Absolutely appalled by this experience. Misrepresented and mis-sold. When we purchased it was implied that there would be off-roading (it said so in the description and shows it in the pictures) and the experience would last about 5 hours. However if you read the small print it is 3 hours and the extra two hours includes pick up and drop off. You basically pay nearly 200 euros to drive a buggy ON THE ROAD up to a rest stop at the bottom of the volcano and then back again. Photos cost 20 euros and video costs 10. Not sure why you’d want this as it would just show you driving in convoy with the quad bikes up and down the road holding up traffic. Being an automatic buggy intended for off-road use you will hold up a LOT of traffic and they will try to cut you off in order to overtake as you slowly drop behind doing 50 kph max up hill and 60 kph downhill. Yes they also offer the exact same thing but on quad bikes if you want to torture yourself. There was no off roading at all and the tour guide told us they hadn’t done off road for 3 months. He also advised us to complain and try to get at least 50% refund from these people selling the tour as they keep selling this tour that the people that actually run the tour DO NOT OFFER. After trying to get a partial refund the sellers refuse to acknowledge any kind of fault so we are writing this review to warn others to stay away. Avoid at all costs unless you want to overpay for a what is effectively a 2 hour rental of a buggy that never leaves the tarmac. You’d be much better off in terms of value and experience renting a car or bike and doing it yourself.

The advertisement says meal in a Canarian restaurant not a paper plate of paella in the middle of a forest, it also says “drinks” this is plural in English , but you could only get one each . The coach broke down too . A very amateur money making exercise, So not worth the time and effort let alone the money 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

An exhilarating adventure! The buggy tour to Teide National Park was an absolute blast. The rugged terrain and stunning landscapes were a thrill to explore. The highlight was the wine degustation. The guides were knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. A must-do excursion for nature lovers and wine enthusiasts alike.

Night Skies Tenerife If anyone is going to tenerife then use these guys for stargazing. I booked this for our group for my sister's 40th and was not disappointed. These guys are brilliant and full of knowledge

Do not and I mean do not take a loved one or family member on these bikes start of within 2 mins bike in front swerved all over tipped over edge landing on young girl .instructors (if you call them that )never had a clue I had to jump off my quad to help them and lift bike from her.we then went on to attempt to ride these bits of crap around the crapest track known to man at 3mph poor girl in front no tuition or nothing .half way round one bike breaks down then exaust falls off another .I can moan as been a experienced bike rider and quad racer I know what these should be like also being a bike builder these bikes really are not maintained just don't do it

Super slow driving. Constantly driving 30 km/h on a 80 km/h road. Also only 5% was offroad. Most boring tour ever. You drive up the hill and drive back with a very long pause of 30 mins in between. On the way back a short offroad track. Pictures overpriced. They tried to sell it for over 30 euros.

Nice staff, the owner delivers the buggy at your home, and provides good advices regarding the itinary (off road, mountains etc). Definitely recommend it. To be noticed : buggy is noisy.

Absolutely fantastic trip out! Worth every penny. Tour guide takes everything into consideration and takes so many photos and doesnt charge much money for them. These are sent via email and also contain live videos on the quads! Will most definately be doing it again next year! He also takes frequent stops to make sure everyone is okay, takes you to local cafes in case you need a toilet/drink break. Tells you about history of tenerife at different pit stops.

The ride took place in the morning and me and my kid were alone with the guide (seems like it was not a very active season). The weather (beginning of March) was sufficiently warm, and the sky was clear, so the views were very good. The guide was reasonably knowledgeable and made the trip more interesting. He also took pictures along the ride, which came with additional cost, but the pictures were nice. The buggy is relatively loud, so helmet or air pods are recommended. But overall a very nice experience and would recommend others to go with this.

Valentin has been the best of the bests and one of the most friendly, kind and laid back instructors we ever met. He was super helpful to me and my girlfriend by helping us to enjoy the buggy ride and overall experience. His green buggies are phenomenal and provide an amazing adrenaline feelings. This trip was so much fun, starting on the road towards the mountain then totally off road. This trip was 3 hours long stopping half way for refreshments. We had two buggies, two passengers in each and swapped half way. Javier is a really pleasant man and very patient too. He took loads of photos of us all in action. Prepare to get dusty which adds to the fun looking at each others dirty faces. Do not sit on the beach, this trip is a must for one of your days while in Tenerife. I’m not sure who had the most fun, the teens or the parents. Do it!!
