About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- julianas7400 contributionsUnprofessional and Deceptive ServiceMy family and I visited Rome to see the Colosseum. We booked a guided tour in advance (€209.30), with a meeting time of 11:30 AM. We arrived at 11:24 AM, as instructed. At the meeting point, we asked a staff member if she was distributing tickets for this company, and she confirmed. She then told us to join the ticket line. After waiting 20 minutes, we were told we weren’t on the list! We tried calling the organizer multiple times, but they didn’t answer. Later, they claimed we were late and said the group had already left, even though we arrived on time. They refused to refund us and offered only entrance tickets without the tour. We waited another 15 minutes, but no one came. We missed the experience, we wasted money on taxis and tickets, and the day was ruined. Their response? “We hope for your understanding.” Do not book with this company unless you want your vacation ruined by unprofessionalism and lies.Written 24 December 2024

The tour was scheduled for 11:30 AM, and we arrived at 11:24 AM, as instructed. Upon arrival, we joined the ticket line, as directed by the staff. After waiting 20 minutes, we were told we weren’t on the list! I called the organizer three times with no response. Later, they claimed we were late and said the group had already left. Despite explaining we were on time, they refused a refund and only offered entrance tickets without the tour. We waited another 15 minutes, but no one came. In the end, we were left without a tour, wasted money on taxis, and ruined our day. Their response? “We hope for your understanding.” Avoid this company unless you want a ruined vacation and terrible service!Written 23 December 2024
- Heather R0 contributionsDO NOT BOOK WOTH THIS TOUR COMPANYjust now NEW HORRIBLE TOUR COMPANY!!!! I booked this tour as part of my son’s honeymoon and have them all of his contact information. The day of the tour, I received a message from them that the tour had been moved up an hour earlier. They did not contact my son but me and I did not see the message until I woke the next morning. I immediately contacted my son but by the time we connected, they were already 30 minutes late to the new start time. The tour company had someone still waiting at the meeting spot which tells me others did not make the new time frame on just a 2 hour notice as well. They allowed them to join the tour but missed the entire first hour and first half of the tour due to the short notice. The tour company said that they are allowed to change the time and that a 2 hour notice is sufficient time to notify the participants! Once my son finally joined the tour, the tour guide had such a strong accent that they could not understand anything the guide said. They hurried through the Doge Palace and then went to the glass blowing factory to watch the demonstration only to be told by the guide that the tour was over and she needed their headsets. She grabbed all the headsets and hurried off to her next tour and left her guests standing outside the factory confused. The group tried to enter the factory on their own but was told they needed a reservation to enter! The demonstration and factory was an advertised part of the tour that they did not get to do! Seeing as they were unable to enter the guests felt the tour company screwed all of them out of the demonstration because they changed their tour time on such short notice. I have tried getting a refund for the horrible experience only to dismissed by their rude representatives that feel their company did nothing wrong. We travel 3 months out of the year world wide and do numerous tours at every location and have NEVER had such a nightmare experience on any tour or treated so poorly by a tour company. I would leave this company negative stars if it allowed but sadly, I have to leave them a one star since that is as low as it will go. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEIR COMPANY!!!! You will regret the entire experienceWritten 16 July 2024
- 285arthurs0 contributionsStay away from this “company”They never showed up! No messages or answers. A phone number to contact from Italy. And finally we couldn’t go inside the park because it was sold out. Stay away from this “company”!Written 12 May 2023

- Dalius S0 contributionsSagrada Familia Walking Tour - Vivicos International TravelOur family of 3 did a walking tour of the Sagrada Familia with skip the line tickets. Our guide, Marta Cots, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and also clearly passionate about her job and Barcelona in general. That made the experience even better. Marta was willing (and able) to answer our questions and took her time. Would definitely recommend Marta as your guide!Written 13 October 2019
- CalGal910 contributionsTour of colosseum, Roman forum and Palatine hill with MatejFantastic and informative tour of the colosseum, Roman forum and Palatine hill provided by our guide Matej. He had an in-depth understanding of the history and welcomed questions throughout. It was worth every penny to skip the long queues and have access to the gladiator area.Written 1 October 2019
- monql0 contributionsNot as describedWe booked a 4-hour scavenger hunt in the gothic quarter for our kids - have done this in other cities like Venice and had a great time. It was a nice tour, and the tour guide was lovely, but it wasn’t a scavenger hunt...we basically followed a tour guide to different sites and she asked us to look up and find a few things...for the $330 that we paid, it was totally over rated for the experience that we had...and while on tour were told it was only 3 hours - not the 4 that we thought. It was disappointing and I don’t usually right these kind of reviews so just want to make sure that others with kids are aware of what they are actually getting ahead of time before bookingWritten 17 July 2019
- Marley_3860 contributionsPrivate Day Tour of BarcelonaWhat an incredible day tour of Barcelona. Aida López was an amazing tour guide, and she shared her city with passion and enthusiasm. Specifically, the tour of the Sagrada Familia was fantastic, as Aida was extremely knowledgeable on all things Gaudí. She also was able to get tickets that enabled you to skip the line! I would recommend this tour (and tour guide!) for anyone interested in seeing Barcelona. Thank you Aida!Written 11 July 2019
- Tpartyof60 contributionsRecommend this Tour for a FamilyWe had a delightful time visiting the famous Sagrada Familia. Our guide Anna was amazing and so helpful with our children (four boys ages 7, 6, 4, 16 months). We learned so much about the cathedral and all of its nuances. I am so grateful I found this tour and option for our family as it really was the only way to visit this location with the ages of my children.Written 27 June 2019
- KarlynByham0 contributionsPicasso Museum comes alive! Our guide was passionate and well informed to add wonderful narration to our museum tour, including her own enhancements via her personal laptop. After the museum tour we visited gothic quarter locations Picasso was known to frequent, including 4 Gats. Definitely worth the time and money for this tour.Written 20 April 2019
- JasonTexas19680 contributionsPrivate TourThe private tour is more expensive but you get to ask more questions and really understand Picasso and his early development as an artist. We also asked our guide about Catalonia and the current and historical political state. She was amazing and it was very helpful to understand the region and how the culture was formed.Written 10 October 2018

We took the Sagrada Familia English Tour with Clara as a guide. Clara gave us a lot of interesting information in an almost 2 hours tour, and could answer all our questions very professionally. Definitely worth the money and 1000 better than any audio guide.
