        Good day out.
On time and although we were in walking distance of the embarkation had several contacts offering pickup. The trip was good from start to finish. Although on the dolphin route, dolphins did not want to play on the day we went. The lunch provided was good. Highlight was the carpaccio soup and even a beer in there. The sun did not appear until we were about to leave the island so the sea colours were inhibited by the clouds. Worth the price and recommended.

Easy way to see more of Lanzarote and visit La Graciosa
Good opportunity to see more of the island and not have to drive. I found our guide super annoying - repetitive silly jokes. Okay once or twice but not 10 to 20 times in one trip. I would have preferred more facts, history etc. The market was NOT fun at all. Super busy and crowded and 95% of merchandise was touristy souvenirs - total crap. We were told there would be crafts, art - all made by locals - NOPE! So we hiked up to the castle which was awesome. Amazing views and nice walk - unfortunately castle was closed. No one seemed to know when or if it would be open. Graciosa - so glad we went - it's pretty, barren, arid - we would have wondered what we'd missed if we hadn't visited. We sat and listened to the waves after wandering away from the other tourists. We only had about 1.5 hours there and it was enough. The food on the boat was okay - paella was 98% rice. Dessert was a banana. With all of the people talking - the noise level was over-the-top awful.

Guests and crew smokes on board, cigarettes thrown in the sea
We reserved for a pick up at 9h40, at 8h20 we received a call that we would be picked up in ten minutes. We rushed then to be there to be then waiting for 40 minutes and in the end a taxi pick us up. Once on the boat we relatively quick spotted two dolphins right after leaving, as soon as they were spotted we had the feeling not much effort was done anymore for spotting other dolphins. And then the worst: crew starts smoking on the boat and guests follow. Cigarettes are thrown in the sea!!!! Lunch are some dry sandwiches

        Honeymoon treat
Decided to do this mini cruise as a last-minute decision and wow what an experience. Quite a peaceful drive out aboard the boat and lots of hunting but not a dolphin to be seen, but that's not the end of the story. Coming back, the captain opened up the boat, and we were flying high over the waves and landing. Some passengers were soon back on the seats as being tossed off their feet. No one was hurt, but what an experience it was. We even stopped off tied to a bouy for anyone who wanted to swim in the atalantic Ocean. Only 1 person was brave enough as the current was strong.

        Very good excursion
The trip was very good. Meeting point was a bit confusing as it wasn't outside the hotel we were staying at but all turned out ok in the end. Well organised getting the tickets at Orzola getting the tickets and the ferry. Quite straightforward getting on the catamaran once we reached Graciosa. Catamaran was very clean and staff friendly. Everything was explained very well. Sailed around a little of the island and then moored to allow swimming, kayaking or spending time on the beach. There was a dinghy taking you across to the beach or you could swim if you were a strong enough swimmer. Drinks were plentiful and we were served a hot lunch which was very nice. Had time to get some refreshments on return to the port before we had to get on the ferry. Coaches were waiting at the ferry port and it was a quick return to the hotels/drop off points.

        No dolphins. Waste of money.
Friendly staff and nice boat but unfortunately no dolphins were seen. We spent 1.5 hours just looking at the sea. Not even any coastline to see in lieu of no dolphin appearance. It was definitely the most boring boat trip we’ve ever been on when on holiday. The sea was quite rough which resulted in people being sea sick and therefore toilets unusable. The crew did clean it up but it wasn’t pleasant all the same. Would definitely recommend taking anti sickness tablets before going on this trip. Feel like we completed wasted an afternoon.

Local Sunday market for best prices
Sunday market with lots of hand crafts and food stalls, best prices in town and cheaper then the mall. Parking is a challenge but there are a lot of car parks offering parking for 2 euros for the day. The market is around a church, with no access fee. It van get very very busy so be aware of pickpockets. Definately worth seeing usually open every Sunday 10am - 2pm

        Room for improvement
Went on this same trip in April last year with friends, this time with partner. Saw lots of dolphins on the way out and the way back last time. This time we saw lots on the way out. The island is interesting but the only one public toilet wasn’t working. The only other one is in the restaurant. So toilet facilities are severely lacking. There was around 200 people on the island. On the return trip, the staff hardly put any effort into looking for the dolphins and more time helping people stand up at the front of the boat as it was quite choppy. The boat just powered back all the way without slowing down. It felt that the staff just wanted to get back and were not interested in looking around for the dolphins. Don’t expect to sit in the same seat you did on the way out. Someone had already decided to sit in the seat we had occupied on the way out. Was quite pleasing to see them getting splashed by the sea most of the way back.

Having read a few of the negative reviews we booked this trip with a sense of trepidation. However, we had an amazing trip, with the exception of the coach journey to and from Puerto del Carmen.

The crew on the boat could not have been more helpful and informative and we set off with a full boat- but it was not overcrowded.

The boat is designed for speed so be prepared for a few bumps especially if the sea is choppy.

