About the operator

- jeffcH3624WP0 contributionsCancelled twice!Sadly, this excursion was cancelled twice on me. This palace was a major reason I’d wanted to visit the area. I was thrilled that I could book a tour through TripAdviser. The first cancellation was the day before my initial booking. I was able to rebook for the following day, and then it was cancelled again, less than 24 hours after I’d booked it. Bad business practice to offer a tour like this if you don’t have the integrity to follow through, even if there aren’t many visitors to make it profitable. That is your company.Written 3 November 2024
- annacC1686JB0 contributionsBeautifulA beautiful palace only 30 minutes from the centre of Naples. The gardens were very impressive and easy to walk. There is also a shuttle bus available for those who have difficulty walking.Written 30 October 2024
- kristie3950 contributionsAmalfi coast tour from NaplesThis tour covered some amazing cities and views. We really enjoyed only having a group of six. It was just enough time in each city unless you want to get lunch. We were worried that we would not make it back to the van in time after ordering lunch. Positano is a very busy city and it was difficult to find our meeting point as it was different than where we were dropped off. Only real negative was our driver wanted to communicate by cell phone and we did not have international calling. We met at the designated time and place for departure but he was across the street trying to call us and seemed somewhat upset that we did not answer. All and all is was a great way to see the Amalfi coast and I have no regrets.Written 15 October 2024
- Daydream2501650 contributionsMeh….The bus tour turned out to be a maxi taxi with even the seats next to the driver being used. Got no information/commentary from the driver - maybe a few words but couldn’t make out what was said due to the volume of his music. Basically it was a drive to the mountain, and a drive back to Naples with the entrance ticket to the national park included.Written 1 October 2024
- rmcghee270 contributionsDon't miss Pompeii!Absolutely fascinating and delightful tour of Pompeii, highly recommended. Tour guide was excellent. For good reason this site is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Just the plaster body casts of the victims of Vesuvio makes this trip worthwhile, and the detail in the architecture is stunning.Written 26 September 2024
- darartua20240 contributionsSCAM!!!!! DONT FALL FOR IT!!!!THIS IS A SCAM! they lie about availabilities and change times AFTER you pay, and when you can't make it to their sudden new time, they do not refund your money and you get no response from Stefano Bianco, from Arzano. Horrible scam of a business! I'm now out $119.23 USD because they conveniently changed plans to something that was absolutely impossible for me to make.Written 3 August 2024
- Departure7802130 contributionsOnce in a LifetimeI had high expectations for the sites themselves and wow were they met! Beautifully preserved Pompeii, and great views from Vesuvius. In terms of the company, they had great communication and even asked if we would like to see Herculaneum at the end of our tour for free, as the other guests in our group were going. Herculaneum was definitely worth the visit as it was even better preserved than Pompeii. This trip is essentially a driver and the entry tickets, there isn't much guidance once you get to the sites but they also gave plenty of time to walk around the sites yourself and get the most out of your visit.Written 6 July 2024
- Awaishum0 contributionsLovely but too quickIt’s a lovely tour however the 1 hour stay at these places is not enough….. Moreover the van driver should be able to communicate more and should be more interactive!Written 25 June 2024
- 142steveng0 contributionsPacked.Disjointed and RushedItenary was thinly presented and details of meeting point in Naples not provided.Had to phone. On arrival it felt like we were being processed and corralled round the site like cattle and with 17 in the group the guide had spoken and moved on before we were able to view the specifics she had been referring to.Whilst the site and streets/ buildings viewed were insightful, very little artifacts were available to view at the location. The tour was scheduled to take 2 hours but it was nearer 1 1/2 hours.Other guides and groups often competed to view the same locations and we were regularly pushed and jostled as the site was packed.Stall holders were rude, attempted rip off prices, bottle Coke 5 Euros. Afraid Italian so called customer service is on their terms not the customers.Would not recommend.Written 13 June 2024
- Traveler366450206240 contributionsGreat tour due to our tour Guild.Absolutely great tour, due to our guild Gianluca, he was so accommodating to our 3 year old and helped at the pharmacy with her, as she had some bites she n her face. He was a great guild for tour with clear information and recommendations for all places we visits. I would highly recommend taking a tour with this gentleman, even gave us a few spots to visit in Naples for great food.Written 12 June 2024
- wodena19850 contributionsMoney driven driverdriver turned up in taxi van for tour. On taking us to Pompeii the group of 8 was informed we had to get a map and audio guide from the tourist office across the street to get entry for 10 euros each. On giving over tickets we were all given a free complimentary map to use. The guide then took us to Vesuvius and asked that if everyone paid him 5 euros each he'd stop at a restaurant he used with his family for dinner. When asked what they sold he couldn't tell us. We refused. On returning the guide took us to Herculaneum without speaking to us at all apart from saying he wasn't staying and another driver would come for us - but he would have stayed for the 40 euros. This isn't a tour. This is a driver that dumps you at each location without talking about it once. Ideally I want at least a part refund for the drivers behaviour and the pointless audio guides. Hopefully I'll get a productive responseWritten 9 June 2024
- Travel287780164700 contributionsDeceiving tour title- Naples Walking Tour and Underground Ruins - It is advertised as "underground" tour also. In reality they take you to Napoli Sotterrata which is a small fraction of the Napoli Sotterranea (underground). I liked the tour overall but the advertisement is deceiving as I was interested in the Napoli Sotterranea. I don't feel to recommend this tour.Written 6 June 2024
- pasabecca0 contributionsA drive up to VesuviusThis tour was transportation only for us, as the host/driver spoke Italian with the other guests most of the time during the drive (we don't speak Italian and thought it was going to be an English language tour). There were supposed to be guides at the top but we never saw them. Still, an amazing experience and would recommend it. The tour cost about the same as a taxi would have been which is basically the service we received.Written 16 May 2024
- Clawima0 contributionsNot at all what I was expecting but worst because they charged for something ignored at the end.I was looking forward for a wonderful day with my son, but it turned to be a very expensive trip where the lunch was detailed as included….and no lunch received at all!! . Very few explanation on the way to the Amalfi Coast, and non explanation at all during the visits. It is not worth the price.Written 12 March 2024
- 554wendys0 contributionsFantastic Day Trip Including Sorrento and the Amalfi CoastWe booked with the Tourist Board situated in Napoli Centrale Station. Firstly I must say that Giovanne and his colleague were extremely informative, answered a ton of questions and at no point did we feel any hard sell or pressure. This to us is very important. We booked this tour as a replacement for a day in Naples, which we were extremely reluctant to do, as Naples itself was very disappointing. We met with our Driver Francesco (please excuse my spelling). he was very welcoming and friendly, greeting us in English. We were soon on the road in a 9 seater vehicle (8 people on the tour). The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable, fitted with seatbelts and plenty of leg room. As a driver, Franesco was not only very good but also very informative and pointed out points of interest and often had some background or interesting fact. There were several brief stops and breath taking view points along the way. Francesco was a gentleman (the day after a Vesuvius hike i was rather stiff) and at each stop pointed us in the direction of sites to see, shops etc and covered all tastes. Each stop was 1hr long. Just long enough to see the key points. The only suggestion I would say is to take some lunch with you so that you can eat as and when and still see the sights. I can not recommend this trip enoughWritten 27 February 2024

