The Albyzine a must. Sorry we didn’t get to see the caves where the gypsies live.

I would give our Alhambra Guide Ani a 5. She was just awesome, an art history major working on a phD degree, she is as knowledgeable as any guide I have ever met. She can give you information on any thing related to the Alhambra backed up with research and published articles and journals. Despite the cold rainy weather, it was a great and worthwhile tour.

The drive to and back from Granada and the walking tour of Granada, I would give a “0” if I could. We had a driver through Naturanda who took us to Granada and on towards Alhambra. The van was uncomfortable, no arm rest, no reclining seats. They won’t give us a sedan even after we asked for one. The walk through Granada was frankly boring and not worth it. I don’t know if our guide lost track of time or what, he suggested that we walk up to Alhambra and eat at the first restaurant we came across in Alhambra. We should have insisted eating in town or some other restaurant because this one was just terrible, the worst place we had a meal in Anadalusia. I hesitated after seeing what other customers were eating and asked our guide if he was sure this was a good place, he assured me it was. The whole experience still was just horrible.

I would suggest taking the train or renting a car or booking an Uber to get to Granada from Seville. Eat in Granada before going up to the Alhambra. The combined private tour of Granada and Alhambra (upwards of €750 for 3 people) is just not worth it. A private tour of the Alhambra is definitely worth it, particularly with Ani

Booked this day trip through Musement who placed it with Naturanda Seville.

The company is excellent; good communication, punctual and the guide Enrique (hope spelled correctly) was fantastic. Friendly, informative, and a good driver with a good command of English (as we don't speak Spanish). The van was clean and modern as well. Enrique guided us through the Albaicin district and at the Alhambra local guide Anna took over who also was very good.

Very pleased with all aspects of this tour. It is a long tiring day but it went seamlessly and we really enjoyed the Alhambra.

As many people know it can be hard to get a ticket to visit the Alhambra. This trip out of Seville was the perfect solution. I was able to see the countryside between Seville and Grenada and meet new people at the same time. Our tour guide on the bus was lovely and quite knowledgeable about the area. Our tour guide at Alhambra was great. Between both guides, we emerged with a fantastic overview of the history of the Alhambra, as well as Grenada. It was more than I could have hoped for.
My only recommendation to the company would be to let people know what type of vehicle/bus we should be looking for. 6 a.m. is quite early and not everyone is fully awake at that time.
