Our cooking class with Leo was so much fun!
We enjoyed learning about the history of paella and its authenticity. The gazpacho, spinach and beans, Valencia paella, and lemon dessert were delicious! Great experience. Just remember that the location is inside the Mercado Triana.

      Wonderful glass and great food
This is a really great class to learn more about Spanish cuisine and also how to make some of the most popular dishes. We learned how to make gazpacho, chickpeas and spinach and paella. The instructors were great and we really enjoyed ourselves.

      Yummy Paella cook-up!
My 20 year old son and I really enjoyed this cooking experience with the knowledgeable and entertaining chef Pedro, assisted by the lovely Noelia. We got some great cooking tips including the professional way to slice onions and how to hold the knife when cutting the different parts of chicken. The gazpacho, paella and sangria were amazing and Pedro gave a fantastic demonstration of how to cut up a chicken for paella, including which bits to use for stock and which to throw away. We loved it so much we bought the paella pan and apron after! This is definitely worth doing, find time to include this in your Sevilla visit ❤️

      Enjoyable Spanish cooking class
Chef Pedro and his assistant Noelia were fantastic and entertaining. Pedro was v patient explaining the ingredients and instructions. There were 12 of us in our group from all over the world and we got on well. Noelia was really helpful and made lovely sangrias as we or rather I was drinking more as it wasn’t too sweet. All in all I fully recommend Pedro and Noelia. It was a heatwave and luckily the aircon was working otherwise the atmosphere would be different. It was 42 degrees and wrong time to travel to Seville.

Many opportunities for hands on practice
Excellent experience. School was well organized and welcoming. Went during a heat wave and air on did not reach our end of the room, so dress lightly. Food and skills were delicious, and they sent the recipes afterwards. The sangria was made with diet soda which we didn’t know until it was served. Was offered wine or beer instead, wish the sangria had been available with regular soda since it looked delicious! We met interesting people from all around the world!

      Spanish cooking class
Carlo was amazing, he was very entertaining and shared his culture and experiences about living all over the world. We learned the history of paella and he emailed us all the recipes the same evening. He also shared some local favorite spots and places to visit with us via email. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Seville.

      Delicious and fun
Great fun. Set up inside Triana market, no aircon. 7 of us and one chef. We learned to bone a chicken, make gazpacho, paella, sangria and a delicious dessert. All pretty tasty and straightforward. Dinner and conversation at the end. A pleasant evening

This was an excellent class. Chef Leo and Ana were excellent teachers and hosts, well informed and very funny. I learned a great deal from the morning and would thoroughly recommend booking a class.

Our market guide Sabrina was excellent - informative, interesting and natural. Although over 50 and visited many markets in our time she still managed to share new facts and stats which were very interesting.
Cooking with Victoria was relaxed and fun - and eating the end product was an added bonus. If you are after something informative, fun, life enriching and something to show-off to your friends, I could not recommend more highly the paella cooking/market tour experience. Thanks again Sabrina and Victoria; simply superb.

This was one of our favorite things to do in Spain! We got to the market a little bit early, which allowed us to stroll around and enjoy all the sites. Even though we thought we had explored the market, when our cooking class and tour began, we realized we had barely scratched the surface. Ines is amazing! She brought the history of Spanish foods to life for us, and explained so many things that made us enjoy all of our meals for the rest of the trip even more. As a hidden gem, she showed us the ancient ruins beneath the market where the Spanish Inquisition actually began. After the tour we were introduced to Chef Laura who is fantastic!! Her love for cooking and for teaching was evident right away. She made it fun for all ages and the food was delicious!! We can’t wait to get home and make it again!!

The whole experience was my favorite part! Starting with the detailed tour, explaining the history of the location, why extra olive oil, how to select meat and spices! Victoria took special care that we understood and left no question unanswered. Chef was very inviting and made it clear that we would be doing the cooking and she kept that promise. We had a good engaging group… again the experience as a whole was amazing! We were here visiting our daughter, we are from Philadelphia. She is studying abroad. I’m so glad we decided to take this class. We think you should too!!

The perfect blend of instruction and fun. A good quick tour of the Triana market, learning some new things about saffron and jamon. We had to walk about 10 minutes to a larger AC kitchen, but it was clean and beautiful. We are 2 adults, and one 18-year old, a perfect blend of just enough hands-on cooking with Chef Dome taking on some of the more intricate portions. They readily accommodated a gluten free preference, and others in the group were vegetarians. We made salmorejo, chickpeas & spinach, and chicken paella. Plenty of sangria and wine while cooking and with the meal. Would definitely recommend this.

Highly recommended. Definitely take the class with the market tour -the guide had the best sense of humour! This was such an informative but relaxing way to spend the morning. I have done a few cooking classes when on holiday and this was one of the best. I also learnt how to cut an artichoke, which is a skill I will now use at home as this class converted me into being an artichoke fan! I will definitely use the recipes that we were emailed after the class. Thank you! I'd also add that safety measures were in place with regards to Covid so it felt quite safe.

This was one of our favorite activities across our entire Spain trip! We had originally booked just the cooking class, but no one else had signed up for that date so they emailed us with some other dates asking if we would be available to change. We ended up doing the cooking class + market tour that they kindly upgraded us to for the same price since we had to switch times. The market tour was so fun and informative, and now we know more about jamon, Manchego cheese, and extra virgin olive oil than we ever thought we would. The 6 person class was a great size and everyone got to participate in all the steps. They were so seamless with the behind-the-scenes food prep and clean up which helped to make it such a fun experience! The food was of course delicious, and we can't wait to make these recipes at home.

Arianna was our guide on the tour and she was excellent - lots of energy and shared lots of new information about many of the products within the stalls of the market. The cooking class was fun and delicious. Our chef Leo had everyone involved and you definitely did not need to be an expert to participate. I'm looking forward to trying out the recipes when we get home, especially the soup. There were a lot of market visitors that stopped to watch and take pictures. I would recommend booking in advance if you can.

This is a wonderful half day experience that’s amusing for the whole family. We started with a tour of the market and upon returning to the cooking site we were off to starting our first recipe which was gazpacho! Our Chef/Instructor Leo was throughly detailed and amusing to listen to as well. We all got a chance to move into the whole recipe process and off to be chilled while we made our next item and finally to the Authentic Paella! Our meal was delicious and the experience was well worth the time! Don’t hesitate book it and go & then go shop the market after. Brought back some of the sweet pimento & Azafran to make my own at home. My gazpacho was devine! Added my own touch to it and loved it too! Olé

Well worth the money and the time! The experience starts with a brief tour of the Triana market (indoors) guided by a knowledgeable staff member. You will learn about different foods and ingredients and where they come from. Then you will help prepare a three course meal while drinking wine or beer and receiving tips and learning techniques from the chef. The class was not rushed and you will have time to ask questions along the way. You will also get to meet and cook along side people from all over the world, but in a very small setting (12-15 people). Even if you have never cooked, you will feel very comfortable in this class.

My partner and I enjoyed the cooking class and tour more than anything else in Seville. We had an amazing time touring the market and learning about the local products, especially the Iberico pork. Afterwards the cooking class was exceptional as well, very interactive and social and Dom was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to cook with. The food we made with Dom's guidance was restaurant quality and we had a great time eating with everyone at the end. Couldn't recommend it more!
