A great trip for a great price! Definitely worth the money, and we really enjoyed it.
We wanted to book a South Island tour with our tour operator, Jet2, but they never responded to our call!! Now we are glad they didn't! This tour was great. Very informative, the guide was friendly and funny and her English was great. We started at the camel rides, and although my husband and I didn't want a ride, it was an interesting stop. There was a small museum, toilet and gift shop, and we were there for around 20 minutes. Next, we headed to the Timfanaya National Park. Here, we went to the summit where we saw the geothermic experiments and had time to look around the gift shop, get a drink, use the toilets, and take some great photos! After this, our coach driver took us carefully around the national park, and we learned all about the eruptions on Lanzarote. I loved this part and got some more great photos. If you don't like heights, I'd recommend sitting on the left/ drivers side of the bus, as most of the "drops" are on the right!! We had a short stop in a village that was miraculously missed by the lava flow, here we could buy a drink or some lunch. It was a very pretty spot to stop. Then, lastly, it was on to the vineyards at La Geria. Don't be expecting a full wine tasting. You get to taste one, which was delicious. But, this is where the difference in tours lies. As I said at the beginning, we were trying to book the tour through Jet2, but it was twice the price of this tour!!!! Maybe you get a longer wine tasting on the more expensive tours, but we found this to be perfect for us! The time in each stop was long enough to get some great photos, the guide was brilliant and full of knowledge, and we were out for around 5 hours, which I think is great value. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Best mountain safari tour I’ve personally been on
Probably one of the best tours I have personally been on, and half of that is attributed to the tour guide from France who can speak many languages. Her energy was amazing and we were very lucky to have her as our driver for the day. I would recommend this to anyone.

Don't think about it too much. BOOK!
It was an amazing, funny, unusual experience! Trained, attentive and very very friendly staff. We booked a quad for two, my boyfriend drove the whole way but there is the possibility of changing. They took photos and videos of us, both with their camera and with our cell phone. It was wonderful!Congratulations to the staff! I recommend it to everyone!!! BOOK!

A superb day out on the Quads. Really well supervised. Felt completely safe throughout the journey. The two guys running the tour were amazing. A must do if you are coming to Tenerife.

    Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money…. The fancy brochure in the hotel ‘sunset and dolphins’ sounds and looks great, don’t be fooled… 150 euros and a very long 1.5 hour bus journey later; we found ourselves dumped 500 metres from the ticket office with 30 other bewildered travellers. We were told to go to the ticket office ti settle the final remainder of the tickets, why they don’t just take full payment upon booking I don’t know After 40 minutes queuing up in the blazing sunshine you are met by an extremely rude and unwelcoming red haired lady who didn’t either bother to look up from her desk or take her sunglasses off to demand ‘Ticket!’ I showed her the ticket (myself, my partner and my two year old) ‘Where is the baby’ she said… My daughter and her mum had already walked further down to where others were waiting, as I explained ‘I need to see the baby, is she under 12? If she isn’t, you need to pay full price’ I explained that my daughter was 2 and she was in a pushchair ‘you can’t take the pushchair, and I need to see the baby’ After a bit of a disagreement shall we say, I went and got my little girl, and the pushchair, to prove, yes she was indeed under 12. With a rather disgruntled look I was thrust the tickets ‘you go to gate one’ And that was it It wasn’t gate one, it was more like gate 21, another 15 minute walk around the commercial fishing habour, down a rickety gangplank onto a floating pontoon towards the boat The boat itself was fine, as was the captain, the deckhand, and the tour leader. No safety measures, no life jackets, pumping house music, off we went Needless to say there were no dolphins, just a few people being sea sick. The ‘champagne and pastries’ were a cheap hotel of hiperdino plonk in a polistyrene cup and a lump of stale cake We cruised around for a 1.5 hours, not the 2.5 hours advertised, with absolute zero talk if any dolphins. Then up the rickety pontoon to await the bus which arrived 40 minutes later A total rip off and tourist trap, avoid

    Great experience.
Was a brilliantly organised experience! Picked up from our hotel in Adeje and within 30 minutes we were dropped and allocated our quad bike. Even though it was 30 degrees going up the mountain it cooled quickly and following the first stop at a cafe, where I would advise you to have a drink and snack too as no other stop for food, Some single lane roads but very little off roading. Make sure you wear long trousers and longer socks, no bear skin, as engine is very hot next to your right ankle/ calf on some quad bikes. Can buy all the photos taken for €30 and sent them online.

