          We all liked it
Lots of things to do, the extra fee for the camel ride was worth it. Great sights, got quite a few photos. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative. The driver was very smooth as well.

          Friendly guide , good experience
We were greeted with a pleasant and cheerful manner by the guide. He made us feel very welcome and told us the itinerary for the day. He was full of knowledge about the island and spoke in several languages to suit all passengers. It did not take long to get to the market and the place was an absolute gem. We walked around the harbour side and stopped in a cafe for a coffee admiring the views. The market it self was very busy but had lots of variety. We got picked up after just over three hours and had a lovely ride along the scenic old road passing through some of the coasts.Thank-you very much for providing us with a good experience :) Definitely recommend

          Great excursion
We had a really great time, there was lots of information provided by the tour guide, and value for money. Be prepared for a long day we were picked up at 08:30 and dropped off at 17:00. Only negative was lunch stop, we didn’t enjoy however this is optional.

          Ripped off by the guide?
We booked this tour on Trip Advisor and paid by credit card On the day of the trip the tour guide (Michael) told me there was a problem with the credit card payment and asked me to pay again in cash “because the card machine is not working” I asked for a receipt and Michael took my email and said he would send it. He didn’t. Credit card payment went through. I contacted the company via Trip Advisor and they ‘investigated’ and said that they ‘don’t take cash payments’ I am trying to get money back via my credit card company but sad about the dishonesty of the guide.

          Horrible.
After arriving at our hotel the lady tour guide started by calling out wrong names and saying she was no good at names, if I had not gone up to her we would have missed the coach. They should know or bother to learn the correct names. Secondly I explained to the very rushed lady tour guide that I had an injured foot, I have been told by the compaby since that they are not carers got forbid if there was anyone on their tour with a disability. We then stopped on towards the latter part of the tour for a toilet break. My friend and I went to the bathroom and she began to replaster my injured toe that had started to bleed. The lady tour guide, instead of calling my phone to explain the were ready to leave, decided to leave me and my friend stranded and we did not get to see the valcanos. We paid for that tour and she had our phone numbers. She did not want to bother or check, she new we were not there and seemed happy to leave us. No call or no consideration. Will never book a tour with these guys again. I have since complained to them getting unprofessional responses and excuses. All she had to do was call and we would have explained the 5 min delay was due to my injury. But instead the arrogant nature of leaving us shows we already paid so who cares! Horrible.

          Great locations a bit rushed
The National park was great however the geo thermal experience was almost torture as you’re only there 20 minutes, they cook food from the heat of the earth and you don’t get a chance to eat it. Jameos Del Agua lava tube cave is amazing and would have liked to spend more time here. Could have been structured better to have lunch at these points of interest instead of a restaurant at a bus meeting point.

          Market day in MOGAN
The coach was on time and communication from the tour guide was spot on.He gave a travel guide in several languages and was very knowledgeable about the area.He was very helpful and pleasant to everyone. We got slightly lost on our way back to the coach(2 older ladies 🤪) and he was very calm and told us not to worry via phones.Would definitely recommend and Mogán is very pretty with lots of market stalls. They’re quite expensive but they do take some hard bartering.

          Great experience
We were picked up from our hotel. The driver and guide Michael were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this tour. Very interesting and great demonstration of the volcano's power. Absolutely outstanding driving through the landscape.

Skip the queues, take a coach.
Comfy coach, prompt pickup and convenient drop-off. Our guide 'Tony' was excellent, blending history, geology, agriculture and humour with the occasional existential question. Coaches get priority over cars at Timanfaya, meaning minimal queues. The journey itself is fantastic and the stopoffs worthwhile. I was travelling with my 11 year old son and the duration was ideal for him. We both said we'd have liked a little more time to take in the destinations, but understand the fast turnaround in the national park itself. Camel ride is an extra at a reasonable enough 11Euro per person at the time of writing. If you want the volcano fired barbecue at Timanfaya, you'll want to go independently. Happy with the value and service throughout.

          Half day trip to Timanfaya
Easy to book - picked up at hotel in Playa Blanca - double decker bus was full and had multiple stops - had a mix of tours on the bus so had to stop to let off people going on other excursions so they could swap buses. After that we started our tour which was really interesting. Enjoyed the dynamic Volcano tour (can’t do it in your car you have to be on a tour bus) the road cut through the lava fields and up to the craters of volcanos giving you a panoramic view of the material park - informative commentary throughout. Camel rides optional extra, wine tasting at another spot. Because this was half day no stop was more than 30mins which sounds hurried but the pace was fine. Got back to hotel 2pm. Worth the time to see and learn about the Island holds attention of teens better than a full day…

Good half day out, well organised with nice guides
Very good experience. We were traveling with small children, so the half-day and bus-based tour was more than enough, You get a very good overview of the national park and, most importantly, you skip the very long queues. The optional camel ride is not expensive and lasts about 20 minutes - just the right amount of time in our experience. The kids loved this part, so it's a great way to make a half day of looking a stony volcano landscape more palatable to them.

          Lanzarote short South island tour
Great short south island tour. Did it mainly to understand more about the volcano eruptions. There was camel rides at the beginning a couple of us did that bit once you've done it not much point in doing it again so I didn't bother it's 11 euros each. The volcano tour was great very informative and loved the demonstrations. The wine tasting bit was neither here nor there really, tiny drink of their sweetish sherryish wine. Option to buy a glass there whilst your on the pit stop. All in all it was a good tour, very interesting and glad we did it by bus as you bypass all the cars having to wait in a long queue

          Great trip, perfect for families!
This trip was perfect for us as a family of 4 with two young kids. The bus picked us up on time from the local bus stop. The bus was clean and comfortable & had seatbelts. The trip was long enough to enjoy each aspect but short enough to hold the interest and attention of a 4 & 6 year old. Michael our tour guide was super, very funny but very interesting and knowledgeable. Michael and Melvin are a great team! My kids particularly enjoyed the camel rides, the camels were well cared for and the owner was very sweet to the kids. He told us the camels names and you could see that he really loves those camels from the way he spoke and interacted with them. The bus ride through the volcanos was beautiful and terrifying at the same time - not the trip for anyone afraid of heights or a nervous passenger!! The views were stunning though!

          Excellent Wee Trip
Even an hours delay at a coffee shop due to a broken down bus didn’t stop us from having an enjoyable experience. Paul is a great host and made us feel welcome from the start. The camel ride, at extra cost, was great and the volcano visit and tour through it excellent. The stop to get a thimble of wine and visit a tourist trap shop unnecessary. We were picked up at 09.25 and dropped off just after 3pm. Without the delay it would have been a great wee morning.

          Great way to see Lanzarote
What a great way to see the island of Lanzarote by going on the grand tour with Travelonworld I highly recommend it. You get the breath taking scenery and also the option to do the camel ride for an extra 11 euros.
