Amazing tour guide and lots of flexibility granted by the private tour. We hired Sara for a 2-hours tour of Naples. Sara helped since the beginning in finding the right places to visit in the time frame we had and suggesting the perfect route/spots to optimize the time. We did Chiostro di Santa Chiara, Spaccanapoli, San Gregorio Armeno, Napoli sotterranea. We were travelling with our 7yo son and she made sure the whole tour was interesting for him as well, keeping him involved and engaged. Not only she showed great knowledge but she was also able to make us appreciate hidden gems and spots that are not typically included in the tours. I couldn't recommend this tour guide enough - she is amazing!

An Italian friend and I secured Sara’s services to guide us on a tour of Pompei and Naples during early September, 2023. Sara was an excellent communicator leading up to and during our time together. She was punctual, personable and very professional. Sara was able to make the ancient city come alive with a combination of facts and stories about the daily lives of the people of Pompei. At the end of the first day I looked forward to the next because I knew Sara would make it exciting and fun. Our second day was in Naples where we met at the Duomo and visited several key architectural and historical sites during our time together. Sara worked well communicating with me in English and my friend in Italian without making us seem laborious and repetitive. Sara is passionate, clear in her explications and very involving. This has been the second tour we have made with her (the first one was in Naples), she is prepared and has an answer for every question. The whole group throughly enjoyed the tour!

Sara is a different guide. Although she is historically prepared she has a personal way to explain during the visit. We visited the Chiostro of Santa Chiara, Duomo di San Gennaro and Cristo Velato with her. A 3 hour tour well worth doing! I absolutely recommend to schedule with Sara. I will contact her again in my next trip to Naples.

Sara has a truly unique way of explaining the historical-artistic treasures of the city with humor, taking you by the hand into a fantastic world that she lives in first person and of which she herself is an integral part. Thus the curiosities and amusing anecdotes that help to make the visit lighter, give you another more important and lasting side effect: like so many pieces of a mosaic, at the end they give you an overview of an extraordinarily rich culture of contamination , which we find both in the monuments and in details that should not be underestimated, such as the dialectal expressions still in use by the Neapolitans or the meanings hidden in the crib. A way of teaching that banishes all forms of pedantry and goes straight to the heart, giving you the right keys to interpret a territory that reveals all its beauty to those who are willing to understand it in all its contradictions and facets.

Sara was simply fabolous and passionate. Never boring but rather intriguing. Everybody in our goup was satisfied and amused.

Sara led my wife and me for almost four hours in an excellent tour of old Pompei. Her detailed knowledge of daily life in that Roman rich resort and commercial town made the visit lively and spicy; her Neapolitan sense of humor helped us put in the right perspective the "serious" historical and cultural view of ancient Rome by drilling in the wealth of everyday life details available in Pompei if you know where to look for them. Sara skillfully integrated the traditional "top-down" approach to history, where you start with the "macro-facts" you learn at school, with a "bottom-up" view through the eyes of the people who lived there, with fresh and clever views on social and cultural aspects connecting that ancient world to today.