Sun, Sea and a Superb Time
An amazing experience! Took my partner out on his birthday and the trip did not disappoint! The crew were extremely friendly and accommodating, and very generously gifted my partner a bottle of prosecco (even though I forgot to mention it was his birthday until we were disembarking)! All in all the trip lasted about 3 hours, heading out from Caleta harbour and stopping at a cove for food, swimming, snorkelling and chilling in the sun. Food and drinks are included in the overall cost, with an open bar for beer, prosecco and soft drinks available for the whole trip! Can't recommend this trip and it's crew enough, if relaxing on a boat with music food and drink, plus a dip in the sea sounds like your cup of tea, you won't be disappointed!

    Great informative and awsome day
This was such an interesting and informative day with Michael as a great guide and Luciano as a great driver. The stop at the Green Lake was fun especially as it was so windy and they were huge waves and splashes on the rocks, on the other side of the green lagoon. The volcan trip was awsome. So pleased we did that with an organised excursion as people were queuing for hours to get to the volcanos car park. The only thing we didn t like was the restaurant at lunchtime where the food was very ordinary. I would take a pick nick next time

    A truly memorable experience
We visited as a family of four with two children under 10 and had a brilliant day. So many of the places you visit as a family are quite similar wherever in the world you are but this attraction is unique! We loved everything about it from the buildings, the well cared for animals to the talented and friendly staff who put their all into every performance. I'd recommend arriving early so that you have plenty of time to explore before the shows start. You don't want ti miss any of them.

Great trip, safe, comfortable, friendly crew and saw some pilot whales
Crew were helpful and informative and fun. We took the 2 hour trip and were lucky enough to see 2 small groups of pilot whales. We went in the morning and the see sea was calm. The crew looked after all guests ensuring they could see the whales and gave us information about them. Drinks on board included. Great trip, recommend, we were 2 adults and child. Wish we could have seen dolphins however not lucky on our trip.

    A grand day out
This is a well-organised bus tour to see the highlights of Ibiza. Hotel pick up then drive to Ibiza town where you get on the bus to suit your language - English, Spanish and Italian were offered on the day I went. A long day seeing beautiful beaches, salt flats, Es Vedra and the hippy market. The stop for lunch in Portinatx was lovely. The guide was excellent. I’d say this is good value for money if you want a change of scene and don’t have a hire car.

    Super day out
Wow what a great day out for over 6 hours in total. Great boat taxi pick up and return, lovely catamaran with plenty of room and clean toilets, reasonable bar prices, lovely fresh cooked lunch. The swim stops were out of this world. Great atmosphere and staff kept it going, never felt unsafe, recommend this to anyone with kids over about 8-10 years old, the most memorable day of our holiday.

We went on the boat trip and the weather was extremely bad - there were huge waves (as occurs often in the atlantic) and there were pany people vomiting on the boat. In the end we had a terrible trip for 3 hours and didn't see any dolphins - so far so good, of course its not 100% guaranteed to see dolphins.

Then we wanted to use the voucher they gave us as an excuse to go again and give it another try, but you can only use the voucher within the month! So we paid a lot of money for nothing and the voucher is practically useless - I mean, who has the time and interest during their 10 days holiday to invest 2 full days in trying to see dolphins. It would be more than appropriate to offer the clients a voucher that can be used for a longer time, because in the end we paid 70 euros for nothing.

