Unique tour of the northern wines
Great experience with a nice mix of history of a few towns as well as some amazing wines. The market was a nice stop to see the amazing foods and grab a morning Barraquito.

          One not to miss
An amazing night, cried with laughter and enjoyed every minute. Have seen drag acts before but this has definitely been the best, loved the live singing and not just miming. Meal was hot and tasty, drinks served promptly. Had no issues paying with my travel money card. Would highly recommend.

          GREAT SHOW
Very tongue in cheek and very funny. Food basic but ok. Drinks very expensive (€5 for a large coke, €4 a pint of beer etc). Service 1st class.

          Best Night Out
We visited as a family of 5 with ages from 5 to 60. We expected a nice show and meal but the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The show goes on for a couple of hours and your meal is served authentically in metal bowls and cups. There are two teams competing for the King and Queen’s favour and everyone gets into the spirit of cheering (or booing!) their favourite knights. With fire eating and falconry thrown in too, it is not be missed. The most fun we’ve had as a family in a very long time and a night to remember. Don’t miss this!

Free laps are standard and makes no difference who you book with, but if wanting free transfer bus check your return!
I’m not sure where to start with this one 🤔 The youngest of our family wanted to try go karting so whilst we were out here we thought would give it a go. I had never done it but thought it would be good evening out whilst on holiday. We booked online directly as it also offers free bus transfer (Los Cristianos) which I booked. I also booked for a 7pm slot thinking that we could have dinner and then a go on the track. We arrive just after 5pm and after some deliberation on what to eat from the menu which is all in Spanish (thankful there were photos of the options) we went to the desk to check in for the 7pm slot to be asked why did we come only now as the last transfer bus back to Los Cristianos was in 30min. I didn’t see any of that when I was booking so please be aware. Also the 7pm slot that I had booked also apparently doesn’t mean anything to them either 🤷‍♀️ so not sure why they are on website to choose. Also the whole check in process was set long winded and you had to register an account to check in. When we got onto the track the way some of the drivers were allowed to drive was appalling and they could have caused some serious accidents, thankfully there were none but it came close on a few occasions and I thought I was in a bumper car session rather than a go kart track. It was disgusting and very rude but they were allowed to do what ever so for a first time experience it wasn’t the best. The kids said that they had similar experience where the other kids were driving like a maniac and playing bumper cars too. The food was ok, half the items where not available when requested but most items was like €10 for chips and calamari (which was rubbery) or a burger and chips. I wouldn’t rush back here in a hurry and or recommend to people when they go to Tenerife.

          Excellent!
A full day trip with with a guide and lunch as well! Lunch very meAlso, our coach driver was very, very good> well woaty so not for vegetarians, however I think you can request an alternative. Interesting tour exploring the flora and fauna of the island, dramatic views of Mount Teide (good photo opportunity!). Also, our coach driver was very, very good! Easy pick-up and transfers from the hotel. A day well spent.

          What a great night out
This is a great alternative to a normal night out in Tenerife. We made our own way there by taxi, which was €25 from Las Americas. The setup as you walk in is nice. You get a photo taken and then gather in a hall where you can buy a drink and souvenirs while you wait. The show is very good and the actors are great and interact with the audience very well. The horses are unbelievable. Wine is included, which was very nice, the food is average but I wasn't there for the food I was there for the show and that was great. The only downside I would mention is that the smell of fumes when the fire shows are on is very strong. Pity this couldn't be changed to some other way of having a fire show. Other than this, I still highly recommend it. It was a great night out, and all the family enjoyed it.

