Javier made our tour memorable. He took us to the mot beautiful spots to enjoy the city. The luxury vehicle was very nice and private. The tour exceeded expectations for the amount of money paid for the tour. Highly recommend.

Complete waste of money. Everyone with a ticket waits through security. Saved no time at all. There is no separate entrance for skip the line.

This is an amazing museum! The "skip the line" tickets are helpful in skipping the line for purchasing tickets. Sometimes this line is very long. I bought my tickets from a nearby cafe while eating tapas before we walked over to the museum. It's that easy!

Anna was very informative and had an excellent knowledge of Sevilla. She gave me a great walking tour of some important sites within Sevilla. She catered to my interest in history and had a great rapport. Very highly recommend!

Just buy the ticket in line there was no real line. This company rip me off did not send me the ticket and did not pay me back yet.

Wonderful museum! Would highly recommend it to any one. The help was gracious and the art amazing! The weather was great in Madrid and we bought the “skip the line” tickets went straight in with no issues !!!!

I was looking forward to this trip but did not booked as we are disappointed that the tour did not include transportation from train station to Alhamdra. We expect a proper tour to cover transportation all the way .

The operator claimed they would send tickets 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. They didn’t. Instead, after working with customer service to attempt to resolve the issue, I was able to find an email from the operator 24 hours after booking (6 weeks earlier) that did include the tickets… but the tickets were for a completely incorrect access date and time (also 6 weeks before my visit). Attempted to get a refund thru Viator, or tickets with the correct access time, and was basically told to pound sand - they’re standing behind the operator even though they could also see the tickets were incorrect. Do not use this operator. There is no accountability for following their own feedback or providing a ticket for the scheduled date and time. You will be left with a customer service person affirming that ‘all sales are final’, no ticket, and the opportunity to stand in line at the palace to buy a ticket that you though you already had secured. Total scam.

After this trip never using TripAdvisor again! TripAdvisor sent an email and I downloaded tickets- only provided bar code that was not accepted. Had to pay at ticket window. TripAdvisor would not refund. Lost a world traveler! Museum was amazing!

We never received the tickets until I called them so we had to wait to get them, we lost 1/2 hr And they were more expensive than buying at the Palace

We didn’t receive tickets until we called (no email that we saw.) Also, these were more expensive than normal entry and there was no line to skip (no waiting) although maybe there is at other times. Finally, this museum wasn’t my favorite. Great to see Guernica and some other modern artists like Miro, but there were a lot of maps and video that I wasn’t as interested in. There’s no paper map of the museum and the staff recommended against using the online version. I liked the glass elevators and some of the art was exciting. Staff was friendly.

The Royal Palace is well worth the visit and it was quite easy to move around with a stroller. I’m not sure why we were unable to get an self-guided audio tour, but it seems it wasn’t offered with the skip the line ticket. Despite having bought our tickets online, we waited for about 40 minutes before we were able to enter. The line only had about 12 people in front of us, but we were told we had to wait. By the tjme we were allowed in, the line was hundreds of people long, and it was very hot.

Got the tickets as expected 24hr before the entrance to the Royal Palace. Tickets had a different time as requested but you can access at anytime with no issues. Very satisfied with the tickets.

Highly recommend visiting the Royal Palace! Buy your tickets in advance to skip the line. The artwork and the decor is simply amazing. We did not use the audio tour, but would next time. Do not forget to see the armory, which is not well-marked and at the front right of the Palace plaza. While on that side of Madrid, take the short walk to the Temple de Debod, which is very picturesque and unique.
