      A surprising experience
I took part in the Granada and Alhambra tour with my family and we were very surprised that in this tour we didn't find just a random guy telling some know-to-all information. In fact our guide, Carlos León, was a real historian who told us about the history of Granada. Honestly, at the beginning I was more focused only to see the Alhambra but he made us discover some important information about the muslim Granada.

      Excellent tour guide
Beautiful tour of the Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar. Ivan, our tour guide, is so knowledgeable of Spanish history and obviously loves what he does. He added details that made history come alive.

      Wonderful Day Trip!
Added this trip pretty last minute and zero regrets. The tour was fun, and the guides, Alberto and Inés, were both knowledgeable and fun to be around! Diego (the driver) could navigate the bus on a tooth pick (as there were very narrow roads). The tour bus was air conditioned and very clean. Admittedly, I was the trouble child (yes, the one who got lost and didn’t know the meeting point because I got too excited and ran off to take photos) and they proactively reached out before I asked and sent the directions so I could make it back on time. It was super appreciated! Cádiz el Chico (the recommended restaurant) was a great place to eat. Their garlic shrimp in olive oil was to die for. They were super quick as well, which was appreciated. Overall, two thumbs up!

A rare miss from a TripAdvisor tour
I don’t like giving negative reviews, but I see no choice here. First, it took 40 minutes just to get working earpieces for everyone, and while I understand there can be technical glitches, this was a disaster. The guide did a good job of providing information and explaining the history of the cathedral and Alcazar (the royal palace), but she had no flag or colorful umbrella or something to make it easier to find her. We were a large group and given how incredibly crowded both locations are (especially the cathedral) with multiple tour groups all wandering around at the same time, it was easy to get lost. She kept saying it was ok if we didn’t see her because she could see us, but I don’t feel as that was particularly helpful. The main reason I booked this tour was to skip the line, and while we definitely got in faster than we otherwise could have, I don’t think the time saved was worth the cost of the tour especially since both places offer audio guides that give decent information though certainly not as much depth as you’ll get from an actual guide. I’m sorry, but I just can’t recommend this one.

The trip to Rhonda and white villages was spectacular.
The trip to Rhonda and the white villages was spectacular. Our tour guide Alberto Corts made this adventure memorable. He was very knowledgeable and provided historical facts as we travel along to these towns. He kept to the schedule and we arrive back in Sevilla on time. I highly recommend this tour. My only suggestion is to add an additional hr to explore Rhonda to ensure we have enough time to explore this magical place. The 2 hrs allocated was not enough time and I felt a bit rushed. I liked the stop over at the olive oil farm and beautiful Zahara.

      Great excursion with Alberto!
We had a wonderful excursion to the White Villages and Ronda. We especially appreciated and enjoyed the family owned olive oil mill in Zahara. Our guide Alberto was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. We learned a great deal on this excursion been a while and route Alberto so much about Seville and Spain. It was quite a long day though. So you must be ready for that. May have preferred just visiting Zahara and Ronda to make the visit a little shorter.

. The back roads were so beautiful and takes you back in time.
What a unique experience. Seville is so wonderful but this trip takes you back in time. The country roads and soft instrumental music that Anya played was quiet beginning of the day. A wonderful Andalusia breakfast stop before the uphill climb to the castle, seeing the white city and damn was really special. But for me the best was the homes built on the wall of rock in Sentenil. Gorgeous. Never felt rushed. Anya was quick to meet needs of all of us. Thanks Anya

      Great tour of Italica
We booked the English language of the tour. Alberto was our guide, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. I learnt a lot of things that I wouldn’t have known by visiting on my own. The pace and length of the tour was right. We were given a little bit of time to explore Italica on our own. When I booked it at the time, I didn’t realise that it included a visit to the monastery of San Isidoro so it was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t something I knew existed and made good use of being on the outskirts of Seville as well as seeing lesser known places of interest.

      Perfect tour for a family!
Iván was such a great leader. He guided us through these 2 monuments with a vast knowledge about culture and history. We traveled all around Spain for a month and this was, by far, the best visit we had. Thanks Ewan!

