A lovely day trip in a small group. We went at a good but relaxed pace up the first hill (3 km/1hr) which is the “corona” volcano, with a stunning view into the rim at the top. The second part was a longer walk up a ridge line and some cliffs; with wildflower meadows and incredible views of all sides of the island/seas/volcanoes/mountains! The guide was friendly but not over-the-top and the “four seasons in one day” was quite the experience. Wear trail shoes or trainers with good grip, hiking boots not nessecary. Altogether a unique and special day.

Alejandro was our guide. He was very knowledgeable with great communication. The trek was conducted at the pace of the slowest members so everyone felt included.

Sabrina was the perfect guide. Spoke impeccable English as well as German for other guests, in addition to her native Spanish. Was very knowledgable about the history and geology of the area. Also spoke about the flora which was fascinating. Really made the experience come alive and made it memorable! And, she gave us a great lunch recommendation - Teleclub de Tao. All in all a great experience - thank you Sabrina.

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Ula. She took time to explain the geology of the area ans awalked at a pace suitable for the whole group. It was a very good tour.

Great guide and route, learned a lot, and amazing scenery. There are lots of routes up the volcano we went up, and you need a guide to legally walk up it.

The tour was very reasonably priced and lasted around 4 hours including pickup and drop off. Alejandro was the guide and the owner of the company. His English is clear to understand. I learned things I didn't know beforehand and we were able to walk around the rim of the volcano and around them and get really close to the lava fields and lichen as well. The landscape is absolutely beautiful and isn't like anything I've seen before. The group was really nice too so that's always a bonus. I really enjoyed it.

Excellent presentation by Alessanjo, very manageable group size. He spoke clearly in English. Certainly recommend him to others considering this trip.

We had a gentle hike through the Timanfaya volcano park with our guide, who gave us running commentary about the volcanos and the environment along the way, stopping at times to point out features of interest. One of the highlights for me was climbing to the rim of a volcano caldera and taking in the spectacular views of the caldera below and the surrounding terrain. The tour is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and learn something about the island and its volcanic history.

Very interesting to find out so much more about the formation of the islands and the landscape and flora (or lack of it!) The tour guide was great at answering all my questions! The landscape was like Mars or something, great to get a closer look at it all. We walked 12km, so you have to be quite fit and the wind was wild, so bring an extra layer!

We had the best time.. our guide Ula was just fabulous.. she went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience.. she was very knowledgable. The group was a nice size. The views were spectacular and we learnt a lot.. and got safely home thanks to Ula. We recommend you drive to the meeting place as our taxi driver found it challenging 🤣

Sabrina is great, and the trip was perfect, lovely views, lot of information, you can really feel the spirit of the Island.

We booked this walking tour during our trip to lanzarote and were so pleased we did! Sabrina was our tour guide, and she was so lovely aswel as so knowledgeable about the history of the area, the flora that was scattered around and the science behind the lava formations!
