    Great Tour
This was a lot of fun! We had little time in Barcelona and this was perfect. The right amount of tour, food, and entertainment. It was a private tour so we were able to talk more about the areas and the difference in cultures as compared in the U.S. The perfect tapas were selected and were delicious. At the end of the tour it felt like we had a friend walking around with us telling us the history of Barcelona.

Wonderful walk to see the highlights of Barcelona.
Daiam was a wonderful guide to the city. The perfect host a great day. She was informative and easygoing. We enjoyed all of the sights, but we enjoyed them a little more with her company.

    Fantastic experience!
This was one of the highlights of our Spain trip! Our tour guide Milena was absolutely wonderful. She is so friendly, kind and knowledgable. She showed us many interesting buildings, churches, cathedrals, and neighborhoods. She also took us to a fantastic restaurant for lunch and personally ordered several delicious tapas for our family. The day ended with visits to the amazing La Sagrada Familia and Park Güell. All in all, this trip was definitely worth the time and money. You'll be happy you booked this experience (and extra lucky if you get Milena).

    Stop looking and start booking
My wife and I booked the all day tour. We were met on time at the indicated location by our guide, Raphael. We spent a few minutes discussing the itinerary, which was fully customizable to our preference based on what we had already seen. Whether we wanted to keep going, stop to shop, eat, etc. … the tour was his to suggest and ours to dictate if we chose (we mostly went exclusively with his plan, and we’re so glad that we did. We were offered a few choices along the way as well!) Tickets, food, coffee, and transportation via necessary taxis were all covered. A worry free experience. He was there for us when we wanted, and gave us space to explore as a couple the same. Rafael brought a wide breath of knowledge and detail regarding Barcelona, as well as having travelled extensively which made for great conversation about places we had not been as well as those we shared. Well prepared with an in depth knowledge, organized, and thoroughly enjoyable. This was both of our second time here, and we came away feeling like we had discovered many new things, and learned much more about anything we may have previously encountered Stop looking and start booking :)

Great Day in Barcelona, from Lynn
Melani was an excellent guide for us In Barcelona. She was well prepared, with pertinent maps and pictures on her laptop, very knowledgeable on the history of the city, and very adept at tailoring the walk to our interests and physical abilities. We had a wonderful tapas lunch, coffee stop, and no-wait tickets for a few locations. Even better, Melani was so funny and personable, also helpful with technology information and suggestions. I felt comfortable and confident that we got to experience as many highlights of Barcelona as we could in a day. I was so impressed all around with this tour! I think there should be "I Love Melani" t-shirts, haha ( a joke we shared).

    Great day.
Our guide was excellent. It was difficult to connect with the guide at first. Meeting place crowded. It was a holiday, and lines were long, so we did not get to see everything that was planned, but it was still a great day. Tour guide awesome! Marketplace nice feature.

    A truly private experience
Luigi was an exceptional guide: communicative, helpful, friendly and flexible. We messaged through the app to arrange the meet-up to pass tour details. Later on, he used WeChat to send tickets and guides. Luigi’s mastery of the material enabled a truly private tour experience by accommodating our many questions as well as our pace (plenty of photos during the walking period). Conversation was tailored to our interests and time was very well used. As other reviewers noted, the ticket transfer for Sagrada Familia app may be problematic but fixable by deleting and reinstalling the app. Luigi sorted all of that out after he gave us the ticket validation during our coffee stop. The entire experience was seamless as Luigi paid for coffee, lunch, and the 2 needed taxi rides to make everything run like clockwork. Luigi absolutely made the tour a special, private and professional experience. Highly recommend!

    Best way to see Barcelona
There was just the two of us with Tour Guide Alan - I would suggest that this may be the best way to see the 2 major sites in Barcelona in a single day. Interestingly, because Alan moved to Barcelona from elsewhere (but whom has lived in Barcelona for 10+ years), he was able to give us his personal perspective on what was interesting as a visitor and as a local.

We were the only two people signed up for this tour, which started on time. The guide was pleasant but not Spanish, and the way she mispronounced Catalonian names suggested that she had not been in Barcelona, or even Spain, for long. For the exorbitant price of this tour I expected much more. Questions about what we were seeing were met with “I don’t know” (remnants of a Roman aqueduct, block-long queues at specific stores, etc). The tour seemed rushed at times. Details about what we were seeing were scant. I learned more about the personal life of the guide than about Barcelona. Possibly the only thing I appreciated was the inclusion of tickets to the Sagrada Familia which allowed us to skip the entry lines, but I could have bought those myself. Virtually any guidebook or website includes a City Walk, some, like Rick Steeves', with audio that you can listen as you walk and provide more information at a more agreeable pace. Don’t waste your money on this.

Hello dear guest, we are sorry that the tour was not to your liking, although I would like to point out that the guide, although not Spanish, is an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the city. The price of our tours are very reasonable considering that they are private tours, with a specialized guide, who provides the tickets to the Sagrada Familia. The guide is not obligated to know about fashion or shoe stores (which were some of your questions during the itinerary) but we appreciate your opinion.

We were a party of 4 with 2 teenagers and decided upon the 3 hour private walking tour that ends at the Segrada Família.
Our guide was great, very informative and she clearly loves Barcelona and enjoys giving tours.
She explained a lot about the architecture, the city and the various areas.
It was a brief introduction of the sights from the outside. For example we saw the cathedral from outside but didn’t go inside.
But we finished at the Segrada Familia for which our tour had “skip the line tickets”. It is an absolute must see and you must go inside; breathtaking!! We would like to return after completion in 2026.