We booked the Jerez and Cadiz tour with included Sherry tasting. Unfortunately, our tour guide C. was mumbling more to himself than talking to our small group, which consisted of 4 people. Moreover, even when C. spoke loud enough, due to his bad English it was almost impossible to follow what he was saying. First we thought it's maybe us who are having a hard time to understand him, but the other couple, which were native in English, couldn't understand anything as well.

The visit of the Sherry wine producer Gonzales-Byass was the next big fail of the tour. We were promised an English tour, but in the end the tour was in Spanish and our tour guide tried to translate it simultaneously into English which obviously didn't work out, since the guide from the vineyard was talking too fast for him and therefore probably more than half of the information was lost and the other half couldn't be understood.

All in all it was a disappointing experience, when you have to pay 95€ per person and you get such an outcome. After the tour we also went to the tourist office and gave them our feedback, we hope that it gets better for future tours.

If you're visiting the beautiful city of Sevile don't make the mistake of spending any money on a day trip to Cadiz it's truly dreadful. I went there expecting to enjoy some good food and inspiring historical architecture, no chance! I changed my return train ticked back to Sevile for and earlier one that's how desperate I was to get back to Sevile. I love Spain and its people but Cadiz was very dissapointing.

We started our tour at a sherry vineyard in Jerez where we were given a tour and tasted 3 different sherries which were available to buy by the bottle at a very reasonable price. We then went to Cadiz which is a beautiful city with a choice of 2 beaches and a food market with a variety of options. Whilst our guide was extremely friendly and helpful, my husband and I would have preferred a quick tour of the city followed by a larger block of free time to explore at our own pace rather than the visit being split into organised chunks that were approximately 45 minutes for lunch, 30 minutes on beach, 1 hour 30 mins free time.

We booked and paid £200 for the Jerez and Cadiz day trip. I am recovering from cancer and had to cancel on the morning of the trip as we discovered there was no toilet on the coach. My wife phoned, and we were told by Sara that we couldn’t get a refund, but could instead book another trip.

When we phoned later that day to arrange a replacement we were told this was not possible by a very rude woman (Mercedes) . She suggested that she would speak to her manager and call us back, but this didn’t happen.

We phoned again the next morning and were dealt with by another rude member of staff, who said no refunds or switches were possible, but we could have discount for another tour!

The customer service here was non existent, and the company couldn’t have been less helpful. I would avoid them at all costs, there are plenty of other options.

Highly recommended day trip from Seville. Small group in a comfortable minibus. Peter our driver/guide was fluent in several languages (including English) and was friendly, highly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and looked after us throughout the day. A great way to see the area, have fun and learn a lot.

My friend and I did the Cádiz and Jerez tour with Luca. It was a very gloomy day with lots of rain, but Luca made our experience incredible. He is obviously very passionate about history and told us so many fun and interesting details about the area and Andalusian culture in general. His English is also very good, especially for being completely self-taught.

Naturanda makes the whole experience convenient and easy, providing comfortable transportation to Jerez from the pick up point, from Jerez to Cádiz and then back to the pick up point. Our tour group was also very small, only 5 people including ourselves. We especially enjoyed the sherry wine tasting part of the tour in Jerez.

Overall, a very fun, interesting day. Would 100% recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip in the very capable hands of our guide Nieves.
The trip was well planned with a stop at a Sherry business, and walks around Jerez and Cadiz. Nieves provided a great commentary throughout the tour speaking fluently in Spanish and English making for an enjoyable and memorable day.

Cadiz is a great place. I have known from history books. I was interested to see it in person. The tour wasn’t the best way to do it. We did several trips with the company and the first obvious problem with the bus tours is communication. Be on the top of your game. Multiple tours leaving from the same crowded area. Know your tour guide’s name and pay attention when calling the names because you might not recognize yours. Our Cadiz tour had three language groups. English, Spanish, French. That made the tour slow. Kudos for the guide to do the gig in three languages, but she clearly preferred French more to English. We also had a lot of empty walking between spots. We did not enter any sites.

Ou guide Miguel was fantastic! Full of energy and knowledge. He made this an unforgettable experience.
Cádiz us a beautiful city with great beaches.
We stopped at a winery to do sherry tasting. Francisco (the guy that received us) was wonderful...beautiful place with delicious sherry.
I didn't give the tour five stars because you don't actually visit Jerez. You only stop at the winery so, if you are expecting a visit to the actual city, this is no it.
    Otherwise, five stars!!