          Wine and Gastronomy Tour
My husband and I really enjoyed this trip. It was a small group with a mix of couples, friends and solo travellers. We had a great driver and excellent guide (Christopher). Christopher ensured everyone enjoyed it and made it a very relaxed and friendly experience. The wine tasting was excellenr, with the option to buy bottles afterwards. Lunch again, was very good, in a superb location. The only downside was that wine served with lunch was very limited and I think this was collective impression of the whole group. That said, it was still an excellent tour and one I would highly recommend, particularly if you get Christopher as your guide!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in any trip. Was on a bus from 7 till 1:45 am, collecting and dropping people off, most of the trip was spent here. The food provided was pre clocked and not at all enjoyable, everyone on the trip was so disappointed. Only enjoyable thing I can think off was the wine and the group of people we got talking to on the bus & restaurant. We stopped for less than an hour in total in between restaurant & seeing the starts and by the time we reach teide we were way too fed up to even listen to the poor guide. We just couldn’t bare with it anymore and were completely uninterested by that point. Let’s not forget we parked in the middle of a high road with cars and lights distracting everyone from hearing or evening seeing anything due to the car lights. We also got out on a full moon so no starts were visible, to which the guay kept telling us to use our imagination..?
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Everything felt rushed, we were even rushed out of the toilet which was the only loo stop we made out in the restaurant during the whole trip hence the whole bus was queuing. Goes without saying but if you are considering this do not bring children & older adults, they will really have a hard time.

It was also not stated that we would’ve had to drive from our complex back & forth, aside from stoping in almost every single hotel. Very misleading as may people had to get taxis and etc when dropped off in the middle of nowhere without knowing the island or the language.

Will be chasing for a full refund as it was simply inappropriate and extortionate of their tourism. This “excursion” should not be a thing at all.

Good afternoon, We are sorry You do not enjoyed our excursion. 1- Bodega Reveron, We are happy you have enjoyed the good wines they have due to they are specialist in wines as its name says Bodega. 2- “ We parked in a middle of a high road “. We understand as you are not from Tenerife you can not know the place but We park in Zapatilla de la Reina that it is one of the most important and beautiful place inside National Park and for this reason you can find another cars due to it is a very known and public place. 3- Toilet. In case somebody needs to go to the toilet, it is easy, you speak with the Guide and he will be happy to help. 4- At the moment you made the booking, you know that for this excursion We do not offer transport from your area and for that reason you must drive (or take a taxi) to the nearest meeting point. 5- To take a taxi in Tenerife is a very simple thing, no dangerous. 6- We are very proud due to We have one of the best skies to see the stars and we are sorry that you did not appreciate it. Even with full moon you can see the most of them. For all these reasons We can not accept a refund Kind Regards Marta

This tour is a good example of how to characterize Tenerife's "pearl" from different angles in Teide National Park. To make it more romantic, we started with a delicious three-course dinner and a glass of wine in the wonderful restaurant "Reveron Wines" in the village of Vilaflor. On top of that, we listened and watched a very interesting story about stars and astronomy under the shining stars. What I liked most was watching the person who does his job with such enthusiasm and passion - Thank you so much, guide Diego! My recommendation is to bring a scarf or plaid in addition to the jacket, because it was quite cold, which disturbed me a bit from enjoying watching the stars.

EXCELLENT! We booked this via our hotel reception. The coach picked us up and dropped us off just around the corner from the hotel (Guanahani in Costa Adeje). We always think the stops at other hotels are time consuming but it was quite interesting as it felt like another view of the various resorts on the island. The meal at the Bodega Reveron was lovely and as this was an hours stop the owners were quick to guide us inside and seat us. The meal consisted of nibbles, soup, main course (they were geared up for vegetarians as well), dessert, wine (their own as they have a vineyard and you can buy some in their shop as well) and water. So, back to the coach and on to the stopping place at Mount Teide. The guide was excellent and communicated in English, Spanish (and Catalan as well I thought). He detailed explanations of the star systems (complete with shooting stars every now and then) with his laser was excellent and extremely informative. Sadly as there was a half moon the Milky Way could not be seen but the detail on the moon itself was fascinating - we took out binoculars so we could see even more and the star gazing was just out of this world. We were at the viewing for about 45 minutes and it was very cool 8 degrees which we were warned about when we booked so do dress warmly. The next time we visit we will book a daytime trip to Mount Teide as we would like to see the daytime landscape. An experience not to be missed.

Fascinating view of the stars and informative commentary. Suitable for anybody seriously interested in the stars and the planets. The coach collects you from your hotel, you are taken to an authentic rural restaurant for a tasty meal with lovely hosts. Then to the mountain top to view the fascinating night sky. The guide was very good, knowledgeable and expert. A very good evening, for those genuinely interested.