Ilona was top notch tour guide. Yes, the description is deceiving. We walked 2 hours to get to our pickup point. Then we walked 3 hours touring the city before we went into the Sagrada Familia without our tour guide. There is an app that tells you about what you will see. We did visit the farmers market and other things. The night before, Ilona called me and told me that the 0900 am tour we had booked was not possible and our tickets were for 1200, with a 1500 (3pm) entry into the attraction.

My wife and I were eating dinner at a sidewalk cafe near the train station when Ilona called. Weird item - she called while a drunken bum was accosting us during our dinner. I couldn't get help from the waiters to get rid of this pig of a man, and he ended up spitting in our food. What a pig.

We took the tour with Fred the first day of our trip and we didn’t have any regret about it. Althought we misunderstood and thought the visit was about the sagrada, weren’t at all disappointed by the tour we ended up having. Fred was a really nice guide who knew is way around, the history of all the places we were walking by, he also had a lot of suggestions for restaurant and bar. He did answer all of our questions and did the tour in french for us ( cause it is our 1st language). We split at the sagrada familia were he had purchased tickets for us to go in. It is the beat way to get to quickly know a city.

While our initial booking needed to be adjusted by the tour company due to our original guide falling ill, we felt fortunate to end up with the same tour at 3:pm (instead of 10:am) with Geovana. As it turned out, Geovana was an excellent guide and ambassador to the city. Her knowledge went well beyond Gaudi architecture to include an in-depth introduction to the history and additional landmarks in the city. As it was a very hot day, she was also very conscious of stopping along the way for cold drinks and any distractions that may have piqued our interest. We felt more like an old friend from Barcelona was showing us around her town. Can't recommend the tour and Geovana, enough.

Four of us went on this tour recently. The absolute highlight was the Sagrada Familia itself, of course; a unique and stunning building, but the whole tour was very special and well worth the time and the cost. Our guide, Vicenza, was fab: informative and caring - taking time to help us sort out a few tech glitches. We would definitely recommend both the tour, and our particular guide - Vicenza - to other travellers.

DO NOT BOOK!! This was a very disappointing experience. There is a disconnect between what Trip Advisor is advertising and what the tour company is delivering.

We did not receive a private tour of Sagrada Familia (SF). Instead, we received a 3 hour walking tour of the Gothic Quarter and a metro ride to the SF cathedral. The tour guide provided skip the line tickets for SF and left us to enter the cathedral on our own. Apparently, there is an audio guide available to do a self guided tour of SF. Unfortunately, the audio guide required an app download; so, it was only useful for the one person in our group who thought to bring a phone with international service.

To make matters worse, the order confirmation included a meeting location (to start the tour) that was very challenging to find—even with Google Maps and GPS. Four members of our group were hopelessly lost. Our tour guide spent 45 minutes trying to find various members of our group so we could start the tour.

I do not hold the tour guide responsible for any of this. He was an honest young man trying to adjust on the fly. It is 100% an issue with what Trip Advisor is describing and what the tour company is delivering. Beware!!

Dear reviewer, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion regarding the tour description although for the rest of our customers who read what they book seems to be ok. The tour includes a 3-hour walking tour and a visit to Sagrada Familia with skip-the-line tickets. The self-guided audio tour requires the use of a mobile app, we even sent you an email reminding you to download the app if you read the tour description or the email you should have known what you were booking in advance, you could have canceled this up to 24hs before the tour. You are harming our reputation because you did not pay any attention to what you were booking, that does not seem fair. We apologize for any inconvenience experienced in finding the meeting location. We appreciate your understanding and will use your feedback to improve our communication.

We booked a private tour for just four of us, and our tour guide, Andy, was amazing. He reached out to me well in advance of the tour to introduce himself, and from the moment we met up it was like walking around Barcelona with someone we had known for years. Andy had specific places he wanted to take us while also giving us options along the way. I HIGHLY recommend taking a stop at the 4 Cats for a glass of Sangria and a bit of history on where Gaudi, Picasso and other artists of the time would gather. After walking around Barcelona and seeing some AMAZING things you would otherwise miss, Andy took us on the metro to go to Sagrada Famila and dropped us off right at the door. INCREDIBLE tour and ask for Andy!!

Be prepare for a 3 + hour walk. Our guide was very helpful and gave great insight to the Gaudi building and other interesting building we pasted. I would suggest and early morning tour as there are no head phones and the walk is much of the time on La Ramba which can be quite crowded and therefore noisy. Would have like to have quides continue into Sagrada Familia,

This tour was easily the highlight of our time in Barcelona. John, our tour guide, was amazing every step of the way. Before we even met, he was very communicative, ensuring that we had all the necessary tickets and audio guides we needed for inside the Sagrada Familia ahead of our morning together. The tour itself was simply amazing, showcasing the exteriors of buildings constructed by Gaudi and his contemporaries. John not only discussed the art and architecture, but gave us an incredible historical overview of all of the neighborhoods we walked through -- it provided us with wonderful context for when we explored on our own later on the trip. We would absolutely recommend John as a guide to anyone.
