Lovely hosts! What a beautiful home and view of Naples. We had a great time! Fun class, too. The hosts make the cooking easy.

Absolutely fantastic. Very hands on … so we now have the confidence to go home and consolidate our new found skills :) Anna and Giuseppe were delightful … and extremely helpful and encouraging throughout. The dishes were delicious and the wine and company made it a very memorable experience. A must-do when in Naples. Thank you Anna and Giuseppe!!

What a thoroughly enjoyable evening with wonderful warm hosts. Cooking, eating and drinking wine around a table of strangers who quickly became friends.

Under the professional eye of Anna our Chef, we created Schiatelli, Ravioli and Gnocchi. It’s easy to do it yourself. Important are how and how long to knead the dough. Anna uncovered all secrets. And once you taste the fresh pasta, you realize you can’t go back to commercial pasta. Ever!!! Doing this cooking class in February, you most likely find yourself in a small group, we were only four cooking students. We could observe the pizza making (also 3 different kind of Neapolitanean Pizze) of the other two guests. Fantastico! Anna and her husband Pepino made us feel immediately welcome in their house, were absolutely professional and organized. That was an amazing evening. Thank you.

Giuseppe and Anna were the BEST hosts and pasta making teachers. They have a beautiful home (and it is literally their home that they invited us into) and are certified in their pasta making skills. Giuseppe did a great job taking candid pictures of us with my phone so we had great memories to take home with us. The sauces they made to go with the pasta were so simple but sublime. When they put it together for us it was hard to believe we really made that pasta!!! In addition to the bottle of wine they shared with us, I really valued the candid conversation we had about daily life in Naples, it really gave me some insight into life outside our little tourist bubble. Definitely do this! You could go to a fancy cooking school or whatever but this offered a much more intimate glimpse into pasta making as a part of Napoli life and was way more personal and enjoyable. Hands down one of the best things we did on our trip!!

Giuseppe and Anna are a very graceful hosts and we enjoyed making neapolitan pizzas at their home and eating them with a very nice wine pairing. They are very good teachers and we made a lot of delicious food so make sure you make room for it during the day. Their limoncello at the end of the evening was delicious too.

An awesome evening with a lovely couple in their home making pasta and enjoying several types of Italian meals! Highly recommend this experience to others who enjoy cooking and meeting local people.

We had an amazing night with Anna and Giuseppe. They had a very beautiful home with a beautiful view where we got to take lots of pictures. They showed us how to make the dough and how to shape and roll 3 types of pasta. The atmosphere was so fun and positive, everyone was having a wonderful time and hyping each other up! They served us wine and some appetizers, and we had 3 plates pasta followed by a homemade limoncello shot. We also get the recipes for the pasta dough and the sauce, and they answer any questions you have. Highly highly recommend, thank you Anna and Giuseppe for opening your home to us!

Absolutely amazing experience! Gaetano is an amazing chef , every meal we made was more than perfect. The hospitality was great , we felt at home from the beginning, and the dinner with his family was just fun ! Gaetano is a great teacher and he really showed us step by step what to do . If you love food /interested in learning more about the italian kitchen / or you just want to have a good experience, dont miss this opportunity.

We had an amazing time cooking three different types of pasta with Pino and Anna! They were lovely - so hospitable, kind, and funny. And, of course, very knowledgable about authentic Napoli cuisine! The three hours flew by! We prepared the different doughs for the pasta, enjoyed a nice appetizer with wine as a break and then completed our cooking.The meal was delicious and we had great conversation with Pino and Anna. Highly recommend this activity! It was excellent. You won’t regret it!

We had a blast learning to make pasta with Pino! I have a dairy allergy and informed Pino of this when I booked, he went above and beyond to ensure I was still catered for despite this. We were treated to wine, bruschetta and A LOT of pasta. Pino was incredibly friendly and energetic which made this class a lot of fun - You will not regret booking this class.

Such a lovely and special evening learning how to make pasta with the help of Pino! He was a gracious host, opening his home to us (including the spectacular view from the balcony), provided delicious peach wine, and made one of our last nights in Napoli one to remember.
