Ortella was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We covered so much in a quick 2 hours. We recommend this tour as it made it easy to see the highlights quickly and thoroughly instead of trying to do it ourselves with a map.

Rafielle was brilliant, excellent archeological knowledge and pationate about Pompei. We got to see the latest discoveries! The group was well organised and we experienced the latest sites uncovered. Would definitely use Rafielle on our next visit to Pompei or Herculaneum.

Would really like to commend this tour! Our guide was simply fantastic! Santa was really passionate and informative about Pompeii while maintaining high levels of enjoyability! She had her vision of the key parts of what to see in Pompeii with the time given, which we followed, while being completely open to changing the route and adapting the tour after whatever wishes to see could be. As tourists, it was just a fun experience. We got the story of Pompeii and enjoyed to able to see it through our guides vision in the best way possible. Un bravissimo viaggio!

Very disappointed with the guide. Very friendly but her English was not of a standard for guiding. Found her extremely difficult to understand and most of the time she had language problems answering any questions. Was not the experience I was expecting. Would not recommend this guide or the tour. Wonderful tour guide &. were lucky with almost no one there that day due to a documentary crew doing some filming at the site.

Roberta referred to us as her “family” and she treated us as such for the entire tour. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had a great sense of humor. When the official tour was over, she provided us with suggestions on other parts of the ruins to visit on our own, and some great spots for pictures. The ruins are a bit of a maze, so be sure to identify the exit if you don’t leave with your guide.

Pompeii + Positano and Sorrento - 5 Stars What an amazing perfect day. Our guide for the day was Riccardo. Riccardo was knowledgeable and easily picked up on our interests to satisfy our party of five (3 Adults and 2 kids 13 and 10). Our first stop of Pompeii, Riccardo was able to share his archeological knowledge and insight while exploring the grounds. He made sure the 2 hours were well spent. From there we drove to beautiful Positano, stopping on the way for amazing photo views and Granita. Once we got to Positano he recommended an amazing restaurant and gave us the history on the town. From there we made our way to Sorrento to explore the town, views, and best Gelato. For the time we had ashore, he made every second count. Thank you Raf and Riccardo for making our day a memorable experience.

The guide was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and was very attentive. His ability to explain to us how certain words derived from Latin and how they are used today.
