Not for outside guests - can only be used if you stay at the hotel. Went 20 minutes from downtown but was rejected at the spa because we didn’t have a room.

Average at best, the lady at the reception in the SPA was rude and condescending. We paid nearly £120 for massage and access to SPA and this price didn't include a robe or a towel (only the towel you cover yourself during the massage not when you access the spa). We had to pay 5 euro each for a robe and leave a deposit of 20 euro for two towels. We felt like criminals. The massage was more lake a back stroke with warm oil rather than a professional massage and lasted for 20mins. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Overall, this experience was not worth the price. There are other places in Palma that offer 60min massages for the same price.

Such a lovely experience. My friend and I were treated to a massage and facial. Raquel and Mirka are exceptional. Highly recommend.

We went to the Wellness Spa on the recommendation of friends when we discovered that the spa at our hotel in Palma was closed on Sundays. The friends in question had gone there and had enjoyed free use of the facilities because they booked a treatment. We, however were charged both for the treatment (back and neck massage and mini facial) and an extra €29 each for the use of the pool and sauna. Having booked on line and driven all the way there we opted to pay rather than suffer further disappointment but, by the time you included lunch, we were down over €300 by the time we left. Really not worth that much for such limited facilities - a small pool with jacuzzi and only one sauna and quite crowded with families staying at the hotel. We left feeling quite dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend it to other users.

I had a full body massage from Consuelo which was absolutely wonderful. The pressure was perfect and the ambience very relaxing. I came with a friend for her birthday and it was the perfect treat to highlight our holiday! Thank you Consuelo.
