- cookiesarcadesandspa0 contributionsA must-do experience in MadridI've been studying in Madrid for five months now and I would say this is the #1 thing you must do if you are visiting/living in Madrid. I've been twice and have loved my experience so much. Today I went with my three friends and they were also just as obsessed. The services have such a huge price range, and so if you pick a shorter service (we did Mimma 15) and kind of a random time (Thursday at 2pm) you can get the whole experience for under 60 euros. It's insane. Everything about the experience was incredibly lush, relaxing and memorable. You begin by spending a full hour in the baths of varying temperature, a steam room, a cold plunge and area to drink the most amazing hot tea. I would definitely reccommend getting a 30 min+ massage as it will include a traditional hammam scrub + amazing massage. Everyone there is so kind, special shoutout to the beautiful tall woman with bangs who led us through the whole process, I wish I remembered her name! Seriously, this melted away any of the over stimulation and stress I had been feeling more than any other spa experience I've ever had. A must do!Written 9 May 2024
- Healthequityjazz0 contributionsI just wish I had a longer massage! This was my first hammam experience and boy did it not disappoint. I had an amazing time soaking in the hot water bath and attempting to cold plunge my body in the cold bath. I went with a friend who loved the steam room, it was a bit too much for me. The kessa (exfoliation) was very relaxing and they even give you the glove they use as a keepsake. The massage - amazing - I just wish it had been longer. Next time I’m definitely going for an extended massage.Written 13 March 2024
- greatbigshowoff0 contributionsA calm experience in the city, very tranquilNo photos allowed, so I can't show pictures. A relaxing experience. There are not many different stations, but there are some beautiful and peaceful warm pools.Written 13 February 2024
- lolav5170 contributionsAmazing and relaxing experienceIt was a great experience, my first time and definitely not my last. Very calm atmosphere and the place was easy to find in the city. Loved the blower at the dressing rooms.Written 12 February 2024

- travelgeek19820 contributionsCrowded, claustrophobic hamamAverage experience only the massage by Irene was good. Smelly corridors, claustrophobic ambience created by crowded small pools and inadequate changing rooms. It wasn’t the relaxing experience promised and paid for.Written 16 November 2023
- ZippyLondon0 contributionsLet down by messy chaotic changing roomHaving been to several other branches of this business, I had high expectations. The welcome wasn’t anything like we’d experienced before (in a bad way) but the pools were OK. Decent massage. What really let this place down was when it came to the ‘your time’s up’ moment when you’re herded out. Maybe ten men all schlepped off to the small changing room with a measly three showers. Not enough space to sit and get changed. I can imagine prisoners in jails have more space. The experience doesn’t match the cost. We mentioned this on our way out only to hear “we’ll share your feedback”. Choose somewhere else.Written 15 November 2023
- nareni0 contributionsWould book every time I am in Madrid! One of the best massages ever !! The place is really relaxing beautiful . The service is great and it helps get you in the right mood, but the massage was THE best! The masseuse's name was Mercedes, really amazing !Written 18 October 2023
- Connector7218310 contributionsThe perfect end to a 17,000 step first day in MadridThis is a beautiful, tranquil and relaxing sanctuary offering a magical respite from the bustling streets of Madrid. I enhanced the bath experience with a 30 min massage and my masseuse was excellent. I felt completely refreshed and my tired feet were ready to continue exploring this beautiful city.Written 27 September 2023
- Lynnshoval0 contributionsStay away !Very disappointing! Scrubbing without peeling with cold water on a smelly wooden bed full of bacteria. Unprofessional massage, even though I asked hard, the therapist continued to caress. Not worth the considerable amount I paid. The height of insolence was that they told me that the duration was an hour and a half and they took us out after an hour and a quarter, I didn't have time to enter the pools. As soon as I entered the sauna the lady yelled at me to get out because the time was up. I drew the manager's attention, she cheekily replied "excellent" It is better to donate the money and not have such a terrible experience!Written 28 August 2023
- Kailynn K S0 contributionsA let downWe were excited to visit here after a wonderful experience at the Granada location. I’m not sure how the same brand can be so different. The Madrid location was great upon entry, the staff were friendly and helpful. The steam room was fantastic. It has a very quiet steamer and you can barely see your hand in front of your face it’s so steamy. But the water in the medium temperature pool looked cloudy, the hot pool wasn’t very hot, the cold pool wasn’t very cold, and no one was enforcing the “silent” rule. Our massages were the real disappointment. I was not asked my preference for pressure. It was as if the masseurs were racing to see who could “massage” everything first, rubbing so fast and vigorously like they were trying to start a fire. There was a LOT of oil. We left sore and disturbed instead of relaxed and calm.Written 16 July 2023
- 499brittat0 contributionsPerfect RelaxationWonderfully relaxing experience. There are three baths/pools: cool, medium, and warm, plus a steam room. We loved switching between the baths. We chose the Mydra massage option - the Kessa stone massage was not what we were expecting compared to the US but was a fabulous exfoliation instead. Ending with the relaxing massage was perfect. We were so happy we booked this on our last evening in Madrid to unwind after tons of walking. Book in advance because they will sell out!Written 11 July 2023
- kgbarbee0 contributionsLovely Turkish spa in MadridI visited this spa while visiting Madrid. I have been to spas similar to this, and this spa did not disappoint. The water baths were warm and relaxing, the steam room was nice, the warm tea was soothing and the massage with oils was divine!Written 20 May 2023
- David B0 contributionsRelaxing experienceExcellent, relaxing place and warm atmosphere. Go at your own pace between the different rooms. Cold pool a little difficult to get into compared to the others. Massage is not in a private room but shared with other guests, but really professional masseuse, great technique.Written 14 April 2023
- Tour607207930260 contributionsMehNot sure how one could consider the experience relaxing with the amount of noise there is: not only people (it wasn’t even a busy day), but the ventilation system is incredibly noisy (that, or their white noise machine is way too high). Also, the massage hurt and left my back very sore, so much that I had to take painkillers to be able to sleep (and for context, I haven’t had back pain lasting more than one hour in years). The place and the workers are nice, though, and the pools are not that bad.Written 16 March 2023

