We had a great experience with Naples Airport Transfers! Antonio, our driver, was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. It was July and very humid which made us appreciate the spacious car and air conditioning. We were only a party of 3, but the car could have accommodated 6 people comfortably. Booking was extremely easy on the website. I was also able to make minor online edits (directions and number of bags) prior to my reservation day. The day before we arrived in Naples, I received an email that my driver was confirmed. He was waiting for us at the airport holding a sign with my name on it. The drive to Ravello was pleasant and hassle free. Antonio also drove us back to Naples. We have traveled to the Amalfi Coast several times and used a different service before. I found Naples Airport Shuttles to have the most convenient online booking, the most comfortable cars, and the friendliest drivers. We can't wait to return and will absolutely book with them again. Antonio now has big fans from Texas! 😊

Baggage lost, the lost and found could care less. Multiple emails with not one reply. Innumerable phone calls, no answer. The entire lost baggage department is compromised of older men who do NOT want to do their job. The airline literally said that dealing with Naples is the worst in Europe. I can see why. I did get one bag, just because I randomly went and asked, no email, no call, no notification...fire everyone and start anew.
