Overview
Explore Barcelona’s historic Born neighborhood on an evening of Spanish tapas and wine, visiting a series of local wine bars and bodegas with a sommelier guide. Sample treats that range from locally-cured meats to creamy croquettes, while chatting about Spanish wine, culture, and cuisine. You’ll taste your way through 10 wines from around the country paired with more than a dozen food tastings, for a hearty dinner of classic tapas and modern treats. This 3-hour, small group tour is limited to 6 people for a fun, personal experience.
What to Expect
Make your way to a central location in Barcelona, where you’ll meet your sommelier guide for a night of food and drink in the Born neighborhood. Kick off the evening in local style, with a light snack and chilled vermouth at a family-owned bodega.

The next stop is a Barcelona wine bar, tasting elaborate, open-face sandwiches with a series of wine pairings—the 10 wines you’ll try through the evening are the equivalent of roughly five full glasses. Explore a wide range of regions and styles of Spanish wine, with plenty of time to ask questions and discuss the flavors you encounter.

Your evening of wine and food concludes at a family-owned wine shop and bar, where you’ll try a variety of Catalan tapas such as charcuterie and cheeses, learning which wines best complement their classic flavors. And in true Spanish style, you’ll finish the night with something sweet, then say goodbye to your guide and group in the heart of the Born neighborhood, close to public transport and some of Barcelona’s best bars.

I am not sure. But check with the Tour Company. We were also concerned with traveling and getting there. No problem for us.