This wasn’t bad but also wasn’t my best spa experience. The workers I interacted with were able to speak English. I foolishly didn’t bring a bathing suit, so thankfully they had a loaner for me. The pools and steam room were very relaxing. I didn’t care for the massage given it was an open, room of others being massaged - men and women. The head rest on the table was a little more firm to my liking.

I delayed posting this review, to give the management an opportunity to address my feedback... But after emailing to them on the 8th December and 20 days later... No acknowledgement... I see it fit to share publicly our experience...
On Sunday 6th December @20:00, I made a reservation for two people for Midra 60... This was an anniversary celebration gift for my husband and I...
On receipt of the reservation email, it informed us to be at reception at 19:30 for dress room formalities... AT NO POINT was it stipulated that the appointment starts at 19:30... On walking in... The lady said our treatment starts now 19:35 and showed us to the changing rooms... There were delays in the changing rooms... From access to the toilet and time to change into our bathing costumes, taking us about 10 minutes to get out... I AM NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH THE THERAPY starting the moment we walk pass the curtains but instead on arrival at the actual hammam or at 20:00 as indicated from the reservation made...
Further to that the website advises hammam bath 45 min, FOLLOWED By body scrub, foam and massage... Mint tea included... The head Therapist or host dressed in white, did not even tell us the formalities of which or what treatments would be happening and what time... She lacked in communicating clearly and showing us the facility services and how the pools work or if we were even first time visitors... She simply indicated to go downstairs, after exiting the change rooms. On arriving downstairs, we enter into the pools, barely 5 minutes in when the massage therapists come to look for us saying we are suppose to be with them... No one explained this to us... So we were under the assumption we had 45 min in the pools... From this moment on everyone was in a rush... Also it makes no sense to have a body scrub, foam wash and oil massage and then enter the hammam pools... entering into them with the body oils... Where is the hygiene in this... And the point to wash off the oil and then open up pores again... With all of this being said... We went along despite sharing our objections and confusion from what is outlined in the website with the massage therapists... And we were simply hoping that this doesn't dip into the time in the pools later... But of course it did... As we only got 20 minutes in the pools later... Before being summoned by the head lady... And after sharing with her that it can't be time up... She argued that it is what it is... from the starts at 19:35 and now it was 21:05... And we can take it up with them upstairs... She exercised NO CUSTOMER CENTRICITY...
The hammam experience can be much more enjoyable... If you take into account the pitfalls of our experience... The massage therapists were amazing... And the pools and setting look amazing too... But the head lady... Should be sent on a workshop to speak with people better and communicate clearly with everyone on what to expect... She should've also pointed out where to have the famous mint tea... As we had none... And the time of 90 minutes should kick in when we enter the hammam... Also there should be clocks around so we can see the time in and across each activity... Or wrist bands to track entry into the hammam showing time and across each treatment... I share with you my feedback in the hope that you will make changes for future clients to have a better experience...
This post was emailed directly to the complaints department and NO ONE contacted us in this regard... This shows and tells me that even the management lacks in customer centricity... Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability by the management...

Staff are charming, massage was brilliant but putting cold togs on after a massage was awful and the towels provided no comfort being like cotton tea towels. This and the tummy bug that followed over shadowed the beauty of the location.

Booking process was a bit confusing and vague, turned up at the wrong time and they couldn't fit us in for 2 hours. The actual experience was wonderful once in there, lovely ambience in the pools, with sounds, great tea and excellent massage.

I found this place amazing. After you get changed into your swimsuit and head downstairs, there's a shower area. Then you walk into a world of mist, the rush and tinkling of running water, heat and cool pressing and gliding across your skin, and many enticing scents. The staff was very helpful and kind, the place beautiful and well-kept. There was also free, self-serve mint tea which was delicious. I absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend it.

The bathrooms and the surroundings are very pleasant. But, the 90 minutes of contracted bathrooms remained at 70 since they start counting from the moment you enter there, using as an argument that they have done it this way since COVID.
In response to our protest, they offered us to complete the time, but we understand that it should not be a personal option but rather applicable to everyone who contracts the service.

Hola Angel,

I think if it's early on, like in the first month or so you should be fine but probably not later. You could still do the baths though.

The title says 45 minute massage but the description/highlights says '15 minute massage' or upgrade to 30 minute; what's the length of the massage?
Written 28 April 2019
The 15 minute option is the cheaper one. We booked through Viator and upgraded to the 45 minute option, it was well worth it.
