Good transfer from BCN to our hotel. The car was new and clean and the driver was very friendly. Setting up the pickup time and meeting our driver was easy.

A wonderful day spent with Carlos, Who spoke excellent English. We were only in Barcelona for a day prior to going on a Cruise and during a heatwave, so seeing all the places on our wish list in the comfort of air conditioning, was a brilliant way to get a taste of barcelona. Communication at all times prior to us booking was also excellent. Happy to recommend this company. This is not technically a guided tour ( if you wish to pay extra for a qualified tour guide to join you, it can be arranged.) Carlos stayed with the car, when we got out to take photos, but he did give us a potted history of what we were looking at.

Driver was there to greet me. I ordered the ride from Italy, and the driver immediately greeted me in Italian. Professional driver and nice car.

Excellent service. Immigration at BCN Prat was backed up causing me to be held up 1 hour 40 minutes before I could even get my bags. Boris my driver texted me twice to calm me down that he was waiting so not to worry. The Mercedes was show room spotless clean. Boris is a good safe driver and provide great suggestions for “ local” places to eat authentic Cataline. I will certainly reserve JG on future trips to Barcelona and have them as a favorite on my TripAdvisor. I highly recommend them. —Mark T.

Booked buses for transfer from the airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port for 100 people. Service was top notch. I highly recommend. Worked with Reme who was responsive and greeted us at the airport. The drivers for both legs were excellent. They helped with luggage and were courteous and professional.

Best idea we had. Even though Barcelona port did have plenty of taxis on the day we arrived, we chose the more personalized service since our flight was relatively early and we wanted no risks. Driver was even abled to show up earlier when we requested a time change. He was polite and professional at all times and car was in excellent condition and clean. Also, communication was great with owner ( or person who sets up appointment) and driver from the beginning. Will definitely hire again and a 100% recommend.

I wish I was able to remember our drivers. I remember being thrilled when we found we had the same driver two of the three times we used J&G Elegance during our trip. Both drivers were lovely, professional, and on time. The vehicles were spotless and well maintained. Communication with the company was easy despite the seven hour time difference. I communicated mainly via email. I had one call with them while in Barcelona that was also a positive experience for this non Spanish speaking traveler.

I got 1 day of Private Tour and 2 days of Private Transportation and all were spot on. All the drivers were amazing especially Sami who is very helpful with my parents who uses a wheelchair. Vehicles are in top condition.
