Simply amazing! Mauro is an excellent chauffeur and tour guide, but above that he is an amazing person. The passion he has to the things he does is admirable. My mother wanted to visit the sanctuary of Padre Pio for a while and I just discovered this tour, I was hoping for the best, but expecting an ok trip, boy was I fooled. It was better than I thought, the places were really interesting, very religious, some tourists were there too, in the sanctuary and the house of Padre Pio. But it wouldn't have been the same without Mauro. He worried about my mother, who has a cane, every moment of the way. Asked if she was comfortable, or needed anything and me as well. He shared things about the villages we went through, about little fun facts about everything, told us about him and his family too, we felt like we had known each other long ago. He picked us up from the location we requested, had a nice car, gave us drinks and things to eat, waited for us when needed, recommended places to visit and to eat, and finally (sadly, because we wanted to continue for many days) left us at the agreed location. Me and my mother were and still are thinking about coming back and booking a guide with this guy. 100% recommended, the company as well. Thank you for such an incredible journey, I hope we go back to Napoli again soon. Best regards.

Great service. Arrived promptly and made good time. Beautiful, clean car. For 4 was cheaper than battling from Sorrento, into Naples then out to the airport and in quarter of the time.

This is a review for Lama Optical @Via Toledo 238. I worked with Armando at the Via Toledo 238 location and he was fantastic. I was beyond thrilled. They made me a pair of progressive/ transition lenses by reading my sunglasses and they are perfect. Not only that, I was on vacation and they delivered them within a week to me in Sorrento. Fantastic service. Better prices than in the states and I'm stoked on my new glasses.

We can't adequately express how great it was to work with this company. They picked us up from the train station, took us on tours of the Amalfi Coast and Napoli and provided transportation back to the train station at the end of our stay. Over the course of four days we were treated to the best of southern Italy. Ricardo was an amazing tour guide and went out of his way to make sure we saw the best of Napoli and the Amalfi Coast. Ricardo's restaurant recommendations are the best.The cars are clean and the drivers are very safe and professional. All I can say is Wow! Our tour guide was over the top knowledgeable (PHD in Cultural anthropology)..thank you Vincenzo (Vinny). Our tour started in rain and ended in sunshine. The bus trip to Amalfi was amazing, scary and unbelievable. The bus driver must have had nerves of steel, drop off on one side and cliff on the other. Amalfi is a quaint little town with a beautiful town square and church. Pompei was Unbelieveable! I have never seen anything like this in my life. Would highly recommend Shore Excursions. All the tours we did with them were fantastic!!

I had no idea what to expect and this complex exceeded any expectations. Crazy in a great way. This is baroque on steroids. From the floor to the frescos to the statuary to the relics. To the gardens to the archways to rooms that you can go in to now...but may not be able to do so years from now. We spent nearly 3 hours exploring it all. As the sun started to go down, casting an amazing glow to the center cloister I my breath was taken away. This may be out of the way, but it should make time for it.

We started out a little rough as I thought we had booked a guide. As it turns out, we had only booked a driver. However, Salvatore ended up being much more than a driver. He made helpful suggestions throughout the day that turned this excursion into one of our favorites. We ended up, on his suggestion, going to Pompeii instead of Herculaneum. He recommended a guide and she ended up being one of our favorites of the whole trip. He also helped us get into a great pizza place that we're still talking about. Great and professional service that allowed us to pack a lot into one day - just know what you are getting.

I booked this tour out of Naples through Shore Excursioneers. In my opinion, this company works on the cheap and we had nothing but confusion to deal with all day. It started in the morning when we tried to go to our meeting place which was a track from our crew ship. We would ask where the place was and got many differing answers. After calling the office multiple times we were able to find it. Then the folks picking us up we’re late. We were loaded onto one bus then pulled off and put on another. The the headphone system that they use was very poor very static he and off times we could not even hear the guide. The lunch which was to include typical Neapolitan food including pizza was very bland to say the least. Pizza was not even offered. The restaurant was located in a very scenic part of town. Confusion with buses and where we were going and when continued. No sense of urgency by the tour guides tho we told them many times we had to be back at the ship at a certain time. At the end of the day, even though they promised to drop us at our ship, they did not. They took us to the same place they picked us up in the morning. While there were multiple pick up locations available they chose the one with the fewest passengers which makes no sense at all. There was tons of roadwork being done so we were having to walk in the streets with with Italian traffic speeding by us. The tours were adequate though I had done Pompeii on my own several years ago and got much more out of it. The tour guide seemed more interested in sharing the titillating tidbits of Pompeii and Herculaneum than a lot of the history. All in all not worth the money.

We had such a great experience with CBM! We initially had a cruise excursion and moved to CBM, the best choice! Our tour guide was Vince- amazing! He was both insightful and hilarious! Affordable and engaging! We were picked up at the port in Naples and are thankful to have found CBM!

Driver in Rome was highly recommended to us for a tour of Amalfi coast, Positano and Pompeii and we were so glad we took the recommendation! Marco was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better guide and tour. As a matter of fact we used them for Rome (with Tino) and again in Florence with Marco. All 3 were absolutely wonderful and we were well pleased. Do not hesitate to use this company for any city!! You won't be disappointed.

Great 8 hour tour which offers the highlights of this great area of Italy. Perfect for the one day stop from a cruise. Tour operator, Peter, is very nice to deal with. Guide Vincenzo was very entertaining, knowledgeable and fluent speaking. Driver Cesar was excellent too! Highly recommend! Great Value!

We just cruised the Mediterranean as a group of 10 (2 families; 6 teens) and stopped for a one day tour of the Sorrento/Amalfi coast/Pompei with CBM... and, of course, our FANTASTIC guide Vincenzo! Clearly, you will end such a tour with the feeling that you should have spent much more time in this beautiful part of the world... but this is, to a large extent, due to the fun, energetic and highly informative work of our guide Vincenzo who lives in Sorrento and clearly loves his small city and beautiful region. The logistic of the tour is well organized, efficient and allows you to get the best of such a short time. Even the proposed lunch option was excellent and a great deal!... at an early time of the day (about 12h30) when most restaurants are not yet open in Sorrento. Finally, we were happy to get such quality for a fraction of the price of the same tour from our cruise company... A presto Sorrento!

Booked in advance before we left home, met tour guide, Vincenzo, as we disembarked ship. He was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and had a great sense of humour that made the tour not just interesting but very entertaining too. Tour timed to fit perfectly with ship.

Riccardo provided us excellent services. The car was very clean and spacious and he recommended us a very good pizza restaurant. Highly professional and with a great personal touch.
