Francesco greeted us at JollyRent in Sorrento and was incredible. He had well spoken English, answered all questions with precise detail, and provided a thorough walkthrough of the scooter as well as how to navigate the roads and parking in nearby towns. Very friendly character, and very personable. Would highly recommend renting from JollyRent, and speaking with Francesco!

We rented a scooter for the day and Francesco made the process extremely easy. He communicated quickly through WhatsApp which made drop off fast and simple. Best place for a day rental!

I took a group of clients on a Vespa tour from Sorrento to Positano with Jollyrent twice this month. We had rain, sun, and everything between and Francesco and his fantastic team of drivers were always smiley, helpful, patient and very accommodating to our every need. What an INCREDIBLE TIME! This is my second year going on this vespa tour with Francesco and there is clearly a reason I’ve gone twice! I went last year with family but it sadly got rained out about half way through! We were still able see the whole Amalfi coast! This year, we had NO rain so we were able to go to the highest point of Positano! The views you see on this tour are unmatched to anything else we’ve done and I recommend this tour 210%! Not only do we get to see the Amalfi, but Francesco goes out of his way to ensure you are fed and have the BEST pictures!!!! You can count in him to get the best group shots!! I would recommend this place to anyone who has the opportunity to go!! Thanks Francesco!!!!!

Fabulous way to see the coast with a friendly and experienced host. Great commication leading up to the trip and changed pick up to Positano to suit me.

From the moment we walked into the shop to the time we had to bring the bike back, it was a phenomenal experience. Francesco was super friendly and helpful and which made great start to the day. The trip was awesome taking in the sights and sounds of Sorrento on a Vespa!

We booked a boat trip to Amalfi & Positano. The team were nice on the just and the scenery along the coastline was beautiful. It was a little difficult to hear the details from the speaker as we passed by various landmarks along the way. Most disappointing aspect of this trip was we could not dock in Positano due to rough sea. The captain did try a few times to dock but was unsuccessful. Nothing much was made of this and no information forthcoming for passengers. When we arrived back in Sorrento passengers asked if a refund would be issued for the Positano part of the trip - the answer was a simple no. This seemed unfair to us as the possibility of this happening was not pointed out to us at time of booking (although we understand this is a regular occurrence) if we could dock due to rough sea customers would not be refunded. We wonder why customers are not informed about this possibility when making their booking? It states the following on the paperwork/receipt which was issued to us AFTER we booked > ‘if we do not deliver it as promised, you may choose among a rescheduling of the tour or a full refund if the paid amount’