We were fortunate to see pods of Atlantic and Common dolphins and this took up a good 90 minutes of the trip.

The captain was knowledgeable and the other members of the crew always prepared to help out.

An amazing trip capped off with a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend but if you are expecting a sedate romantic sunset cruise this is not for you.

When we booked this trip we were expecting a chilled out cruise watching the sunset and hoped for the best when it came to dolphin spotting. However, this is the opposite of the experience! The boat is controlled by a group of lads who seem to enjoy showing off how fast and wild they can drive the boat for a couple of hours. As someone who gets sea sick, this was an awful experience! I assumed others were enjoying the experience, however everyone seems dissatisfied with the trip! We never saw any dolphins. Prosecco was served in a paper cup and cake was average. I think this trip is a tourist trap!

Lovely trip! We were lucky to see dolphins. The crew were great, they had a fish finder and contact with other boats to track sea life down. The transfers seamless. It was cold so take extra layers but well worth it.

Was sold to us as a sunset cruise and dolphin expedition.
The experience was over booked and we were placed at the back of the ship to sit on two food cooling containers with no proper seating allocated for us. First mate was smoking on the boat and a rude German woman was also smoking with him stinking up the boat and blowing smoke into our faves. . No Dolphins and the sunset for today was. 20.01. We were back on the coach home by 19.40 so just over two hours.
Would not recommend this was 42.00 per person I would not pay 5.00 for this.
The captain of the boat also had the cheek to leave a tip jar on the way off the boat.

Well, what a conundrum this one is!
By it's mere title, I anticipated a beautiful tranquil sail along the coast as sunset was imminent. It conjured up smart dress (and many of my fellow passengers were of the same thought in lovely attire) and a nice selection of hors d'oeuvres and champagne or equivalent. Seeing any dolphins would just be a bonus so not too disappointed that we didn't see any and I expect that's more the case.
I can only describe it as 2 hours of being completely windswept as we sailed 3 miles from shore. There was no shelter to be had so had to endure the pounding of the vicious winds for most of the time. The boat cannot be described as luxury as would be befitting a sunset cruise but rudimentary. At the end of the rough sail you stay nearer to shore to watch the sunset over the hills and not the sea which I think would have been more dramatic. We were treated to 2 splashes of Cava and 2 squares of cake and that was that. It's only redeeming feature was Francoise, our lovely lady guide who was charming, funny and polite.
So, is this cruise worth it....NO. Too expensive and better information on how to dress for this sail would have been appreciated. To be honest, knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have wasted my money on a trip that simply didn't live up to the anticipated dream.

I booked this as a romantic trip with my other half, the description makes it sound like a lovely trip drinking glasses of champagne watching the sunset
However what we experienced was far from romantic, it is a small buslike boat filled with people dressed up expecting a smooth trip
We didn't see any dolphins which was absolutely fine but my god it was rough and wet
And at the end of the trip we were handed paper cups for our 'champagne' the tiny squares of cake were delicious but a bit of a let down. The sunset was beautiful but we were at the harbour by then and could have seen the exact same sunset from the shore. All in all it was not what was advertised and definitely not what we expected.

We booked the sunset dolphin tour with a healthy dose of skepticism about actually seeing dolphins and 2 hrs into the 2.5hr trip and heading back to port this seemed justified. However the crew never gave up and with a little help from another boat they found the elusive dolphins. Absolutely beautiful, so thank you to the crew for their never say die attitude and a truly wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience.. 3rd time we've been on this trip and we never get tired of it.. boat is clean...crew are enthusiastic and polite.. cake and cava while you watch the sunset is lovely. Saw so many dolphins this time and the crew were playing with them, they were playing with us, following the boat..

Have just returned to our hotel after over an hour and a half on the bus (with the outboard journey taking 35 minutes). The driver, stopped at a hotel, miles away from our destination and told us that they couldn't take us back to our hotel and to get off and get a taxi. It was only after the driver could see me taking details of the bus such as the number plate and my husband's refusal to leave the bus that the driver eventually agreed to take us to our original pick up point. I accept that it wasn't necessarily the driver's fault, but poor organisation and reflective of another review a few year ago, so clearly no improvement.

The tour itself was boring. Only some of the guests were offered a cartoon of apple juice instead of alcohol and the ambience of the sunset experience was ruined by 80s dance music blaring out.

It was all a bit manic at the start... being shouted at in a foreign language by a very large security man with a baton telling us we were stupid for not following instructions!!!
We then got on a boat in beautiful weather and were so lucky to see tonnes of dolphins! Sunset was a little disappointing as it was too early for it but they brought us near cliffs which looked as though the sun was setting behind them!
We had some cava (children & teens had juice) and 2 very small squares of cake so if you think you're getting food... think again!
Again, once off the boats it was manic again as there were 2 buses and no one seemed to know where / which bus we should be on but we got back thankfully!
All in all we had a great experience!
