Overview
There isn’t a much better way to spend some time in Rome than learning how to make authentic pizza. Choose from a few different kinds of pizza and sauce while a local chef helps you with all the ingredients and equipment you need. After a short workshop, take the time to enjoy your creation paired with a glass of wine.
Highlights
  • Ideal for travelers who looking for a short, fun activity in Rome
  • Choose between two class times to fit into your vacation schedule
  • Get personal attention from your cook and guide
  • Vegetarian pizza options are available
What to Expect
Your cooking class begins when you meet your small group limited to seven people at a restaurant in central Rome. Before you begin, choose the style of pizza and sauce you’d like to make. You have quite a few options to choose from: fresh garlic and oregano for a marinara pizza; tomato, basil, and mozzarella for a classic Margherita; and salami, chili, and anchovies for other types. Once you decide, a professional chef helps you along every step of the way. After your pizza is prepared, take part in a tasting session with your group. Then, finish the tour with a stroll around the city center.

Had a great time making pizza! The teacher? was great and thankfully the people that attended also were super nice. I think space would be tight if there were more than 5 people, but for 5 is good enough.
