The team was great. A lot of patience and luck was needed to find whales. It was a great trip. We would do the same trip again with them.

We spoke to Laura via what’s app and she truly made everything so easy, from recommending trips out, sending pics of bus stops , booking things for us and just being overall lovely , made our first trio to Tenerife so easy and lovely! Fantastic trip and perfect for small groups. We were a group of 3 and were joined by a couple. The day was beautiful from beginning to end. Food and drinks provided too. The dolphin and whale watching was amazing and we were also lucky to spot a few turtles. The pilot was great and provided so much information about the history for the island. We finished the day off with a dip in the water near the cliffs before heading back. All 3 of us have not stopped talking about how beautiful it was. 10/10 trip

Absolutely amazing experience. Probably best iv ever done. Definitely get your moneys worth. Hours of quad biking. Stunning views. Friendly & informative hosts. Very well organised. Definitely would recommend. My top tip is to listen to the hosts when they offer jackets. Wear them it was 29° but when close to the peak it's freezing. Watching the sunset with some incredible views. Professional photos taken for just €20 you get access to all ones taken. Fantastic excursion.

OMG!! 100000000% will do it again! From booking to getting our transfer, doing the activity & getting home I could no fault this company! I have booked all 6 trips with company and haven’t found 1 fault!! Such an amazing experience doing the 4hr off-roading/ mount teide tour with my partner! Both shared the driving of the buggy! Amazing photo’s being sent our phone! Little stop off points!! If you’re thinking about it!! DO IT! Loro parque, Siam park, 1hr jet skis, 4hr buggy trip, monkey park and many more trips! Still got a week left will defo book this Tenerife First Excursions! Never go to another company!! Trev from the Los Cristanos kiosk was very helpful and informative, we did the mount Teide Buggy Tour with King Buggies and the off road for 1 hour, would highly recommend all information was given and his contact number given incase of any problems (which we didn’t have) excellent customer service.

We had the most amazing 2 hours on our self drive boat. The staff members at Tenerife First Excursions were very professional and informative. We were shown a large range of boats to choose from. We eventually chose the Moonday boat from Puerto Colon, which we were able to experience an hour after paying. The staff member at the port was lovely and gave us plenty of information to feel safe at sea with our 7 month old. We had amazing views of the island along with great music due to Bluetooth. Although there was snorkelling equipment on board, we didn’t use this as we had to look after our baby but would be great for travellers without children. Everything from start to finish was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We will definitely use Tenerife First Excursions again in the future. Thank you

Superb fun had with Noah and Samuel being the guides and taking a route through the Atlantic that includes some robust waves and even some airborne action! Great fun and wish to do so again.

We went to see the sunset in mount teide on the quads and that was unreal. We also went on a boat trip to Costa adeje and saw dolphins and wales and then stopped off and went swimming in the sea!! Absolutely amazing experience! I will 100% be going again next year! Staff are very friendly here, plenty of options to choose from. But loved both trips absolutely unreal experience!!

Me and my girlfriend booked a last minute holiday to Tenerife and went to look at some excursions. We came across this Teide Quad Bike Tour and instantly knew we wanted to do it. After experiencing it, I’d say it was worth every penny and I would 100% recommend to anybody thinking about it. We booked a dual quad but we switched over driving half way so that we could both get a turn. It consisted of 2.5 hours of driving with multiple stop offs to explore some attractions and take plenty of photos! We also got GO-PRO footage included with our TUI package which we didn’t know until we got there! We had a great tour guide who was incredibly smiley, enthusiastic and knowledgable about the island.

This review is about the company and staff Kayleigh especially... She was absolutely amazing today helping me sort out a trip...I had been ripped off by another company and needed another trip...she was quick, helpful and efficient Well done u! Will always use this company from now on x

We booked two trips through Richie at the Golden Mile office in Las Américas. A jet ski experience and a boat trip on the Neptune Whale experience. We were a group of 14 and was absolutely thrilled with Two great trips we would highly recommend Richie who kept in contact is knowledgeable and went above and beyond.

Highly recommended! Had a wonderful time with a small group of 12 people. Saw dolphins and went swimming in a bay. Staff was amazing, food and wine included.
