The experience was fantastic. Pepe was an excellent pilot and managed to keep the balloon going over and around Segovia most of the flight. It was a wonderful first flight and the crew were very friendly and professional.

Highly recommend. Magical sights over Segovia. Transfer pick up is worth it. Good communication. We were asked to help put the air ballon away but the cava, tapas and certificate afterwards is a nice touch.

Perfect way to finish our holiday in Spain. Amazing, relaxing way to see a beautiful city. Great pilot and fantastic staff at Eolofly, a must do if you get the chance!

It was an awesome experience. Very peaceful. Our captain was very informative and safe. The views were amazing. We even had a mini tapas refreshments after our flight.

We absolutely could not have asked for a better company and guides. Emmanuel, Salah, and Jose were incredibly fun, informative, helpful, and kind, and they made the adventure a blast. The views of Segovia are incomparable (make sure you go for the sunrise tour). Also, fair warning, the landing is a little rough and actually kind of hilarious. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have any physical disabilities that make climbing in or out of the basket difficult. Other than that, the tapas were yummy, the cava (champagne) was excellent, and the experience was a delight from start to finish. 10/10!!

A hot balloon sunrise over Segovia to remember forever. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to have their first hot air ballon experience. Our navigator had 22 years of experience and gave a history lesson on the surrounding area and its rich history. I would go again. 5/5

Do NOT miss the hot air balloon in Segovia! If you will fly, do it with Eolofly. The view of alcazar, cathedral and sunrise was surreal! Our driver— Emanuel was friendly, warm and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed chatting with him while he drove smoothly from our hotel in Madrid to Segovia. The pick up was very convenient and comfortable. He gave us tips on where to dine in Segovia. Our bilingual pilot— Pericles was amazing! and landing was so smooth. We were only two English speaking guests but he gave detailed history of hot air balloon which made the champagne toast and picnic more memorable. He would often check if we were comfortable during the fly. We also had fun helping the team fold the hot air balloon after landing. The whole team was incredibly fun and warm. Highly recommended to do it with them!

Excellent pre planning by our pilot with wind direction bringing use over the Central of Segovie, and the rest of the team included picking use up for hotel and tapas after. Bring extra clothes can be a bit chilly. We felt very safe from start to finish.

The flight was a bit boring after the anticipation. After 5 mins of seeing the same views, it became old fast. When we landed, the operators kept asking me and my son (only 2 males in the group) to help them deflate, repack, carry and load the balloon and basket after we landed - which was actually very odd (as it was dirty and hot work). Not worth the effort of getting up early and the expense for doing manual labor at the end.

The hot air balloon ride over Segovia was beautiful. The guy Pepe (the pilot) was friendly and gave a good show. However, the driver who collected us lacked professionalism for example, not only did he arrive late, but also my family and I had to beg to be seated together, which made no sense since the seating could've been easily arranged that way. There was no guidelines of what was happening for the today and since we were English speakers we felt left out of what appeared to be mostly Spanish conversations. There was also assurances about having a 'brunch' which was just a super light snack (cheese and meat bits) and the 'professional photos' entailed one member of the team taking 2 photos of you before and after the flight on His camera phone. The balloon ride was beautiful but I'm not sure if I'd spend £565+ on doing this trip again with my family of three (2 adults and 1 child). I don't think it was good value.

While I’m in Spain and this is a Spanish company, they made everything run smooth and simple. Nothing was lost in translation. From initial call to set up the event and dates, to the follow up text messages the prior telling me all details that I needed to know, and finally to the actual balloon ride over the country side and town of Segovia. The pilot Pepe was fantastic, giving information in both Spanish and English and having fun with it. His history of hot air balloons and the champagne toast was a great way to end the event. I would highly recommend this company and the Segovia hot air ballon ride!
