    Fun and educational tour
This was a great tour packet with history and tasty food. Vincenzo was a fantastic guide! Our last stop featured a special local desert that I will dream about.

    Gothic Quarter Experience
Our guide did a great job describing not only the regional cuisine we sampled, but also the history of the amazing Gothic Quarter. Great value. Highly recommend.

    Definitely a scam
Day of our guide doesn't show up, answer the phone, or email. The phone number was disconnected and there was no way to get help from anyone. I got there 30 mins early and waited an extra 30.

Small group, good food, great tour
Excellent tour. I enjoyed the selections of food from markets and small shops, as we made our way through neighborhoods and learned about the history. It was a small group, which meant we could hear and we could get in and out of places without an issue. And it was a relaxed pace. Just what I wanted.

    Everyone should book this tour!
I recently took this tour with some friends, and since we were the only ones on it, it felt like a private tour. Our guide, Francisco, was absolutely wonderful—warm, friendly, and fun. He made us feel like we were his friends. We had seven food stops on the tour, and given the reasonable price, I was only expecting small bites at each stop. However, we were pleasantly surprised with excellent tasting portions that left us very full and happy! What I also loved about this tour was that it gave us a better understanding of Barcelona’s layout and provided great ideas for where to eat and drink throughout our stay. Doing this tour at the beginning of our trip really helped us get our bearings. I cannot recommend this tour enough—everyone should do it!

    Great tapas tour!
this was a very excellent tour, giving an overview of various types of food in Barcelona, including a walk-through one of the local markets that Was so enjoyable. We had about eight tastings ending with dessert, great portions, and they accommodated the vegetarian in our group very easily. Our tour guide was wonderful and informative.

    Fabulous tour and guide
We chose the skip the line tour and we’re thankful because of Spring break and Palm Sunday weekend crowds. We chose to cab to Parc Guell where the tour company split the group into manageable groups of 12. We had earphones and great connectivity with our guide. The company appears to be prompt and well organized. Our guide, Marta, was incredible. She is a part time university professor with degrees in tourism and photography. She has emphasis in areas of gastronomy, oenology and photography. She has infectious enthusiasm and a great sense of humor. She provided great historical context on Gaudi and Barcelona. We had a great tour of the Parc and multiple photo opportunities. We bussed from the Parc to la Sagrada Familia. Marta clearly shone here as we maneuvered the large crowds. She spent a great deal of time discussing each of the major facades and the individual pieces on each façade. She discussed the future building and completion plans. We then entered the cathedral and the overwhelming vivid colors and light are truly difficult to describe. This is a unique place in all the world. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It is a very efficient use of time to learn about 2 great destinations and learn about the essence of each.

    Wonderful experience!
I have always been the sort of traveler that likes to figure things out on my own. It feels more 'authentic' to go get lost in the streets of a new-to-me place but my travel companion chose this tour and after experiencing it....I've been proven wrong. Doing something 'touristy' like this tour is ABSOLUTELY worthwhile. I would have never ducked into the little taverns or cafes or bakeries our guide took us too. PLUS, his passion for history, architecture and local food only enhanced the experience. WELL DONE. I stand corrected about how impactful a tour can be.

The Rambla is where we met
and from there our tour host Alex took us on a very interesting and tasty tour of the area an area away from the most crowded and traveled part of Barcelona. My wife and I were his only guests and it was a very personal experience. We went through the market to sample some Iberian jambon and local cheese and then through the neighborhood that included some Roman ruins. Alex was well versed and very personable. We always take a food tour when we visit European cities and this was one of our most enjoyable. Thanks Alex!
