Really well organised and our guide was great. Really informative and engaging. You wasn’t rushed and had a nice flow to it. Would highly recommend this. Not sure you’d capture everything without the guide.

Really enjoyed the experience, can't remember the tour guide's name but he was very good. Very informative and detailed on the tour which kept me engaged about the history. It wasn't as busy as usual which was also a pleasant experience. Highly enjoyable, many thanks.

The guide was very well informed. The skip the line was awesome. I wish my back didnt hurt so bad as i would have liked to see more but had to sit down many times. There was so much to see that we didnt have time for.

We selected and paid for the 1:00pm tour, they changed the tour to 11:00am and we were unable to make it due to Airline delay into Rome. That is why we chose the 1:00pm time, we tried to make it to the 11:00am even though they changed it, because they strictly do not allow you to change the time or date on your own. However they certainly had zero respect for honoring the time that was purchased and printed. We reached out to see if they could accommodate another time and with a short and stern no, they took our money and were done.

The Colosseum and Palatine Hill is a one of a kind site and must see for your Rome bucket list! Our tour guide was very informative and gave us headsets so we could hear him clearly. The meeting point was slightly vague (I had to go across the street from Oppio Cafe to see my group). The tour guide was in regular clothes, but he did carry a flag to highlight his location which I thought was smart. At first he walked a little fast, but when he saw my boyfriend and I were having a little trouble keeping up, he would stop and wait for us at times. My boyfriend has trouble with stairs, so our tour guide accommodated us nicely by pointing out an elevator or an easier, smoother path and asked us to meet the group at a certain location. We obliged and were grateful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. He spoke clearly and we understood everything with ease. The tour was three hours as stated and I had ample opportunities to take many pictures along the way. The tour guide found a scenic place with the Colosseum as a backdrop and took everyone's photo. I would definitely recommend this tour as it was very educational.

Our tour guide was kind, knowledgeable and with a great sense of humour. We enjoyed the tour immensely and recommend it. The only thing that needs addressing is better instructions for meet-up, as the instructions currently on Tripadvisor aren't correct and we had to call the number for updated information.

Our guided tour with George was informative, and well worth it! He was thoughtful, engaged and had a great sense of humor. The tour was well timed and at a pace for all ages. I was grateful that we all had individual audio pieces so we could explore a bit away from George and still gather in as much rich history as we could. I would definitely recommend this 3-part tour to anyone considering it. Finally, and perhaps my highest appreciation would be for Daniele and the Tour in the City Team behind the scenes. I made an error with booking an incorrect time slot for the tour - considering my train arrival. With a quick WhatsApp message and email they were in contact to assist. I was 48 hours out from my booking and they were able to adjust and accommodate on very short notice. That really made all the difference. I did my research prior to booking and am very lucky to have come across Tour in the City.

Guide Andrea was informative and eager to answer questions and educate those on the excursion. Would recommend as it would be easy to wander aimlessly and not get the best experience of the coliseum.

Vast subject, the meet was easy but worth getting there early. Equipment was good and clean. The guide was very good, local with good knowledge well delivered in clear English. He welcomed questions and gave answers the whole group would be interested in.

Katrina tour guide was nice but gave a very basic tour for the $. She didn’t take us up to the Palentine hill which was included in our ticket. Read on yourphone for info, don’t waste your $ not busy at this time of year