I absolutely loved the concert, and how the audience was encouraged to participate and sing along with the singer. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the fact that the groups are small means the audience can interact and connect better. There was a balance between famous and less well-known songs, and I learnt new songs and bought their CDs! Highly recommended!

It can be easily reached by metro (a few tens of meters from the "museum" station which closes at 11.00pm, there is plenty of time to see the concert which starts at 9.00pm and ends at 10.15pm). 15 euros for adults, 10 euros for children,
drink included, but the price does not do justice to an ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS EXPERIENCE. An hour of emotions, regardless of whether you are a fan of traditional Neapolitan music or not, is pure joy. The room is small (I think maximum 30 to 40 seats), intimate, in very close contact with the musicians but still comfortable and air-conditioned. But if they performed in a larger venue, even 3 or 4 times as much, in my opinion if well advertised they would still fill up. Maybe they would be distorted a little, but they would still remain fantastic. It would be exceptional to accompany music with animations that tell the stories underlying each song, in my opinion it would also have a notable success in theaters (like the seagull and the cat). of life.

Intimate venue, exceptional value for money. The singers were so talented and their voices really complemented each other. Also the other musicians are experts. The piano instrumental was amazing in itself. You don't have to understand Italian to enjoy the songs and music. I only wish it had gone on for longer. I would have paid more and would happily have listened to a few more. They responded to my message quickly querying the COVID info on the booking form. A wonderful way to end an evening. Quality, professional artists who are also comfortable interacting with the audience. They were so enthusiastic as well. Thank you.

This was such an amazing activity: they are all professional musicians who really made you feel at an intimate and spontaneous night at a Napolitan piano bar.
My parents and I enjoyed this experienced which was also very interactive with the audience.
I can almost say that this concert was better than Napolitan pizza!

Naples, a destination full of history, traditions, and cuisine that challenges all your tactile and olfactory senses, especially if you are a pizza lover. But if you want this mix to be perfect, then you must be present at this concert that will make you feel the true spirit of the Neapolitans. All in a wonderful atmosphere created by young local artists who put so much passion into conveying to the visitors of this city that throughout its turbulent history has known greatness and decadence. A short, but intense, mandatory experience for anyone who wants to feel the pulse of one of the cities with the longest history in Europe.

I cannot recommend this concert highly enough!I went with my daughter (15) not sure what to expect. Honestly it was fantastic! Such a hugely talented group of people who were so enthusiastic. We learnt a lot, sang danced and clapped until our hands hurt.

What an extraordinary and totally excellent experience! The musicians were absolutely amazing and SO talented. Each of them played with their whole heart and soul but a special mention goes to both singers who made the show that extra bit special.
This is the place for an authentic Napolitano experience, to hear traditional music and my only "complaint" is that the time passed by too quickly.
I'd highly recommend going to see this concert.

This was a very good concert of traditional Neopolitan music. The performers (4 of them) were all very skilled. The singer had the loveliest voice and she was very engaged with the music and the audience. The piano player was also amazing, as were the accordionist and the double bass player.

I usually go to church brass bands (Tuba, trombone, trumpet, etc). But it's worth and nice going to hear a different type of music. I'm from New Zealand and we just don't have regular string and vocal concerts, especially by a small group of over enthusiastic musicians.
