Ricardo showed us Sevilla city centre with the most interesting tale we could expect. Rich of details and special touches that made of a normal tour a very interesting experience. Two amazing hours in the cold temperature of the end of December 2023. A pity we could not do other tours with him because of the holiday and the closing of most of the museums, palaces and the cathedral.

We had an excellent experience in our tour of Seville by Richard's collague- Laura Alfaro. The tour was professional and informative. Laura had all our tickets reserved even before we made it to Seville. Kept us informed about our schedule and activities. And most importantly she provided recommendations on restaurants etc., even beyond the tour dates. In other words, we got more than a regular tour...a true insight to her native city!

Our family had a fabulous tour of Seville with Laura. Although she had a difficult crowd to please (with three teenagers), Laura was able to engage with all of us. Not only did we get a fun tour, she also recommended a flamenco show, restaurants and the bests sites to see -- without the lines. She was very knowledgeable and made history come alive with her stories about each place. Best of all, she was generous with her time and even spent extra time showing us the gardens of the Alcazar without charging us extra. Laura was excellent and we enthusiastically recommend her to you!

My wife and I had the pleasure of having a full day tour of Seville with Laura. We only had one full day there so wanjted a comprehensive tour. Laura took us all over town including the Triana district, the Alcazar, the Cathedral and Plaza de Espana. In the middle of the tour, Laura recommended a restaurant for lunch. My wife and I agree that this was the best restaurant we enjoyed in our 15 days traveling through Spain. Now, what to say about Laura? Let me begin by noting that we had tours with 10 private guides and three small group guides while in Spain. Although many of these guides were great, Laura was our favorite. She is from Seville and has comprehensive knowledge of her beloved home town. She speaks excellent English and has great communication skills. She gives a good amount of information but does now overload. Her tour was well paced, walking at a moderate pace and stopping the right amount of time to explore different sights including some hidden away spots. She gave us perfect recommendations for restaurants and responded quickly and cheerfully when we asked for advice after the tour. Above all this, Laura is a fantastic young woman, ever happy and smiling as well as patient, kind and considerate. She was excited to show us around, as if it was the first time she had ever done so. She really took great care of us. In summary, Laura is a gem and a sweetheart. You will never have a better guide.

Laura is a sweetheart. She is the best guide we came across on all our trips so far. Not only she was knowledgeable but very helpful as well, going above and beyond to help. We took the Royal alcazar tour with her and wanted to do the Cathedral but the lines were too long and we had 2 little kids with us. Laura helped us get in quickly and even gave us a little background about the Cathedral, she told us where to start and what to look out for....all of this out of her love for what she does. She only charged us for the Alcazar tour! She was amazing as a guide as well as a person.

Our group of 8 friends and family including four kids and four adults did a 6 hour tour of the main highlights of Seville with Laura. Everyone loved Laura! We were able to connect in advance by What'sApp so that she knew ahead of time what we wanted to see and could plan the day according to our interests. She was able to tell us what we needed to get advance reservations for a few weeks ahead of our trip: she recommended purchasing advance tickets for the Alcazar to visit with her during the tour and she even set up reservations for our group for a flamenco show to do on our own one evening during our trip. What we especially appreciated was Laura's ability to engage with everyone in our group and keep the tour interesting and fun for the kids. We had a terrific day and highly recommend Laura!

Me and my mom did the Alcazares tour yesterday, lead by Ricardo. He showed competences and professionality in his job. All of the 30-italian-people group was constantly listening to historic facts and curiosities he was telling. Kind, pleasant person with simple ways to explain. I really really enjoyed. I'll ask about him next time I will visit the city.

I did a tour with Laura, and I can whole heartedly say that she is the best guide I’ve ever had. Not only is Laura extremely knowledgable and fluent in English, but she is also super engaging and made the history much more interesting than I expected it to be. Beyond the tour itself, Laura was so helpful, chatting about different experiences in the city and recommending restaurants and other things we were looking for. Laura took excellent care of us and immediately felt more like a Spanish friend than a tour guide. While Seville is one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever been to, I have to say that the most beautiful part of Seville is the people, of whom Laura is a perfect example. Getting to chat with Laura during my tour not only showed me the physical beauty of the city, but also the warmth, kindness, and friendliness of the people in Seville.

My family and I took the full day walking tour with Ricardo. He was very knowledgeable and he kept the tour super interesting throughout the entire duration of the tour. We all loved the tour and would recommend taking a tour with Ricardo hands down.

We did an amazing walking tour with Ricardo which will be memorable for the adults, teens and kids in the group ( 14, 11 years old). Ricardo is a historian who will tell you Sevilla’s history and that of its monuments with facts and objectivity for those elements that historians have not been able to confirm. His passion and love for Sevilla are tangible. His storytelling abilities have a nice flow to them. He is organized, courteous, very patient and gives you the feeling that you have known him all of your life. We did his unmissable Sevilla tour which was a very complete tour of the most important sights in Sevilla. We will be recommending this tour to any family and friends who come to this beautiful city!