Dear salcuth Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. It’s so nice to hear that you had a good time. Teide National Park is really beautiful during the day but at night it’s kinda magical.Diego is indeed very knowledgeable and very passionate for everything which has to do with the sky and the hosts at the vineyard are lovely people, nothing is a problem for them. Thank you for choosing us and do not forget to contact us to book another great activity. Kind Regards Angela

The majority of this trip was spent on a coach rammed with people. It took one and a half hours travelling around picking people up till the bus was full, not ideal during a pandemic, people wore masks but lots of people coughing, too many people . The meal at the bodega was nice but rushed. Stargazing took place in a small parking space in the National Park. As there were guests from all over, the guide said everything three times in 3 different languages, so not much gleaned in the short time we were actually looking at the stars. Not worth the money, I wished I’d stayed back in my hotel.

I highly recommend this trip to anyone who would like to see the stars and constellations without the light pollution. The tour was informative, the food and wine was excellent at the Bodega Reveron.
Do take the warm clothing as recommended because it did get chilly even for a Brit!
And make sure you read the message they send you about the pick up point, which we managed to get amended in time.

Lovely meal and stargazing activity. As a coeliac it is often hard to get food on tours, however, here they were so happy it help, all three courses we fully catered for with a gluten and dairy free option (I don’t need dairy free but they make a combined option to cover bases) the food was fresh home cooked and tasty and the waitress commented how if they know the needs in advance they love to cater for them. The wine was very nice and served in generous supply. Once we got up the mountain the guide was very informative about the night sky giving detailed knowledge and answering questions in Spanish, English and occasionally German. One thing to be aware off the hotel pick ups means you might be on the coach for a long time depending on where people book from.

If you’re into Stargazing, I wouldn’t miss an opportunity to see them like you have never saw them before! What an experience.
Communication from your guide before the trip was ideal before we set off, hotel pick up, a lovely meal from a vineyard high up in the hills was so good, especially with some wine tasting, and a chance to buy some local produce, wine and souvenirs, then back on the bus for our journey up to Mount Teide.
The tour guide explains everything using a laser pen in Spanish and English. He points to all the constellations and even though we saw so much stars, he said you would be gauranteed to see more of you went later than we did! I was impressed with the tour and what we saw and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend to others to go, but I am into star gazing and found it all so very interesting. When I return to Tenerife I would definitely do this trip again! Just wonderful.

On the 17th July we went on this excursion. Our hotel, the Hideaway Corales Suites booked this for us.

The below summarises the dangerous nature of our tour. The vehicle was not operating in accordance with Spanish MOT guidelines.

        Good Morning,
It is with regret that I am writing to request a full refund from the stargazing trip last night.

The reason for this request is not simply the delay caused by the issue with the Driver locking the key in the vehicle. The issue is health and safety. Three incidents led to this"
        1. After dinner, and on our way up to the viewing spot, we had to stop as the engine was over heating.
        2. Within five minutes of arriving at the viewing spot, it became apparent that the vehicle was not accessible as the keys were onboard. The emergency handle on the side of the vehicle was broken. This is unacceptable.
        3. After over two hours of waiting, and encouraged to go to the toilet in the open space if required, we left the viewing spot. We had to stop three minutes later because the driver had left the rear compartment boot open.

As a family, this was a disappointing trip. As a parent and adult, it was unsafe. We made the entire journey with a vehicle whose safety features were inoperable.

I do apologise for making a complaint. However, the safety of this tour was inadequate.

        Regards

The response from the tour company, and our hotel is... these things happen from time to time.
The hotel is particularly disappointing as we asked them to assist us. The emergency handle is a legal requirement. It could not be opened. In a area with no reception and pitch darkness.

Our first and last trip to a Barcelo, and definitely this tour company.

So really mixed thoughts but if asked I wouldn’t recommend. The good things - comfy coach, dinner at bodega reveron was lovely, quantity and quality really good with a real homely feel and stargazing lead knowledgeable. However…… time on coach far too long, would be better if one language group at a time, otherwise just standing around for quite a while aimlessly. As others have said it felt like being stuck in a car park which took away from the information being provided. Not really what we expected. That will teach me to read the description more carefully next time - and read reviews first!
