Excellent service and wonderful day! We were promptly served with two very nice eco bikes. The cost and instructions were excellent.

The were available but, above all, kind. They recommended us some cool paths to do, and even gave us a free 1h over our scheduled end.

This was a rather disappointing bike tour. We take one at all the new cities we go to and this was one of the most boring. Guide was not enthusiastic and roads taken were not often not safe.

We spontaneously decided to explore the city by bike and everything went perfectly. nice service and lots of tips. I'll definitely be back on my next visit.

Exploring Madrid by bike has been fantastic. You are able to see so much more of the city. Renting the bike from Trixi Bike Rental was so easy, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We did the full day self guided tour, about 40km. Traffic was fine too no issues. Definitely recommended.

What a wonderful bike tour! We rented e-bikes, which made the (few) hills easy. From start to finish, this was a fantastic three hours. The little guy at the shop who sorted the bikes out was very helpful (be nice, arrive early!). Our guide was Ron, originally from California, and a resident of Madrid for more than 20 years. Ron was FANTASTIC! He was a very informative guide, and considerate, too, always checking that everyone was okay, showing us places for water and offering to take photos. His historical knowledge was impressive and he gave us just the right amount of information to keep the tour peppy. We loved the more gossipy stuff too, like finding about the Duchessa de Alba (complete with photos, hilarious!). The 3 hours flew by, and we saw some incredible things. It was quite a hot day, so ending up in the Retiro Park was a good choice. If only we could have spent longer with this great guide. Thank you, Ron! Thank you, Trixi Bikes! Bruno and Andy

We were really well received, and the conditions of the bikes were pretty good. Also Gonçalo was very generous in the information he gave us about Madrid. An experience to repeat!

The bicycle trip through the streets of Madrid was great fun. An excellent way to see the City as we were able to explore more areas in less time than on foot, yet at a slow enough pace to take in the sights. Our guide was a longtime resident of Madrid and was knowledgeable and passionate about this amazing City.

Spent a fabulous 3 hours cycling round Madrid with Ronald seeing all the sights and beautiful buildings, and learning so much about the history of this wonderful city. Always feel daunted in large cities, but riding through the different districts and learning about their individual characteristics made it feel like visiting a number of small towns. Most definitely the best way to experience Madrid in a short time.

Had a great time using Trixi. Loved the freedom to explore at my own pace and pick the spots I wanted to see. They also gave awesome route recommendations so I didn’t miss out on any top attractions. The bike lock was a nice touch too – super handy for parking the bike and checking out places on foot. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and flexible way to see the city!

Fun tour, an easy ride around the backstreets of Madrid and a great guide. Was thinking of going via tuk tuk -glad to have gone with bikes

renting and setting up the bikes went quickly, we communicated in German and English / not like e.g. in restaurants in the city/. we reserved 3 bikes for 2 hours, but returning after 4 hours was not a problem either. We were satisfied because everything went smoothly and quickly.

We used Trixi Bike twice during our stay in Madrid. A three hour guided tour with all the main sights and additional places on request. Our guide spoke good English and gave us a lot of relevant informations about the places we visited and found his way around the busy town in a safe and comfortably way. We also rented their new excellent e-bikes for a hole day- driving around on our own. We got good ideas about where to go and what to see from the company. They had good solid locks for the bikes and straps for the bag - at no extra charge.
