Not really for Tourists - It's a Locals Event but worth an hour for the Experience.
Went with my brother in 2002 - it was 40 degrees and absolutely panning. Far too hot to enjoy ones self. on top of that it's very much an event for the local Spanish residents and not really for tourists at all as there's nothing there for them - scant facilities - very few toilets bars eateries etc. The locals all have their own tents with all the facilities in them that they need. I would say wander around for an hour to admire all the ladies and their daughters in flamenco dresses and all the men with their sons in very dapper suits. The horses and carriages were superb but I don't envy the poor horses in that heat anymore than we had to put up with it. Definitely worth going to - an experience you won't forget.

      Poor customer service
Guide never showed up and after calling they offered no explanation. They had my email from previous communication but never bothered to try and reschedule or anything. The guide just never showed up. They said they would refund the money and I've not seen it 4 weeks out. I would not trust this co and go with another tour

      Tiles are unlike anywhere else
Descriptions and full tour are worth every penny. The tiles and beautiful garden area are explained well by the guide. Staying nearby made it an easy walk

      Easy money
When we got to the meeting place, the local tour operator had absolutely no record of my Tripadvisor booking. Despite my being sent a confirmation, a mobile ticket, and having paid for it. My daughter speaks Spanish, and said that local tour operator confirmed that is very common for Viator to do this kind of thing. I have requested a refund. They really had a nerve, to send me the e mail to say that someone was waiting for us!! Well, I have just read reviews from other people, how sad. But, big question for me is, why Tripadvisor still has Viator on their website booking tours?

Tripadvisor did not send my booking to local tour operator but still charged me! We missed the Alcazar because of this
When we got to the meeting place, the local tour operator had absolutely no record of my Tripadvisor booking. Despite my being sent a confirmation, a mobile ticket, and having paid for it. So, therefore, my family and I missed out on our tour of the Alcazar, and nothing else was available during our visit. Will never be using Tripadvisor again.

A great way to see a special city
Great tour by a genuine local who gave a great account of his city. He was very relaxed, included us all, and genuinely seemed to enjoy it too.

Private guided tour of Seville and Alcazar round trip from Cadiz.
My wife and I booked a private guided tour of Seville and Alcazar round trip from Cadiz. This tour was on our trip to the Iberian Peninsula. On that trip we took many tours. It has to be said that the one arranged by Feel The City was not as expected. When we compare it to our other tours, it did not seem like a tour at all but only a taxi ride with an Alcazar tour. While our taxi driver tried her best, her English was poor. What explanations we received in English were playbacks on her cell phone. The taxi was small and cramped. We received little to no tour type information on the way to or from Seville. The gentleman in the other taxi (we were actually a group of six rather than a private tour) seemed to be the organizer on the Cadiz end. His English was less than our driver. Things seemed particularly poorly organized from start to finish. At the Alcazar, for example, nobody knew where to meet, who had the tickets or how to handle the entry. I would encourage Feel The City Tours, if this is a line of business they wish to pursue, to consider telling folks they don’t offer a tour like this rather than put their reputation in danger with a terrible result. The service we received left us feeling like we had totally wasted 590€. It was both the most expensive of the eleven tours we purchased on our trip and, by far, the worst experience.

Don’t Book With Feel The City Tours
I will never book with Feel the city again. I paid taxi fair to get to my meeting point only to be told the tour wasn’t going to go because there were only 2 of us. I wasted not only my money on the taxi but my precious vacation time as well. Feel the City had all my contact information and didn’t have the professional courtesy to contact me by any means a day ahead to tell me my tour was canceled. They said they would reimburse my fees for the tour. We’ll see how that goes. I had to pay out another taxi fee to get back to my hotel. They said they couldn’t refund my taxi fees. BUYER BEWARE of FEEL THE CITY TOURS!!

Liked the Skip-the-Line for this; Alcazar is stunning
Getting into the Alcazar in a separate lineup with a tour made paying for the tour worth it. I enjoyed having a guide walk through and explain what I was looking at (and even showing the scenes in Game of Thrones as filmed in the Alcazar on her phone), and then being able to stay and walk through again at my own pace.

A Scam - Theft in my Book
1 star is too much. Like others here, I paid my money but got no tickets as apparently I hadn't filled in a form which I did. I thought I was being scammed as I couldn't get in touch with anyone, our passport numbers had been taken, as had about 118 Euros - that money went to a bank account in Wilmington, USA. I had emails giving a code for the audio tour and one saying tickets would be with me 24 hours before the tour. When the tickets didn't materialise, I tried emailing and phoning. My hotel told me that the phone numbers weren't Spanish and were also concerned I'd been scammed. When we got to the palace I was told they could see my booking but as I hadn't filled in the form (I had) my friends and I couldn't get in. They were however, happy to keep our money. I thought I was booking with Walker Tours but couldn't find them on the website. When I got home I started emailing Walker Tours to get my money back and received replies from Monumentos Feel the City - they seem to do everything they can to hide who they are and make it difficult for people to complain. I am obviously not alone with this experience. If the Real Alcazar want to please their visitors, they need to take control of the ticket system. This is a scam - not technically but a scam that takes money from people but doesn't deliver the goods.

Enlightened tour about Jewish culture and contributions
Sarah was a very pleasant guide. Prompt, courteous , warm and enthusiastic. Moderately mix of historical context and urban legend. Kept what could be subject matter from becoming too heavy. In hindsight, scheduling for 1st or 2nd day would have been more beneficial. Easy to find starting point. A circular route would've covered more ground than backtracking. Thanks for tips on Blanca Noche, Sarah!

      Excellent tour
Apart from a very confusing start concerning the actual meeting place for the start of the tour (outside the tourist info) the tour was excellent. Our guide was very good, amusing and knowledgeable. The cathedral is incredible and you can also climb La Giralda - the tower if you wish. Book in advance as it saves queues. Highly recommended.

Do not go on this cruise
Waist of money! You go down the river and right back up. Maybe 35 minutes. You don’t see any nice views. Nothing fun or exciting.

      Why?
It really is a tourist trap, so if being crammed into small plastic chairs on a deck listening to pre-recorded information in 5 languages, is your thing.....enjoy.
