THUS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Not a real Business! We had a 3:30 appointment for rental and we waited for over 1.5 hours with no explanation for the delay. SERVICES NOT RENDERED AND REFUSAL TO REFUND THE RENTAL FEE. They will post some BS response to this review about being sorry to cover themselves however EXPECT TO BE SCAMMED and LIED TO.

If I could give zero stars I would give zero. This place is horrible. Completely horrible. Waited 2 hours for our 30 minute reservation. Staff was so rude snd refused a refund even though the refused to render the service in a timely manner. Please do not waste your time

I loved the adventure and I would like to thank the staff tati, luis and ale for their good treatment and I advise you to have this wonderful experience.

Avoid this place. I booked a the boat trip online in advance for the family and when I arrived they were flippant and said boat is not working pick something else to do. However unless you want to jet ski there are no other real options. No apology or care. Manager refused to speak to me as she was eating her lunch. Wasted an hour and 2 taxi journeys. Said they would refund me my deposit but I’m not confident. I recommend you book with another more customer friendly company.

We did parasailing with my daughter, I paid extra 25 euros for photos and reminded them that I've paid for photos before and after parasailing. Next day they told me that they erased the photos by mistake and I couldn't get my refund yet. It's over 15 days and I hope someone will read the messages and give my money back! It's so annoying that they erased such a memory!

Terrible organization where they make you pay separately for pictures 25€ and pics are so poor quality that it’s not worth to pay even 1€, after that they tell you that you have few videos but make you pay 5€ extra so basically they are thieves and I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I have an invridibke expérience with the team jet scoot and specially Thomas who had the best vibe and made this d’au unforgettable

I love it so much. as usual with jet scoot my third experience with them and precisely Thomas an incredible man since last year a very helpful professional guy and also very kind I am already thinking back to my fourth time with him especially he was very welcoming at the reception during the payment procedure Thank you Thomas if you see this message.dont Forget the monitor too

all i can say is if i’m going to do it again i’ll do it in this place. nesky and the boat driver did everything thing to make it unforgettable.

Thomas was a great first impression. He gave us instructions and was very polite with the process. We had a blast on the jetski and would definitely recommend you go wit them if you are ever visiting Barcelona.

Thomas gave us an amazing experience. Cannot complain one bit. Very friendly and hope to come back again!!! Made the whole activity memorable and worthwhile

We had a 12:00PM appointment to Jet Board, we arrived 30 minutes early, waited, waited more and finally at 1:00 they told us the machine was not working. Ridiculous!! On top off that they didn’t refund the deposit I made online and said it was a different department. (Supposedly I will get that money later?!?!?) Horrible waste of time!!! Skip this activity

It was amazing and so was Paco! The Jet Boat was so fun and we had a blast when he dipped in the water, we got soaked with water. But totally worth it!