What a brilliant experience. Had to be rescheduled due to a crew member having a nasty accident on the Sunday but she's on the mend now thankfully.
I booked for Sunday 2nd but actually went on Monday 3rd July for reasons above. Booking was easy , company sent me emails with confirmation and then another with my my pick up was from and a link so I could see it on a map .
Once there , check in as such , was quick and easy and lady was very friendly . Onto the boat now you can sit downstairs or upstairs , but be advised if you get a little sick you'd be best downstairs . I sat upstairs at the front to get a good view of everything and had the advantage of what breeze there was into my face . We stopped around 6 miles out to see if there were any dolphins around , unfortunately not . We went out to 10 miles when the captain announced the dolphins were in front of us . We stopped the engines and waited for couple minutes then there they were !! A pod of about 30 with adults and youngsters , going down the side , round the boat and turning away then darting back again . Beautiful to watch .
We left after about 15 minutes or so and headed back towards the harbour . On the way back we had a short 15 minutes stop for anyone who wanted a swim in the sea .
The commentary by the captain was great , Informative and at times funny. The crew were great at serving drinks and just in general .
If your thinking of doing a trip like this , make it with this company . You won't regret it at all

Horrific. 70%, of the boat were vomiting. Tye boat was literally rocking from side to side. Never known sea sickness like it. We do a boat trip every year we go away but this was the first time iv seen so many people vomit. Myself and my three kids were all sick. Adults were vomiting, 40 minutes there and 40 mina back and 20 mins of seeing dolphins..absolutely waste of 85 euros. Do not take if you re not used to the waves or have kids.

The boat was packed full of people - most of whom were being sick. This is of course noone's fault, but made the trip very uncomfortable - the sounds were people being sick and children crying, the smells were people sick, etc. The crew did find some dolphins but by this point noone was really bothered.
It's a lovely idea and the crew were great, but in reality I'd give this a miss - unless you go out of season when there aren't as many people on.

As with all these trips you never really know if the wildlife will make an appearance!

Fortunately for us after about an hour into the three hour trip they did show up - perhaps 10 - 15 dolphins on three separate occasions came right up to the boat. It was quite something to see and an experience we will never forget.

Obviously you are traveling a fair distance offshore and the Atlantic can be rough, also take something warm as the wind can be a little chilly in March.

The crew were very knowledgeable and friendly and very conscious of the environment, even stopping to collect floating bits of plastic on the return to port.

Disappointed not to see any whales but the dolphins certainly made up for it!

Great morning out with a crew who obviously care about the environment around the whales & dolphins (fishing plastic from the ocean etc).
We had lovely weather and were lucky (? or perhaps it was down to the captain's expertise) to see whales & dolphins.
If you're prone to seasickness make sure that you take something for it before boarding - following the mammals can mean that the boat crosses waves which can mean that the boat rocks and rolls.
All in all I'd highly recommend.

I won't comment too much on the experience itself as the fact that we didn't see any dolphins or whales is ENTIRELY AND ABSOLUTELY independent of the crew's will.
These animals are free and while the point of the experience is to see them, you know when you book this type of experience that there is a risk you won't be seeing any animals.

The Spirit of the Sea was very clean and comfortable and the crew was nice and helpful. Supporting people who got seasick with much care. They were able to talk multiple languages to accomodate everybody on board.

The drinks on board are free, which is always nice. I'd recommend the experience to anybody who doesn't have sea sickness.

I don’t think it’s fair on people marking them down because they weren’t able to see the dolphins. They are wild animals so it’s not the boat’s experience’s fault if they don’t show.

We traveled the whole way there and we didn’t see the dolphins but we saw sharks, flying fishes and turtles. Even not seeing the dolphins, it was a great experience overall with the crew being very friendly and helpful. We were happy to give them 5 starts as it was just nice to be at sea. However, at the end of our journey there we managed to see the dolphins and it was just amazing.

I’d definitely recommend them and would definitely go again if we even visit Gran Canary again.

Amazing time watching the dolphins swim in their natural habitat.
We saw a couple of turtles and the flying fish.
I would highly recommend
The staff are always on the look out for you to try and steer the boat to where you can see them.

By time our transfer got us to the harbour we were last in the queue so when we got on the boat there was nowhere to sit apart from a raised piece of decking by an open bin which was quickly being filled with used sick bags! The crew serving drinks were not very polite and when they were on the microphone you couldn’t understand a word they said. We did however see a pod of playful dolphins, some turtles and flying fish. All let down by the transfer, the boat itself and the staff.
